Just came into the pizza shop around 1: 14 Am before closing. The guy who is working here really knows how to give the best customer service asked him about different options, Helped me really well. Would really love to come back around this time. I hope he sees this, a great guy with great attitude and experience.

Waited over 20 mins on hold with two different people for a dipping sauce just for everyone to be rude to me: (

Worst staff ordered my pizza 30 minutes before online still asking for 5 minutes. At 1 am unprofessional staff.

I went there last night around 9pm. Pizza was really great and I'll give 10/10. The service provided by that girl was awesome. She was nice with having great communication skills.

They make my pizza the way I want it and don't skimp on the toppings. It's always ready when I arrive to pick it up.

I really like the pizza, the options for toppings and sauces for the pizzas, and they are always adding more items, the cauliflower pops are sensational. Only one thing misses and doesn't earn 5 stars. When you add a lot of different items they seem to skimp on the type of item, I once asked them to add garlic and I could count four garlics on the pizza, it made me laugh.but the pizza there is very tasty

Man don't drain ur fries with gravy, learn how to do this better.
I don't even enjoy this poutine. I want a free pizza out of this, or something.

Service is not good food is ok we order chees pizza with extra chees she just put normal chees nothing extra in pizza

First time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised that the pizza and poutine were excellent!

They didn’t informed me about promotions or any special items on menu. One of the sales guy was rude and ignoring me.

Ordered for the first time here, cheese pizza was good. Staff greeted me as I entered and were prompt with the order. She didnt take my name for the order but told me it will be a 10 min wait. Service was fast enough, clean store and reasonable price. They have vegan options. Plant based burger options too. Will have to try the different varieties for sure.check it out.

My order wasn’t prepared and was started after my arrival to pickup. Regular tomatoes instead of sundried like mentioned on the order. Service quality has declined from last visit.

Ive always loved rhe panzerottis from pizza pizza. Lots of cheeze and toppings in a deep fried pocket made from their dough, so good!

Want to know an honest opinion? The pizza is just mediocre. Went in early to grab a slice fresh, and it still just tasted a bit better than a frozen pizza you make in the oven. 2 stars out of 5 for the pizza itself. I’m giving this review an extra star because the woman behind the desk was lovely and I received great service from her.

Girl was a sweetheart that served me and it was getting close to life closing time still smiling and being friendly and efficient! Pizza pizza is our new go to! When u say extra cheese they do an amazing ooey gooey cheeziness! 1st place that's ever given me the proper amount lol I literally drove from middle of Coquitlam almost an hour round trip at 1 00 a.m. After seeing the reviews and getting a craving to try and it wad worth every minute to get the BEST PIZZA HANDS DOWN! Keep it up! Even ate the crust and I'm not usually a crust kind of girl

Customer service and staff are A+. Very easy to order delivery. Ordered the Charcuterie pizza and Funnel Stix with Caramel sauce. Charcuterie pizza is absolutely delicious. The deep fried cinnastix were the bomb. Everything was hot and fresh. Will be ordering again. Awesome selection of dips too.

Was really excited about the pizza tonight! Food was good and the delivery guy was awesome! When I called to order I was asked my address ok but then the guy continued to ask me what location was close to my home? I don’t know your the one who works there? It was very frustrating especially after I spend 20 mins trying to order online! Fast forward got the pizza so good! That being said I got charged for dips I did not receive!

Ordered a pizza from here because i was very hungry but didn’t enjoy it, cheese had this weird distinct taste, but the wings were decent.

Came on 51 minutes, but they said it was 50 minutes. They bought the wrong order as well. Won't be ordering from her again.

I love their keto pizza - so glad they have that! Tried their cauliflower bites too (even though they're breaded, so not really keto) and they are so good! I'm only giving four stars because I do find their pizzas a bit on the expensive side.

One of the best pizzas in town. Unlike other pizza franchises they focus on making scrumptious pizzas. Must checkout their vegan and vegetarian pizzas. They have a really good customer service as well.

One of the best pizza I have tried very delicious and it's fresh and hot there serve.this location are great to buy your pizza and there hot wings are very tasty also highly recommended to this location.

Very bad experience. I ordered veg pizza and a half moon bread. Both where hazardous. I got really bad stomach ache and suffered full 2 days. I want to share a picture of the pizza so that this never get repeated with someone else.

Very poor service. The fact you can't directly speak to the store is really bad as well. The store was good when it first opened. Now it's gone downhill. Customer service have a attitude as well, they don't really care that the wrong pizza was sent. They also do their best to deliver right on 50 minutes. I would rather they deliver on time. I don't want free pizza after 50 minutes because it was cold.

