We had the Everything pizza so big you'll need a knife and fork but we managed. Best pizza we've had in a long time

Best pizza I've had in a very long time. The only downsides are that they have no washroom for customers and only a single table with 2 chairs if you want to eat there.

Delivery order.
Cheeseburger and Sooke Special.
Both pizzas were delicious, especially the Sooke Special.
Quality ingredients, lots of cheese!
Sauce is bright and flavourful.
Crust had crunch and a great density, not too thick and held up well with all the toppings.
Best in Sooke by far.

Delicious. Highly recommend. The pizza was also excellent cold the next day. Probably the most pineapple ever on a pizze - yum.

Grabbed a couple 10” wheels to feed the kids after a long day. Made quick, tasty pizza, and most importantly friendly staff.
No complaints.

Just had a basic pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic. I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Would absolutely order from here again.

They must be more high then people working at 642! 3 hours for an order made online.and cold when it got here.

Had great experiences in the past however, tonight, 3 hrs later. After several calls, the last saying it was on the way and less then 5 mins.
I have frozen pizza I a toaster oven.
Not 1 call in 3 hrs fro. Them but a few from me, one offering to come pick it up.

We have given this place so many "second chances. " We've had so many pizzas that have been way overcooked or way undercooked or simply the wrong order. There has never been any ownership for mistakes and nothing done to make things right. Tonight, we gave it another chance - it looked perfect when we opened the boxes. But there was so much cheese the grease made the crust soggy and it was so salty it was nearly inedible, even my kids who love pizza wouldn't eat it.

We got takeout once while we were visiting the area. It was pretty good pizza and I'm pretty fussy. It was very busy when we ordered so took 35 minutes.

Definitely wont order from here again.

Was recommended this place by a few people.saying that it was the best pizza in town. Sadly this not the case. Pizza was burned and dough was not cooked all the way through. Was not worth calling them back to let them know as their service was horrid.the kids really don't know the meaning of customer service or what the word polite meant.
If you have a choice for food in sooke, best steer clear from thsi place.

This place is the least consistent pizza place ever. Overcooked. Undercooked. Wrong order. And when you reach out to them they don't actually DO anything about it. Just wasted $70 on inedible over salty dripping with grease pizza. Again. My kids won't even eat it. I guess I'm a slow learner ‍️ I'm done. Never again. Sooke needs a new pizzaria

We have tried them a couple times now and they are definitely NOT the best. Over cooked, hard, tasteless meat, very little sauce. Don't think I will waste my money here ever again.

Paid $5.50 for extra sauce and i got almost none.
Pizza came 20 min late, Pizza cheese is burnt to almost black and the crust is like rock!
Toppings are scarce, Hawaiian slices had one or two pieces of pineapple.
Were not eating this, ill bring it back tomorrow and take my $70.00 dollars back.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered the lasagna expecting it to resemble the picture they have posted on the menu. No resemblance whatsoever. As I put my fork into the dish I kept bringing up sauce, no noodles. I looked for the noodles only to see a scarce layer on the bottom. I called and asked how many layers of noodles it was supposed to have. I was told two. I can only guess that the second layer was mixed in with the cheese. But even after separating that I couldn’t see any evidence of a noodle.

Pretty much the same experience that Ben below had. Frequently rude customer service/phone answering, zero accountability and problem solving capacity for staff on hand, and tonight outright forgot yet another order after waiting over an hour in the store for nothing.

Other people in similar positions tonight who are also just walking out in frustration. "Manager" nowhere to be seen. This has happened too many times to be listed as "simply a very busy night. " Literally the only reason they manage to survive as a business is because Sooke has an abysmal lack of choices for take out/delivery - especially when it comes to pizza.

Says they are open until 10: 00 but when you call at 9: 41 they won’t deliver. If you can’t take delivery orders until the time you close then perhaps you should change your closing time

I just tried to order 2 pizzas. Git one pizza and got charged $50 including tip. Last time I order from there. Period

Worst service in town for average pizza.

Ordered ahead for pickup, called to confirm order was received, cashier confirmed pizza was coming out of the oven, went to pick up, cashier confirmed it would be 5 minutes, 15 minutes pass, no pizza, asked politely how much longer it would be, cashier walked away and didn’t return, an hour goes by, an older staff member checks in, no sign of pizza, they lost the order, no apology, no solution, no help, I asked for my money back and left for home with no pizza.
Understandably this is a first world problem and we will be ok. I’m afraid for the future due to the lack of problem solving abilities of millennials. I will not eat here again and will advise my friends and colleagues the same.

