Really bad costumer service, i just want my refund back if u guys are busy then plz hire more staff, really pissed me off, first they didn’t follow the instructions and i specifically mention add extra ranch

Our team was working in Abbotsford on the weekend and they had decent reviews while also being open on the Sunday. The pizza picture looked good so we tried it out. Kind of sketchy being in the gas station but we’ll worth it. The team loved the lunch and we will definitely order here again. $72 for 4 large is great value. Well done to the team here.

Hi, This is Roman. I really had a very bad experience with the staff working at this pizza 24 location! I ordered for take out for two vegetarian pizza's one was veggie and one was paneer pizza.very clearly to the person who took my call even in english as well as in punjabi language and I got one chicken instead there were chiken pieces over the pizza instead of paneer and we already ate it without knowing that it was chicken. This is such a non - acceptable mistake they made and when I called them back to explain the person who took my call said that he couldn't find my phone number from which I ordered even after telling him exact timing his answere was this. Never going to order any pizza from this location ever again.

Pretty tired of checking in over an hour later for them to either have forgot about my order or say they have no idea how much long it will take to get their driver to me 12 mins down the road.

Can't get an order right and want you to take store credit so they can mess up your order a second.

If i would be having a option of 0. I would do that. Worst customer service. I don’t know whom did i talked to i was confirming if i can pay online for delivery as i was ordering for my friend but the guy told me to cancel and said straight up that go order online and hung up. Bro it was asking a yes no question if i can pay or no… idk how owners hire these type of people for dealing with customers. Who don’t know how to respond even i was talking in punjabi u can’t say he didn’t understand? Grow up pay a $1 more, hire some nice people.

Really terrible at providing you the item that you ordered and will argue with you non-stop rather than admitting mistakes.

Ordered large shahi paneer pizza. It was very delicious specially their shahi paneer sauce on base. Value for money and great customer service. We be back again

We ordered a thin crust pizza these guys gave us regular one, on asking them some rude staff didn't acknowledge their mistake even on showing the pizza.

Been ordering since 2021 with this Blueridge location and now this one employees that has been working there for so long started behaving argumentatively and fighting non-stop rather admitting his mistake. Whole family fun time was ruined because of this guy.

Who would call this pizza thin crust? I ordered this item on Feb 20th, 2023 when I received the correct item. I ordered the same pizza on Mar 18th, 2023 and received regular pizza and the cashier apologized and today I received what is submitted in the images and the guy said that is thin crust pizza. This person even argued non-stop for at least 20 minutes justifying that what he gave me was thin crust. What are the odds that the same guy apologized that we made you a regular pizza on Mar 18th and the same guy argued non-stop today, on April 10,2023 that what he is giving me is thin crust. I'll be taking this pizza back to the location again when the manager is there and ask him if this is thin crust and how can the guy argue that it is thin crust and that it is because of the summer temperatures that the dough is like this when in fact the today the temperature is only 10 degrees Celsius. I'll be ordering the same thin crust pizza from their Clearbrook, Mission, Fraser and Surrey location and sharing those images as well just to see what they provide

Tried ordering online 3 time, all 3 times it failed. Called in and was hung up on twice because they couldn't hear me but the third time I called, they said they already took my order. They sound like they don't care much to take the order. Pizza is good, that's about it.