Not really that happy with the pizza. Plus was not good to see employee wearing no mask, since their website said otherwise.

Will not be going back and will definitely tell others to stay away.

Great tasting Pizza and the Menu is so vast with a lot of options. Great value for money. The toppings were by far the freshest I've ever had on a Pizza. Dough tastes really fresh and this location is my favorite because of their customer service and quality of food. Thanks guys, will order again

What a waste of money! Not only expensive for what you get but the pizza was over cooked on the bottom, hard and bland tasted like cardboard, lacking toppings and taste. The customer service was awful as well, the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Frozen store bought pizza is 100% better by far! Don’t waste your money here!

Served me not properly baked Pizza but issue is resolved now. I am a big Fan of Pizza from Pizza Pizza. When I was in Ontario, I usually go twice or more to have Pizzas from Pizza Pizza but first time it happened to me to have unbaked Pizza from Pizza Pizza. I cant stop myself from Pizzas because Even after this I am still expecting to have same taste in Pizzas from this store too. I hope in next visit, you can serve me much more delicious one so that I can give you 5 star rating. I know it happens sometime but accepting the mistake and try to do your best in next one. Thank you for your Pizza guys. Happy to be here and definitely cant resist myself to have this delicious Pizza.

Today was my first time ordering a pizza at pizza pizza. I tried to place online order, it's charging me delivery fees for pickup order so I decided to call instead. On a weekday at around 5 pm I am on hold for 20 plus minutes and still didn't reach anyone. I went to store and told employee about long wait and his reply is NOT MY FAULT. I tried to explain to him I am giving you feedback not asking for apology. Very rude, I walked out didn't place order.

Extremely expensive.
I had to call head office to file a complaint and who know what became of that.
Made me wait 20 minutes, in store, and I was very ill. Then my order was working - half of it never got cooked and they expected me to wait another 10 or mins before it would be done.
The stuff already made would b soggy, too boot.
I shoved there pizza off the counter and across the kitchen.

I was so upset, angry and sick (not covid19).

I ended up with no food.

It would be another week before I was string enuff to try and go out again and get something.

Pros: large slices at a reasonable price. OK pizza bread.
Cons: just had 2 slices and cheese tasted like it has alcohol or something. It's either really bad quality cheese or spoiled. Ruins the whole pizza, will never eat here again.

This is literally my go to place. I love the food (especially chicken wings) and the staff is very polite which makes me re-visit the place often. I came across one of the employees, I guess his name was Giki; I believe he is an asset to the place considering his politeness and the way of conversing with the customers. He gave me amazing recommendations too. Great food and chivalrous staff. Keep up the work.

Tonite I give it 1 star ordered a pepperoni pizza get home to a cheese pizza. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didnt live 15kms away

Pizza pizza is a newer pizza place that keeps popping up around town that has the tendancy to have fresh pizza around lunchtime which is awesome if your stopping in for and they sell slices that are price around the same as other pizza place that sells by the slice. Really good pizza when it's fresh with a decent variety of slices. Enjoy

Pleasantly surprised with this pizza place! Ive heard about it fro. My colleagues and finally gave it a try and im glad i did! People on keto and other dietary lifestyles might have a better chance finding a pizza here! All the times I've ordered here I've had good service and also well made pizzas. Keep the good work!

Loved it! Both the pizzas and the customer service was outstanding. I’m a huge Pizza Pizza fan being a former Ontario resident and I’m glad to say that this store has held their quality standards. I gave the keto crust a shot and wanna recommend it to everyone on a diet.

We ordered pizza last night.worst pizza experience ever.pizza was not cooked at all.none of the toppings were grilled/cooked.no spices/salt.had to drove in snow to get pizza from somewhere else.i wish there was option for zero star here.
Such a famous and expensive brand pizza pizza but such a poor quality.worst experience as a customer.

Outrageous, they wont even deliver 2.5 km to KG and #10. Wow, very disappointing as the offer Keto friendly pizza crust. We would eat here frequently, but unfortunately they don't even deliver to a reasonably distanced address. Everyone in the area delivers to at least 3 km.

Best pizza in the town. The deal I love the mega munch. Friendly staff. Awesome customer service. My family like pizza pizza and when ever we discuss to eat something on the weekends or occasion they guys want pizza pizza. Best location always clean and sanitize

From the minute I walked into the door to the second I stepped out they treated me very well, with great hospitality and amazing food as well I will definitely eat here more into the future and I recomend it to anyone else out there

Ordered a pizza with hot sauce on half it arrived the driver managed to fold the pizza in half and spread it all over so now my girlfriend cant eat it. I also selected pay by cash and the driver said he didnt have change and just left.
