Pizza Hut

I ordered a personal pan pepperoni with extra cheese and there was only a small sprinkling of cheese!

Went in for a sit-down meal and got yelled at for not going to the pickup area.not what I wanted nor interested in being yelled at.

Came for lunch buffet. Buffet food showed up around 12: 30. Found the buffet rather poor quality over all.

Never get to taste the food as every time I try to call there is usually a long wait and I haven’t seen their dining room open for like three years hope they close their location soon.

Every Time we try to ask them for Dine in. Service is always rude even taking put Order. Hoping some one else open a new location for at least DINE IN until 9.

I ordered pizza and it paid through the Pizza Hut website and it showed as a debit retail purchase on my banking statement but they said I didn’t pay it and wouldn’t give it to me when they showed up. I asked the guy to give me it and I’d pay tomorrow if it actually didn’t come and that it’s all I would have for dinner cause I don’t get paid until tomorrow. He didn’t care and said no even though it showed the transaction came out of my bank. So rude.

Wasn't impressed with the pizza I got. Not what I was expecting and it was really pricey. Make sure you check the prices before you order.

It's the only Pizza Hut in town so you don't have a choice if your heart is set on a Panormous or Stuffed Crust pizza; but it is hot, cherry, and good which is what you want in a pizza. The staff needs to pay more attention to the counter and their customers and listen more carefully as well. But all in all, you get what you pay for.

The food is usually decent but the service is more than not lacking greatly! And unfortunately unless we're going straight after work we can never get in to eat since their done in closes at 7pm. Can't wait until the smaller second location opens up in town so we can at least do carry out!

Don't have all u can eat anymore. Which was nice to try different pizza's without ordering a hole pizza.

Ramanjot has been an excellent host and a pleasure to talk to, during our last two visits. My grandson had a blast dancing with her and being able to wander around freely as it was quiet. The pizza was great. The price was fair.
We will be back, hopefully during one of Ramanjot's shifts.

I gave this pizza hut one chance because I lost all faith in the pizza hut in my town. These guys did a great job with the pizza. I couldn't see the pizza sauce, they actually covered it with cheese and delivered it on time. I would order from here again.

Amazing customer service I called to let them know that though our pizza was ready we were delayed and couldn't pick it up for 2 hours. Jazz graciously canceled the order and made it fresh 2 hours later no additional charge! Thank you!

We ordered a medium pizza, it was disgusting feels like the tomatoes were rotten. When we called in store about the issue, a girl was very rude like uneducated. The customer service is worst. I think they should hire polite staff or give the existing staff with some training to behave and regarding customer services.

Really really bad service. The punjabi girl on the phone has no manner how to talk to customers. No one even interested in listening our complaints. So disgusting staff and their pizza as well.

GREAT pizza and AMAZING delivery drivers? We order here 2-3x a month and they've never, ever disappointed us! Well.ok, I wasn't thrilled that they took the game night deal off, but then they changed the Triple Treat deal so that I can pick the dessert instead of being stuck with a giant cookie we never eat.so it all turned out OK, lol (btw, the cinnamon buns are D-lish!). Their online site is easy to navigate, we always get our order within 20 mins, irregardless of what night we order, and it's always delivered by friendly young men, respectful of Covid regulations. And.dum dum dummmm.they have stuffed crust! What could be better? ! Great job Pizza Hut

I love Pizza Hut, they have the best pizza in town and the take out girls are so friendly and helpfull

The worse customer service in Prince George pizza hut should be ashamed for hiring people like that

Ordered for delivery. We were told 40 minutes which we thought was reasonable. Food was there in just under 30 minutes which was a good surprise. Pizza as expected as were the bread sticks. Same as what we were use to from Pizza Hut. Cookie pizza was a hit for the kids.

My Fiancèe called and was asked to hold and was accidentally hung up on. Not a biggy, it happens. She calls again to be placed on hold correctly this time, without much of a wait time.

We were curious if they delivered to our area and they asked for our exact address to verify with the Manager. After being placed on a short hold, the Employee picked up the phone and blatantly tells us "We can't deliver. " and immediately hangs up.

I don't have a problem with her being put on hold or accidently hanging up on us, what I do have a problem with is that for an extra 5 seconds of their time they could have retained a customer. "Sorry, but we do not deliver to your location, is there anything else I can help you with? " I had no problem driving down there to pick up, but the immediate hang up drove us away.

I would suggest to Management that they take the time to evaluate Staff and their customer service ability. It seems they don't check reviews though as there are many 1 star reviews, with what seems to be zero changes.

They put me on hold hung up called back and told me couldn't deliver to me for no reason while I've had them deliver to my address before terrible buisness and service love the food but wil not go back due to lack of service

35 dollars for one plain pepperoni pizza that had so much grease you could of gathered it to deep fry French fries absolutely disgusting would not recommend nor ever order agai

Today I order pizza and the person who was on call he was so rude to me. I don’t know what’s his name but he should definitely know how to talk to customers very disappointed.

There was no sauce on my boneless bites. Even if you say extra they barely give you any. What's the point of ordering from them if they won't even give you what you pay for. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered from here a few nights ago and have been dealing with the Hershey squirts ever since. Why wait for colonoscopy when you can just eat at Pizza Hut.

Absolute worst pizza in PG. So little toppings you could see mostly crust. Only a 1/4 of the pizza had any toppings. Oh it gets better! We got one pizza I didn't order and olives on a pizza I ordered with no olives. It cost $75 for 4 large, cold, gross, pathetic pizzas. Never again pizza hut!

It was horrible. I ordered 14 wings they cut 7 in half and tried charging me for 14. The waitress was good but I do not like being ripped off

Ordered delivery and the pizza had 1/3 of the toppings, pretty stingy won’t be ordering from here again

Service was good and staff is friendly. Not a lot of options for the lunch buffet and not the best food ever, but if you want a cheap and quick lunch then it's worth it.

Ordered a small cheese pizza with stuffed crust and a canned pop it rounded up to 19.95. To me that seems like a bit much! Is there something I'm missing? Please explain. Other than the price the food was great

The waitress wasn't very good. Got are bills all mixed up. There were 3 families who had supper there.

I love the sauceand crust, but last two take out, my pizza have been under ingredient. Cheapo on the sauce, peperoni and green peppers. Pepperoni amounts were like lil ceasars and grpeppers use to be julienned now topped diced grpeppers. Really got 3 sstars because of crust.

I've been to this restaurant to eat pizza, eat at the buffet, and I've ordered pizza from here. Without a doubt the pizza is always a good quality, but it's still delivery quality pizza. The buffet is nice but has a fairly small selection that sometimes might be starting to get a tad bit stale. Ordering a pizza from inside the restaurant is arguably the best of the 3 options. Also the stuffed crust is amazing.

We had the lunch buffet and enjoyed it very much its just the high chairs that need to be improved but that is an issue at other restaurants as well

Worst experience ever. I just started hating this place now. This is the one i loved to go but they dissatisfied completely. We ordered 8 Pizza’s and they were not tasting good as they should be as always. And when I complained they were rude to me that they will not return.

It was awesome it's just there menu is different from in house menu there is so much good food choices on in house menu then the online menu.

I didn't get to order what I wanted on the house menu for take out and ended up spending and arm and leg looking through the take out menu online.

Been a long term customer, but recently they changed the recipe. Our pizza barely had any cheese on it. Called to complain, was told this is standard now. Was offered to have the pizza replaced or get compensated. Was comped $10. If we knew we'd only get $10 back, we would have sent the whole order back. I used to really like this place, but now we won't be back.
