Pizza One (Como Lake Village)

I just ordered a pizza on your website (not through a delivery app) why is my pizza being delivered by door dash (and requesting to scan a picture ID before handing over the pizza.
If you are using a delivery service (other than your own company drivers) you should let your customers know ahead of time) that would avoid unnecessary confusion.

My son and I tried this place today. Very impressed. Amazing pizza. Great staff.
100% the best Pizza in town.

Was advertised as 46.99 yet it was charged as 49.99 (as seen on receipt below) after reading other reviews it seems this isn't uncommon. Haven't tried the pizza yet so no comment on that also their delivery radius is only 3-4kms away yet they send Flyers to houses further away (we live 6kms away)

I called yesterday to order Taco pizza and the girl on phone told me that they don’t have it. I asked why and she said she has no ingredients to make it. Then I ordered wings and couple slices and to my surprise they came burnt and tasteless. Slices were like cardboard. The food quality has dropped very much from past few months. Earlier I used to order pizzas for my family every Saturday and sunday and never had any issues. I will definitely think twice to order from this place. Please don't waste your money.

This place is changed alott the quality has dropped to 0.all my family use to order from this place once week but no more I got sick few times they changed the pizza sauce and there cheese don't feed garbage to your family.

In ordering pizza from this place for a few years for the past 3 or 4 months it has been absolutely garbage food and upper owners are rude delivery drivers are rude and the owners expect you to have exact change with ordering if you're paying with cash or else the delivery driver just takes your change and doesn't give me no change and take the rest of the money as a tip and then I called the owner and they told me there's nothing they can do about it when I told they're going to lose my service they did not care one bit absolutely recommend to not eat their ever and their food is now not up to standards

I ordered wings and had no issue the first time. I then ordered again a couple days later and they called me back 10 min later and told me that they couldn’t deliver as they only had one driver. Worst customer service. Their only option was for me to order through skip. I won’t be going there again.

Had to wait 30 minutes after pickup time because they sent part of the order away. Usually enjoy their pizza.

Good pizza, but service has gone down hill in the last few months. They don't listen and make you repeatedly repeat your order and address.

Really really good pizza! Every time I come, I get a really hot pizza with lots of toppings, and just the right amount of cheese and bread. Great prices, great deals. I really like all the toppings. I highly recommend the “walk-in special” if you have time to wait.

I like that they are open late too. A fantastic restaurant.

Zero clue why this place has a 9.9/10 rating on SkipTheDishes. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it looked and tasted as though it had been sitting out on the counter for 2 days. It also didn’t smell good. Definitely not fresh. Would never order from here again.

Took two hours to deliver and when we called to enquire why the delay.the hung up? ! Wouldn't answer again until we used our cell phone. When the delivery finally came we were short changed 15 wings!
We supported this business for many years and recommended to our friends. Very disappointed and they have lost a loyal customer.

Recently found this place on Skip as they are new on there. For the price point, we don't expect too much. Pizza is pizza, even if it's bad.its still pretty good lol. But this was soooo good! We were very surprised! They have a special on Skip: free delivery over $30 and free garlic bread over $35 (add $1 for cheese, which we did and it was delish!) Total was just over $48 including fees and tip for 2 large specialty pizzas and cheesy garlic bread! This is our new go-to place for pizza:)

After stopping to get groceries I decided to give this place a shot.
Asking if the pizza was fresh was met with a ensuring response that it all was.
Let’s just say if you are going to make things up at least make sure it’s believably possible.
Upon arrival at less than two minutes away the box was opened and instantly I could tell there was no chance this was fresh pizza. It all looked the same the cheese must have been under the heat lamp for a really really long time. It was rendered of all its moisture and the meats on the pizza all resembled leathery salty bits from being kept far far too long.
Really are you just so successful that you feel you don’t need any more customers or is your business so close to being bankrupt that you felt the need to pass this off as fresh food.
Hands down this is the worst lower mainland pizza I’ve ever tasted. It wears the crown for worst restaurant in the area.

If I could give 10 starts I would! HANDS DOWN BEST PIZZA IN COQUITLAM! You can't beat the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The owner and other employees are super nice and friendly and delivery is always fast. Do your tastebuds a favor and try them out! Support small local businesses, the big pizza chains are not even worth 1 star.

I was in Coquitlam last Saturday evening and thought to give this restaurant a try and ordered a Large Pizza and some wings. Trust me, that was the taste i had after years. Really enjoyed their fresh ingredients. Boys and girls there are welcoming and very friendly.

Other than the price, nothing is really special about this place. The pizza was over toasted yet soggy oily, the oil was literally dripping off the pizza staining the whole package. The dough is as thick as a pie. We ordered pepperoni, the taste was not fresh at all as if they stored the pepperoni in the fridge for days and days. The other cheese one, I don't believe they are using Mozzarella at all.
In brief, the worst Pizza experience in decades. Never again. Not recommended

Looove the boneless wings! Can't get them anywhere else. Also the gluten free crust is really crispy and delicious, although I wish it came in more sizes! (currently only available in small)

We ordered pizza and wings from this place. So while I was making order women ob phone didn’t even listen my order carefully. Literally she hung up while I was making sure if she got my order right. Food taste is really good but their customer service is really bad.

Yup, its my first time here.pretty good pizza. The staffs are friendly, the inner décor is modern. The pizza is slightly greasy, all because they use REAL mozzarella cheese! Mmmmm mmmm~ would come again, and this place is recommended.

Decent pizza by the slice. There's better in town, but they make a great cheese-less BBQ chicken pizza

The food was really good, the pizza was the best I've ever had. The chicken wings and boneless chicken were very crispy, one of the best in the city. My favourite was the onion rings. I usually order on Wednesday mornings and the staff is very helpful.

Good pizza. Reasonable price for the size. Several other stores here as well for household needs. Parking is a little tight.

Most pizza gives me really bad stomach aches but this is the only one that doesn’t. Never tried delivery, only pickup but it’s always been pleasant and fast.

We order from pizza one all the time. I have to say the persian lady who takes the order is so rude and has an attitude. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. I never complain and this happens every time I order but I had enough and had to say something. It’s too bad because the owner is actually friendly. If he knew what this women was doing to his business he would be ashamed. 10s of pizza place around. We won’t be coming back because it’s not worth having someone so disrespectful every time. We were using them for events parties and company lunches but not anymore.

We picked up a jumbo favorite pizza today. It was totally awesome. Our new favorite pizza place.

The worse service that I ever gotten, I’m a latin tourist, I don’t know English well but I didn’t have this problem before, a couple of days ago I went to get a small pizza, I talked to the cashier too clear and I told her that I didn’t know English well, she asked me to repeat more than 4 times and was just laughing in my face, when I said thank you she was still laughing and my face and didn’t say “you’re welcome” at least, clearly I won’t go back never!