Very disappointed. We’ve ordered lots from them and if a mistake was made it was corrected with no problem. Last night we ordered 2 pizzas, the crazy bread and drinks. The delivery person arrived with no drinks but was great, polite and said she’d fix the problem. We were easy with it being refunded or replaced. We opened the boxes and found our one pizza was literally coated with red chilli flakes! We love spice but this was ridiculous. We tried scraping them off even but it was inedible. It honestly looked like someone thought it was a joke and put as many as possible. We called and then were told nothing could be done plus rudely left on the phone while the one person talked about us and then passed to someone else who just kept telling us no. We either wanted a replacement or refund. It wasn’t hard and not sure why it was such an unpleasant experience. I understand mistakes but this was handled so poorly and we never got refunded for our drinks and had to pay for a pizza we couldn’t eat, were treated badly and won’t be ordering from them again. Plus we will strongly recommend that our friends and family in Sooke order somewhere else!

Despite reading a few bad reviews we decided to order and were very impressed with the results. Both our pizzas tasted great and were cooked in 15 minutes. Excellent place to go for pizza.

Price is higher compared to Langford yes but its local and the staff is awesome. Our family loves the pizza very filling, but the hard working staff really make this place keep up the good work.

Ordered pizza last night at 8: 00pm and they said a hour which was fine. It didn't end up showing up until 10: 30. The delivery driver was really nice and apologized. The food was warming. Hopefully next time is better

I ordered the Taco pizza, nothing Mexican about it. Got home with the pizza only to find we never the got lettuce, tomatoes, or sour cream as promised, tasted like plain hamburger with a tomato sauce a very little cheese. Not inexpensive either. The vegetarian was also pretty dull as well. We would have been better off buying frozen.

Perfectly adequate pizza, but a little disappointing for the price. I would suggest they use actual pepperoni instead of bologna.

I have heard under new management and the quality has changed. We loved the pizza here and was our go to place. We ordered tonight our Sooke delight and.wow, what a disappointment. Overcooked and no kidding at least half the amount of meats and cheeses. I will give them one more try, but if this is their new norm, it is worse than Dominos. I will buy a frozen pizza instead.

Small two topping $21? Small pep for $16, to high. Also theres barely any cheese on it and too much cheap pepperoni, and the bread to topping ratio not good.

Worst experience ever at a pizza shop. As a professional, I’m appalled at the service, you should tell your clients if you’re going to be 1 hour late. I waited in their shop for 67 minutes while they said “it’s going in the oven”.

Will never return. Worst part is I’m local - I would have enjoyed to come back. But no one really cared or tried to make it right.

Overpriced.pizza is my and my kids favorite. We get pizza almost every Saturday just not from this location anymore.

Almost every pizza restaurant uses quality ingredients to make there pizza sell and satisfy there customers. Why pay more when you can get for less price at other location.

Decent first experience here, tried again (delivery) and was not disappointed! Ordering online is easy, delivery time was exactly on, and the pizzas are very good (taco and chicken teriyaki). They are a tad greasy but still very good (and much better than most options downtown).

Hands down our favourite pizza place to order from. Would highly recommend the taco pizza and the cheeseburger, they are the best! Amazing customer service as well!

Was our favorite pizza place in sooke.until last night.my wife ordered pizza was told 30-45 min for pick up.arrived to pick up order.no record of our pizza order.lack of training.too overwhelmed.guess langford will be the place to get pizza now.disappointing after years of loyality.

Got 2 - 10" tiny pizzas, and charged 50 bucks for it. Skimpy on the topings. Will never get this pizza again, what a rip off!

New owners are great. I don't have to tell them to make my pizza well done anymore, then actually know how to cook it properly. Can't wait to try their new curries.

By far the best pizza in Sooke. Try my creation: ground beef, capocoli, onion, feta and extra cheese. Delicious. Request they add it to the menu.

Always deliver within 45 minutes and its always hot. The delivery people are also very kind and well mannered.

1. Screwed up our order twice in a row.
2. Spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to clarify the order the second time around, the girl had terrible phone manners and couldn't figure it out.
3. Was ignored for another 8 minutes at the front desk before interrupting the chatting staff, asking for my corrected pizza
4. Saw a girl cough all over the food she wa prepping, see me, then cough into her sleeve
5. The "corrected" pizza was smaller than the one ordered initially.

All in all, not at all impressed with the staff. The food is fine (albeit coughed on.which is gross as hell), but the staff is a nightmare.

It's good simple pizza, good crust, good sauce, and a fair amount of toppings. The staff are also just the right amount of friendly.

Decent enough pizza. They need to figure out how to put more out during peak periods. Expect to wait a long time during these times.

Visiting Sooke, wanted pizza for our room. Ordered the Hawaiian. VERY delicious with ample toppings, VG crust. A bit pricy compared to what we are used to but would recommend.

Had a harsh craving for lasagna. Went in, asked for a "dry" lasagna for pick-up. They DID deliver. Thanks Guys! I will most certainly be back again!
