Pizza Hut Langley

ORDERED AT 11 AM FOR DELIVERY BETWEEN 12: 15 AND 12: 30 - 12: 50 AND WHILE THE WEBSITE SAYS IT IS HERE - IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND - ORDERED A FEW MONTHS AGO AS WELL AND IT WAS AN HOUR LATE - IT IS LITERALLY A 6 MIN DRIVE FROM WHERE I ASKED THEM TO DELIVER IT TO! HORRIBLE!

This is second time in weeks time, pizza is under cooked and soggy, has too much oil in base. May give them another time.for last two times, worst pizza ever.

I am giving feed back after 3 time experienced when I have received the order. They are not follow the standard lots of sauce uneven topping and not equally cut the pizza. After cutting all sauce came out from underneath the pizza that was giving look so massy. One more they never pick up the phone even you call 5 time continuously. When I ask the manager when I reached the store. He replied we are busy and can’t attend the call. While I saw there 6 to 7 people were working.costomer pay the attractive amount for food but service is very poor.

This locations sucks. The lady who answered the phone to take my order for pickup, was rude and brought an uninviting atmosphere to the store. She was rude to another person there on a pickup as well. I ordered a Smokey maple bacon pizza and got a pizza with tomato sauce and cheese and 1 slice of bacon on each pizza. Not even close to what I ordered. I tried to call the store for over an hour and kept getting transferred to the Pizza Hut main hotline thing. They were absolutely useless in helping me as well. All they could do was transfer me to the store that would not answer the phone.

It's been 3 years. We are ordering pizza from langley location. Very good service and good food. Thanks Suraj to take our order

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut, at this and its prior location, for years. It used to be consistently good but I've disappointed a few times recently.
This time we placed an on-line order at 6: 15 pm today. Estimated delivery was listed as 6: 50-7: 00pm on-line. In the email confirmation, an ETA of 7: 09 was listed. The driver arrived at 7: 18.
We ordered 4 pizzas. Three of the were slightly burnt in places and one of them was quite burnt. (The last time we ordered we had similar results.)
We decided to order Home-style crusts because I find the Pan crust to be a bit too thick (especially around the outside) and neither of us care for thin crust. As it turned out, the crust thicknesses varied between medium (home-style) in places and thin in others.
I am thinking it is time to try some other pizza restaurants.

Ordered two large pizzas online for delivery. Was tracking the delivery and got a notification that it has been delivered. I called the location and it came routing me to their online order head office. Kept calling and they wouldn't answer. 15 minutes later the driver comes. Hands me two tiny boxes and two medium boxes and rushes off. I take the boxes upstairs and I'm confused. I ordered two large. Turns out they gave me two medium and two personal pan size. I try to call the store. No answer. I drive to the store. I walk in and their phone is ringing and two females are standing around chatting. I ask for a refund because what I got wasn't what I ordered. They said they ran out of large boxes. I said you should call the customer then and tell them or give them extra mediums. I also asked why they weren't picking up the phone.

Honestly, worst customer service. Slow delivery. Bad communication. Do not order from here.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this location. I have no idea how this location is even in operation. Waited on hold for 35 minutes after pizza was an hour late. Got forwarded to head office which said “if they are not answering the phone there is nothing we can do”. They tried the managers cell and still nothing! I would be embarrassed if they was my store. Just go somewhere else!

They amount wings they gave me was pathetic on top of that food arrived late and soggy poor food quality

Quality getting lower day by day and especially on weekends, Orderered and got burnt pizza. Sad thst out party is ruined, and dnt buy whn its buy one get one, they give worst quality whn they give you something cheaper

Ordered online. Driver forgot to bring items from the order. I called the number on the receipt, which forwarded to the call centre. Call centre required lots of info just to forward call back to store. Store didn't answer the phone. I'm not ordering from this, or any other Pizza Hut again.

Best pizza I have had in a LONG time! This is how a pizza is supposed to be made. The cheese, the toppings everything just melts in your mouth. Great cheesy pull-aparts as well

Boneless bites are not crispy any longer as they soak them in sauce and not allowing customers to dipp them in the sauce under the chicken
I will order from different location from now on as is not same as used to be.

This is the worst location ever. They never answer their phone. Their delivery times are always way off. Once waited 3 hours for food and even customer service couldn’t get through to them. This most recent time waited an extra 45 mins. Constantly screwing up orders. It’s ridiculous. Honestly this location should be shut down or everyone fired. Food arrives and it’s not in their bag so by the time it comes (late) it’s cold.

They litteraly delivered a pizza I didn't order to my doorstep, didn't ring the doorbell and left it to get soggy in the rain. No I have mushy cardboard and pizza on my front step. 0 attempt was made to verify who's address it should have gone to. Some poor dude is wondering where his pizza and chicks wings are.

The delivery man is so rude. This is not the first time. I understand if he’s tired but he should not act that way. Please try to be kind to your customers.

This is the worst customer service & delivery driver, went to the wrong address, then said he’ll be at the correct address in 10 mins, waited at the main entrance another 30 plus minutes, called to see where the delivery was, ignored us, then tells us pizza is cancelled, no more drivers after 10pm, i called at like 8pm, which was couple hours before 10pm. Soo not happy with this establishment, do not recommend this place at all. You should be ashamed of yourselves. At least have the common decency to let the customer know if your not coming.

Very Rude staff……This one girl that works there…does nothing but yell at employees…. Won’t be coming back…worst experience I ever had!

This location has lost all sense of customer service. The staff are consistently rude, blunt, and unhelpful. The location strives to provide the bare minimum of care and is uninterested in assisting customers. The answer is always no, we don’t know how or they flat out accuse you of lying. We purchased gift cards from the location last December and when they wouldn’t work they told us the cards were from years ago and we clearly used the funds. The manager was supposed to call but never did even after attempts to reach out from our end. Finally Walnut Grove was able to get it sorted and confirmed the funds on the gift card. Highly recommend any other location or different chain all together.

If I can give them less than 1 star I would. They delivered wrong food.missed my pasta dish and sent me personal size pizza instead of a small when I called very rude about it on phone, never order from there again
