I think its the BEST PIZZA IN TOWN and Simran and her staff were very courteous and professional

I heard good things about their strombolis on YouTube so I tried the pepperoni one and they are amazing!

One thing I didn't like was the cashier showing the tipping percentage on the payment terminal even though it was an online pickup order.

I'm fine with restaurants raising menu prices to pay workers well but please stop with the tipping madness that's spreading like cancer these days even for fast food pickups and food courts.

Edit: Reduced a star because of the cringe self-congratulatory comment by the "owner" completely ignoring 2/3 of my review complaining about the tipping at this restaurant.

Got the 2-slice special with i think it's 3 options to choose from, and agree with the previous review that it's basically just cardboard.might have been sitting in that lamp of death for way too long.

I love their food, but their service sucks. I ordered a pizza and some other food using SkipTheDish, after my order was confirmed I received a call from the store saying they don't have the topping I ordered. I asked to cancel my order and issue me a refund. The employee said she can't do it and I have to do it myself. My question was why? It's not my fault you do it. Restaurant should check their inventory before confirmed an order. She kept refusing to do so and passed over the phone to other employee and she kept saying the same thing. I was literally frustrated and said don't argue just give me my money back. Finally she agreed to call the courier service for a refund. It's been worse experience ever for me dealing with such a unprofessional employee. I hope they will be trained better on dealing with customers and how to process refund for courier services. Both employees refused to give their name and their manager's name and working hours so I could follow up with the experience I had. If someone from the management read this, please train them better. I've been in customer service business for 7+ years and never ever I've served my customer like this.

Pizza was UNDERDONE AGAIN FOR THR SECOND TIME.first time i ordered from this location through uber the pizza was SO RAW i waited 1 hour for delivery just to throw the whole thing away. Second time around the pizza WAS RAW AGAIN only this time i got sick within 1 hour after eating i was puking in the toilet.
Not only will I never order from Pizza Pizza ever again I can't look at pizza the same.thanks for making me feel like going to a hospital and dying.

It was on of the best shop I’ve ever tried! The staff who was working there alone for a night shift was amazingly great! Of course taste was super good. I definitely visit again soon!

If you are a delivery driver with skip, DoorDash or any other network, they don’t even bother to respond to you. They have a designated employee for these orders, and until they are upfront at the counter, no one responds to you even if you keep asking for help. There was an employee at the counter when I walked in with my skip bag. I said hi and he just walked away. There was another employee cooking with the deep fryer right at the counter, I said hi and gave my skip order number out loud, she didn’t even turn around for second, i thought she must not have heard me and asked for help again, she didn’t even flinch. I just walked off from the counter and waited, and then the designated employee comes to the counter and helped me with my order. She was very professional and kind. If you are the manger of this place and reading this, then you can check the cctv footage dated 9th of April 2022, timed between 10: 25pm and 10: 40pm.

I see some good reviews about Navpreet but she was offering me a free drink if I wrote a good review about her. For one thing she was stern and I did not feel she is worth writing a good review about.

It was my first time being at this place.
I asked my 1 y/o if he wants chicken pizza and he confirmed and that's what we got. But boy was it spicy!
I mean you generally do not expect a chicken pizza to be this!
And if I was behind the counter, I would definitely advise the customer that "Look, our chicken pizzas are a bit too, are you sure the baby will be fine? ".

It's a good place to pick up pizzas or get pizza on the go. Not too much of an eating area for those that want to eat indoors.

Param and shikhar were just out of this world. There service was outstanding and provided next level customer service. I think these guys deserve a raise

Guy had no pizza slices then give me attitude when I asked him to make a pepperoni so I could buy two slices. In the end he actually wouldn't make the pizza and right now it's 3: 58 p.m. So you think there would be no problem selling the rest of the pepperoni pizza. This pizza chain has went really downhill lately and I can see why theres never anyone inside.

I always get the extra large walk-in special 2 topping I ask them to load it up well done extra sauce. Turns out to be pretty good for the price I love cream garlic dipping sauce

I ordered through their website for the first time. Then found out that the price was much more expensive compare to in-store order. The store’s staff explained that price just apply ONLY for walk-in orders. However, the online customer service said it do apply for online orders and through phone too. The beginning the online support even said the prices are including delivery charge and my order is for pickup. Then at the end she said okay just apply for med and large size. I’m so confused. Would never order again.

