Really clean franchise location and service is quick and professional. The manager here working Saturday night is really nice.

Small shop with barely any seating so we had to eat pizza in our truck. Nice people, friendly place and good food though

Their pizzas is too good but i love to eat specially made or helping the pizza by Rohan. He is nice guy and his customers sooo nice like 10 stars

I really love their pizza especially the Hawaiian pizza because they are on point and the staff is really good. Must visit.

The ingredients were good aside from the dough of the pizza. I don't know that I have ever tasted worse dough on a pizza. Service was OK. Very small restaurant, not an amazing atmosphere.

Fried pickles were soggy and wet, poutine was almost soup, pizza tasted pretty bad, was very sick after. Staff was impatient and seemed frustrated that I didn’t know where their hidden menu pamphlets were. 1 star for a clean lobby at least.

Worst customer service, rude people and they yell at you when you call them. I order two pizza and made a note to leave one half cheese and half veggie. They sent some random pizzas. I call them and all that had to say is- don’t customise order in future. It confuses kitchen staff. So long story short they punished us for confusing them by sending random pizza. The way they talked over phone was extremely rude. Never experienced it before. It seems like staff doesn’t care at all.

I frequently visit this store in north van as it’s just around the corner from my cafe and love the vegan chicken sandwich, however I’m this occasion I ordered 3 plant-based chicken sandwiches (came up as ‘pb chicken sandwich’ on the till and was served 3 chicken sandwiches with meat, after a couple of bites I could tell it was real chicken and went back to question my order. When speaking to the person who served me I explained I had been given real chicken and I ordered the plant based version, with a smile on his face he told me I order a papaya (don’t actually know what he said here but sounded like this) chicken sandwich and it was my fault. There is no chicken sandwich on the menu that even starts with a ‘p’ so his argument was void and rude. Another staff member came and apologised and gave a full refund, when I asked what sandwich I supposedly asked for she said she didn’t know and he made it up. I’ve been vegan for over 8 years so obviously I’m pretty upset with what has happened. It is such a shame as the franchise owner for this store and the one by the library is lovely and I’ve never had a bad experience till now.

Love the chicken bites, pizza everything we ordered. I just went there with my friends this afternoon and asked them to review it as well. Delicious food and amazing service.

I enjoy going to this location once in a while to pick up a pizza, staff are friendly, the customization options specially for the dough are great. There is very small area for dining so if you are more than 2 people it might be best to get a take out.
Overall one of my favourite pizza places:)

Best franchise pizza restaurant in all of North Van.

I enjoy trying different stores and overall found Pizza Pizza to have the best tomato base sauce, amount of ingredients and my favorite crust.

Ordered a $80 worth of pizza at 6pm. At 8, we called to see where it was. They said they didn't have an order for us, but our credit card was charged. Never again. Their order system sucks.

I have ordered at 11: 27 through Uber eats and it supposed to arrive at 12: 00 am. Then it got delayed to 12: 30 am and after 15 min chat and calls I found out they cancel my order worth letting me know.
I call them directly and order a large cheese pizza half pepperoni. I called them after 15 min to go pick up they said they by mistake made half Hawaiian is that ok? So I had to cancel the pizza after 2 hours of chasing after my order.

Sons came home late and these guys are open late. Puzza and wings were fantastic You have to park at the west end of the building but worth it!

Our family always try to support small businesses and these guys are a prime example of why we do it. Nice owners, happy staff and great food. Keep smiling guys!

Great pizza, and way better quality and quantity of toppings vs Domino's or Pizza Hut. My go to for pizza now.

Always top notch food and service. Delivery during the day and late night is great, less than 30 minutes. Dinner is usually around 40 minutes. Friday night delivery driver is always so friendly and smiley.

Got a great fresh slice of pizza. It was super cheesy, very impressed with the high quality for only $3. The staff were nice, greeted my promptly and the store was very clean. Will be back.

The staff are hands down the nicest staff in any food service establishment I've been to. They have a huge variety of alternative crusts, I always go for the cauliflower and ask for it to be handled gluten free because of my allergies, but my partner enjoys the keto crust because of her diet. Honestly, we enjoy the food, but we come back time and time again because of the people that work there. Keep up the great work guys!

Lousy delivery service. Delivered to this address in the past, now they won’t. After over 20+ minutes on trying to place an online order, their lousy online page said they can’t deliver to my address. Called their central line and guess what? They were useless. The guy didn’t feel like helping and it was my fault my house was not in the address system of my city (told him my house has been here for over 70 years, yet he couldn’t find it). So much for wanting to help small businesses. I am done with Pizza Pizza.

Update: the pizza arrived a bit later. The delivery person explained that a technical issue caused them to receive online orders late. The pizza was delicious, fresh and hot. The guaranteed delivery was honored. Changing my rating back to five stars. Great customer obsession, great pizza.

I ordered two pizzas online around 90 minutes ago with guaranteed 50 minutes delivery. I got charged and received the confirmation email, but the pizza doesn't seem to arrive. We had plans for the afternoon and now everything is being pushed back. I'm hanging on the phone for the last ten minutes listening to music and nobody picks it up. Very unreliable.

Vegetable toppings were very fresh and generous. Pizza base was great. I found the tomato paste lacking in flavor, it needs more zing!

I've ordered from this location twice and have bad experiences both times. The pizza I received was undercooked and the dough was raw. Terrible experience, go somewhere else.

GROSS! What are they using for cheese, ordered a extra large pizza and it was gross! Don't know what kind of cheese they used but it was awful! Two thumbs down!

We ordered a pizza for dinner. Did a build your own, we got a XL pizza with pesto as the base, with mushrooms, onion, jalapeños, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, olives and extra cheese, we got the pizza amd it only had pesto and some cheese. We called the company and they didn't want to refund us or do anything about it. The pizza was more Greasy than pizza hut. Worst experience of a pizza place in North van. Even the $1.50 a slice pizza you get on Granville Street is WAYY BETTER.

What more is there to say? Good pizza makes people happy and there's pretty good pizza here. Owner's friendly and the options here are plentiful.

Ordered twice from these guys so far. And had a good experience and pizza both times. Went for the basic dough with a 4 cheese base and basic tomato sauce. Simple but soooo good! Also made my version of a Hawaiian.very well baked! I think they must put some "magic" in the dough because it's the best crust I've ever had. Ordered mine via Door Dash and it was quick. My new North Shore Pizza joint.

I took my nieces Janice, Rose and my Nephew Colty for a slice of pizza and wings here! They were super conscious and hygienic. The food was amazing and fresh. The people there were so warm and friendly! The kids and I will be back:)

The service is always fantastic when I go in. The pizzas are super delicious definitely made with fresh ingredients! And you got to get their chicken wings, soooo good! Mmmms.cant get enough of this place!

James (manager and co-owner) is a wonderful guy to deal with.

Really nice people and tasty food. Fast service. Some other places you have to wait so long for someone to even start helping you. I watched the lady make me a medium pepperoni pizza in less than 10 minutes from scratch.

I had a great experience, wonderful staff, exceptional customer service by james. He was really polite and friendly. Other day we went to pizza pizza at delta location it was a big disaster but on contrary this location has best pizza and best people.great job guyss.even though i have to drive from surrey to north vancouver but i am definitely coming back to this location.

First time trying Pizza Pizza; not bad! Ordered through Skip past 11: 30pm when they were supposed to closed at 11 from the Marine Dr.location. Thank you for still making my food! Definitely making my overnight shift at work worth more while.

I ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings and paid extra for the steak. I am very dissatisfied to the outcome of my order. There is barely any meat in there.
