Pizza Pizza

We ordered a slice of margherita pizza and a slice of veggie delight! Both were awesome! We took the Creamy garlic dipping sauce on the side! The dipping sauce was delicious!

Take out order at around 1 am. Ordered a small BBQ chicken with no banana peppers. Guess what, still found banana peppers in my pizza. Waited around 20-25 mins for the same which is long according to me. Old prices written on the front which makes it a little confusing. Overall a bad experience.

We ordered pizza from pizza pizza, we always go to this south Surrey location, and it was ridiculous experience this time, specially the owner of the restaurant is so rude, she denied us for making pizza as per our taste, even we always order here and staff is really good and they understand customer needs but the owner said no to staff to give good services in front of other customers too. Which was very bad attitude. And on the top, owner was making pizza without any gloves, and she was using her dirty hands and was using her fingers for sauce, which we saw there. If the owner is so unhygienic then of course how they can tell their staff to work like. I think we will never go again there. Poor service

They are on mobile bandit but don’t honor the deals. Lost leader. Then when wanting to get their two for 6 deal they don’t have enough ready to give you other than cheese pizza. I’m not 5 years old. First time trying mobile bandit. Pretty disappointing

People should know this is dairy free cheese, it looks like it is not cooked but it looks like this after baked it twice.

I normally enjoy eating eating from pizza pizza and order here some time to time. They usually have pretty good deals.

The problem is:
Every time I went there, I saw no or 1 customer and the pizza took at least 45 minutes to get ready. It also took them about 15 minutes just to take my order while there was no one in line. Customer service is very slow!
One time I bought a pizza and I found hair on it.
They aren’t consistent as it’s a different taste every time. Most of the times the pizza isn’t cooked properly.

If you’re gonna try this place, I’d say get it delivered and try the veggie pizza or one of their good deals.

Well organized store. There is one girl gagan she is very very polite and very respectful I went to many for court but I never saw staff like this the service are incredible and taste is really awesome that girl always serve me super delicious pizza I love her services

Update. I received my remade pizzas a little over two hours later. They added more broccoli and the right crust but the cheese isn't even cooked in the middle. ‍️

I love Pizza Pizza. They are my most favorite pizza chain. But this location never gets our order right. Tonight was my 3rd and last time ordering from this location. Tonight I was given thin crust instead of super pan crust. My son is neurodivergent and won't eat thin crust pizza. One of the pizzas I ordered broccoli and there was one florret of broccoli placed in the center of the pizza.

I ordered at 4: 00. It took longer than 50 minutes to arrive (only by a couple, so I brushed it off). I called customer service immediately and they said I would have me new pizza in 40 minutes. It is almost two hours later and I called customer service for an update and was told the restaurant is busy and to wait another 30 minutes.

Last issue I had with them, my pizza was uncooked. The crust was raw and doughy in the center, the edges were still white and toppings were raw.

One of my favourite place for vegetarian pizzas & their staff is super friendly & helpful. Husan was excellent in customer service & made a delicious customised vegan pizza. 5 Stars

I have been ordering from a lot of pizza joints. Pizza Pizza is the best tasting pizza since I been living here for the last 20 yrs give it a chance.

I tried calling customer service to make it right and they made it worse. I will be writing a letter and see if I get a response.

It’s a great experience for us. We love the customer service from gagan. We would love to come back and order again.

Ordered this beautiful heart pizza on Valentine’s Day! Loved the pizza to be honest and the staff and the owner that works there are super nice and friendly! Definitely would recommend and absolutely worth it!

Pizza was great, but they sent a delivery driver with no cash or change to deliver my order which I stated I was paying in cash for.he took my money and left to get change to bring back for me which was very unsettling. They also forgot to include my dips so when he left I called them to ask that they send the dips back with him.he showed up 20 mins later with change and no dips. I told him to keep $5 as a tip initially and he returned with change minus the $5 which makes sense but I wish I wouldnt have tipped after all this hassle.

This is my fourth visit at this place and it gets better every time. The pizza tastes absolutely amazing, straight out of the oven! The staff is so nice and also the owner, she also gave me a free drink. Creamy garlic is probably the best dip I have ever had. Loved the experience!