First time buying from this branch, amazing staff, excellent services, and fresh yummy pizza. I highly recommend Italian sousages for toping.

One of the better pan pizzas I've had in Burnaby since I've been coming down here for the last four or five months. Food was awesome service was awesome and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you girls you did an awesome job. October 28th 2021

You can also earn 5% cashback if you join its Club-11-11 loyalty program by signing up with a PizzaPizza gift card on their website pizzapizza.ca. You can buy PizzaPizza gift card on Rakuten.ca to get 4% or more cashback which saves more money. I really love the bread - smells so fresh and yummy and also tastes so good! I always go there after my son's martial arts class on Dawson and then head over to PizzaPizza on the way home. They always have a promotion on for medium pizza of 2 toppings for only $7.99 (minimum 2 per order). I love their pepperoni and Hawaiian! The cheese and toppings covered the entire pizza! And not oily at all. Anyway, it is my family's most favourite pizza! Oh, did I say I love the bread, not too thick and not too thin! It's so yummy! Love it!

Ordered $50 worth of food, my order was an hour and a half late, was missing items from the order and the pizza was cold. Worst experience I’ve had ordering from a restaurant. Never ever ordering from them again.

Pizza was good for a quick slice. Store was clean and the server was nice. Nothing special, still good enough. Parking was tough.

Pizza Pizza's foray into the lower mainland is a strange spot. It tries to strike a balance between the really budget-friendly dominos and freshlice versus the toppings and quality of places like megabite or local pizza places.

I think Pizza Pizza's strongest point right now is location and convenience, I would choose a dominos or freshslice to pizza pizza if given the choice.

I still need to try the calzones. Perhaps that will change my mind

The pizza is decent the delivery and phone services is absolutely atrocious. We were trying to order down the street- they called the store and agreed but we couldn't use any of the coupons because it wasn't a online order. The call centre was not even aware what 'Burnaby' was and didn't seem interested in helping at all. We spent over an hour trying to order a pizza.

能用支付宝了超开心！They accept Aliapy and WeChat Pay in store. Very happy to use the payment that I am very familiar with. Hope more stores in North Americ will accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. Good and fast food as always. Go Pizzapizza.

It isn't gourmet by any stretch but reminds me of old school pizza chains. Like panahi but with better crust.
The app went a little wonky so we were able to call and place an order. The pizza was ready in 20 minutes just like they said, which was really impressive as the last few times we ordered pizza from elsewhere it took over an hour.

I had half moon from this location yesterday and it was totally garbage with lots of oil my throat got upset after having that

Vegetarian friendly. Lots of options for toppings than other places. Great value with their 2 for 1 movie deal! Friendly staff. +1 for east coast nostalgia. Open late. Limited parking available.

Refused to deliver despite the fact we're a 5 minute drive down the road. Would not give us a reason as to why. Looks like we'll be ordering from Dominoes from now on. Thanks Pizza Pizza!

Horrible customer service. Got a coupon for 50% off, tried to order on the app an the computer and their system wouldn't take my address. So i Called in and got directed to some sort of dispatch system that ultimately put me on hold then hung up on me. When i finally got a person to talk to they told me they told me that a 5.5km an 11min drive was too far for delivery. Here's the Kicker the coupon is DELIVERY ONLY. To be clear I enjoy Pizza Pizza there is absolutely nothing wrong with their pizza i actually prefer it over most of the other pizza chains. But If another place is willing to honor their promotions and have driven 5.4km to my place in the past, well looks like Pizza Hut it is.

Delivery area too small, won’t deliver to me at 3.4 kms away. Your local competitors papa johns (3.8kms) and uncle fattihs (3.1 kms) will deliver no problem. Already contacted your feedback department after spending 20 minutes on the phone on hold.

So I came in at like 11: 54pm.yes super late dont hate, and instead of being turned away like I expected they made my order for me and gave me amazing service! I 100% recommend this place for the amazing quality of service alone. But dont be like me and come in super late. 10/10 service. Will be returning for sure!
