We came from downtown to the pizza place, the Asian lady at the counter it was so serious and she make us rush to choose the pizza.
Then when we decided to take a different slice from our choises, she throw out the previous one.
It was funny at some point.
After our order she started to clean with the blue spray the glasses from outside, but the pizza was inside under the glasses.
Anyway not the best service at all.
Maybe she was tired is understandable but not good to be faced to the customers.

Pretty good wood-fired pizza actually! A bit much for the price per slice ($4 per slice), but overall an enjoyable experience.

(Disclaimer: I only got cheese, but I'm assuming some of their other variations of pizzas are around the same experience I received)

Ordered 2 XL pizzas, the bottoms of the both pizzas were very burnt, made the most of the pizzas inedible. Cancerous looking pizzas. We would have gone back for refund if our place was near by: (Extremely disappointed.

Reliable pizza stop in the Mount Pleasant area. Pizza Garden staples are usually there, and there is a bit of seating, but it's not necessarily meant to be a sit down for a long time type of place. I usually go in to eat a couple of slices and have some pop. Service is pretty standard and quick.

Awesome pizza, I usually buy from pizza hut, but once I tried pizza garden I never went back to pizza hut

Great tasting pizza. However, the amount of empty dry crust to actual sauce/cheese ratio is essentially robbery. Ordered two 18” pizzas, and both had a bare edge crust of about 3+ inches. I know that times are tough but this isn’t acceptable. Either make a proper pizza or increase your price to make up for the ingredient cost.

The funghi ostrica is absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. I rarely write negative reviews but the texture, smell, and flavour were really unappetizing.

Hands down, best pizza in Vancouver. We've tried every type and even the gluten free and vegan cheese pizzas are delicious. As close as authentic as you can get in Vancouver. Well worth it every time!

It is run by incompetent! Be aware!
I order a peperoni pizza and I asked them to NOT put peperoni in half of it and they decided to charge me 3$ more!
I called them and they "explain" that it is their policy to upcharge 3$ whoever order an half and half pizza.
So I tried to make sense to it and it doesn't. I haven't asked them to add ingredients! For them the pizza would had already an inferior food cost comparing to the orginal pizza due to the lack of toppings on half and this place decided it was fare to make me pay 3$ more for something that I aked them to remouve! So they save money but they charge more? !
I spend about 100-150 $ every month in this place and they will not see me anymore.
I discurage whoever want a pizza to go in this place. Although you can always try other lications, maybe with more competent staff.

This was some really good pizza and I will order more soon. I ordered the build your pizza. Only one beef option though

Great pizza, clean store… they use very high quality and fresh toppings that you will never see at other pizza stores…

The best pizza I had, crust super crunchy and fresh. The place is so clean, staff were very nice. I would recommend it to all pizza lovers out there.

Pizza garden is the only pizza franchise that's actually worth spending money at. Generous portion of toppings, staff serving you quickly, and cozy interior makes this place awesome. A good place to try for semi-italian style pizza

I watched the cooks sweep out the oven, of the old flour while our pizzas wee still in the oven, I didn't like seeing that

Why is this company charging for bags when I am ordering pizza and no bags? This is ridiculous. Used to be a loyal customer, I am done.