I love there meat lovers I always get tomatoes on it makes my mouth water 5 stars for me every time and the delivery is super fast

This location needs to work on their customer service. Went in to purchase a ready made pizza, the girl working at front needs some training or something.
I asked what pizzas were available and she looked at me like a deer in headlights. I asked the question again, and she mumbled so quietly that I couldn't hear her. When I finally got my question answered for the third time of asking, she then tried to charge me almost $16. I asked her why the pizza was almost $16.her response.for cheese. I then told her I didn't ask for extra cheese. She then rolled her eyes at me and had to ring in again.

This isn't the first time I have had issues at this location, and I definitely will take me business elsewhere.

Was please with the pizza that I ordered for my child's birthday party, they had different kinds of deals which I love. Place is really clean and you can see from the counter how they make your pizza, and that gives me peace of mind. Price is really good. Staff's are friendly and accomodating. Free parking.

Ordered third and last time, extremely disappointed by this location, Burnt all over, no taste at all, totally waste of money.

Never been to this location before usually get vegetarian or ham and pineapple there was not much of selection in warmer also looked like been sitting awhile? Ordered med pepperoni to go it didn't taste that great? Had take pepperoni off sorry had better other locations

I love to go back to this place because not only taste but the restaurant was spotless and their staff is friendly and helpful. Time by time I have tried their many other pizzas and everything was good but I am not a big fan of carb so I tried their keto and cauliflower crust pizza, which was far the best for myself because of its gluten intolerance and low in carb.
I have tried many other places but this is far the best pizza in town!

I am really happy to see their halal chicken topping is available, which taste incredibly good. We asked for chicken tandoori for special request and they had one.
Their in store walk in special veggie pizza where I think they are using different sauces on the base of pizza is really good too. Overall good deals and me and my family is happy. I think it’s a best pizza in town

I don't know what is going on here but the last couple times i have ordered from here i have been ill after. Like up all night in and out of the bathroom kind of sick. I won't order from here again.

Priceless, pizzas are hot and fresh and deals are awesome but I love keto crust and cauliflower crust pizzas both are gluten-free, no doubt pizza pizza is the best in town

First try was a disaster calzones were half cooked and still cold. Ordered 20 chicken bites and 10 were still frozen. Decided to give it a second try and Pizza Pizza is just not for me.

Really disappointing service and taste. Pizza had way too much cheese on it not what i asked for either. Unprofessional staff of only 2 people which were really slow and clearly needed help. Big guy seems like the owner and is very rude. Wings are barely eatable they just open up a pack from the freezer and throw it in the fryer. Will not order again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to either.

One of the best pizza in town. From the day first we are going every other week to eat and every time we have been satisfied. We never had any difference in taste. We all Appreciate how staff is so kind and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Just Wow to this place! Fantastic service, food, friendly environment and very tidy place. One of the best pizza in whiterock. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great deals and taste.

This is the best pizza place! And I really like their fast service, my favoraite pizza is the bbq chicken pizza and tandori chicken. The workers are very professional and polite and the place has basically all your favoraite pizzas. Also their pan pizza is very delicious. Overall a fantastic Pizza place!

I am gluten intolerance and Pizza Pizza has the best cauliflower crust pizza and tastes delicious and I can’t wait to try their Keto pizza which is also gluten free. Their staff is super friendly. Please keep up the good work! One of the best pizza in town.

I absolutely love the place. The staff is superbly nice and friendly. Also, the orders happen very quickly and conveniently which saves huge amounts of time. Specifically, one of my favourite items there is the the spicy barbecue chicken pizza. I’ll have to order twice for that next time! Thank you for the great service. Will visit again soon!

Decided to try something new, went there with my family and had a great time! Service was great and food was great as well! 10/10 would dine there again.

This is my favorite pizza place. Has excellent recipes for pizzas and the food is served fast. Pizza pizza also serves tandoori chicken pizza on request which is also prepared very fast. The workers are also very experienced and nice.

We are from Ontario and so excited that a Pizza Pizza is now in BC! We ordered from the South Surrey location and it tastes NOTHING like Pizza Pizza. The crust is not the same and the pizza is just gross and bland. Sorry but we ordered twice, giving it a second chance and it just wasn’t good. They def need to fix something to get these Ontarians on board:)

2 slices for $5 (not bad), their cheese factor is low (no gooey cheese effect). BUT. The one thing I LOVE is their recycling! So happy to see a pizza company that care about recycling their cardboard.

The sauce is a bit blan but everything else about it is amazing. Better than Domino's, and little ceasar
