Tried to rent a parking stall and the person dealing with it was absolutely useless. This company is a joke. We asked to do month to month as that was our rental contract in our building. The parking manager said no and ended up leaving the spot empty for over a year….

The owner of the stall could have been making money but this company doesn’t know what they are doing

One of the agency doesn't pick up phone calls or reply to text messages and never have someone come repair for air conditioner as promised from one year ago, we had to close all the windows during 30 degrees days and they never had any voice

Scammers, don’t you ever rent somethig with them, investigate first on the internet how are they, theres a lot of cases where they scam people

Great customer service, the lady on the phone was very nice along with anyone else i was redirected too, they answered every question I had and made me feel secured. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Terrible service. Apartment was given to me dirty and with many things broken/not working. When I complaint about it they said that they have cleaning invoices and that they are not responsible for anything. Some light went out less than a week after moving in and they are not responsible for that either, saying that they were fine when I moved in and that I need to replace them.

I love how they take care of you when you request a maintenance problem. They are so good and there Customer service is great.

So many fake reviews again. Thought maybe they'd reformed since 2016 when I last looked at their listings but nope, same old same old.

Plan A is a professional property management company - they take care of a large number of furnished rental apartments in downtown and serve hundreds of tenants every year. In my experience as a client, I have had any concerns and the tenants I have spoken to have had positive experiences.

I locked myself out my room and lost my keys, Mr rob was able to get me in my room a change my lock.

Stay away! Plan A Real Estate Services withheld charges against damage deposit without my consent which is against the Residential Tenancy Act. The partial damage deposit was refunded late, more than 15 days after move out. I disputed this with the Residential Tenancy Board and was successful: Plan A was ordered to repay double the damage deposit as a penalty. They told the arbitrator that I gave verbal consent to the charges to be withheld against my damage deposit even though I explicitly told them at the inspection that I do not consent. If you are doing a move out inspection with Plan A, sign off on the condition report but do not sign off on the additional charges that they say you owe then! Don't be afraid to dispute with RTB if they short you - it's the only way they'll learn

Plan A misrepresented its listing and charged over $3,000 for a very unkempt basement studio. It was in a completely different location and condition than advertised. Left after a short time and no refund was issued. There appeared to be several small peepholes, like those used for a covert video camera, in the bathroom shower ceiling drywall.

A class-action lawsuit against Plan A may be a good way redress those who may have been financially harmed by this company, and to protect other tenants in the future.
