Planet Bee Honey Farm and Honeymoon Meadery

My partner and I were in the area for the day and wanted to drop in and see this place. Fantastic products available.
They are also really great at educating you in regards to the life cycle of bees, there is also a tasting station for mead with a gentleman who is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience fantastic.
The end result was that we purchased every type of meat they had and are excited to try them all out.
I would suggest swinging by this place for anybody in the area. It's a great location and a wonderful business

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff, they have a tasting bar with all their honeys to try before you buy.

I always want to buy Fireweed Honey whenever I see it as it’s hard to move the hives close to it. They have it here.

Also found some Dandelion Honey which is great for liver cleansing. I add it to my Dandelion tea.and it’s so tasty!

Tried and purchase the Buckwheat honey which is helpful for my mother in law that soothe her throat and tastes great.

They also sell Royal Jelly, etc.and they do ship.

We didn’t have the Mead tasting for the tour group, I would have bought some if we can taste it while we were there. When I asked, they said they were not taste testing the mead.

Nice local farm, washroom is outside around the building.

Man kann aus sehr vielen verschiedenen Sorten probieren und schlussendlich kaufen.
Kleine bis sehr grosse Abpackungen.
Ich glaube jeder findet etwas.
Es hat noch Bienen zum anschauen wie sie Honig produzieren. Sehr interessant.

I were late to visit the farm, so no more presentation after the rest of the day. In fact, all staff tried the best to explain and to introduce all information as much as they can.
Truly appreciated the friendly staff provided great education lesson about bee for my family. My 3 kids truly learned a lot after the visit, and shared to their friends as well.

Excellent staff and helpful and learning about the bees and bought a bottle of wine made with honey and also some honey.

Their ointments are good to treat skin conditions. The Lemon Ginger Honey is tasty. Thought to try their regular honey, however; I was disappointed that they use plastic containers for the 1kg Okanagan Honey after charging a shipping fee. Recyclable glass containers would be a better fit and more environmentally friendly. I had to pour the honey into a glass container myself upon receiving it.

Incredible products, fair prices, nice service, relaxed yet informative atmosphere and Bees to boot! A must-see in Vernon, BC. Thank you, Planet Bee:)

My parents bought us the propolis throat spray- it works like magic but it taste awful ahahahah

Visited with my family first week of Aug.some of the staff (younger ones) we extremely nice and were all smiles compared to the adult staff specially the lady at the counter on Aug. 04 2022 between 3-4pm. Frowns when asked if we can have sample spoon to try the their samples.

Loved the smell of the store. Honey candles are my favourite, so it was nice to purchase a locally made one! Offers a delicious tasting of both honey and mead! The dandelion honey and raspberry mead were my favourite. Very cool, very kind staff:)

A bit over a year ago I came to this location, as I always do, after having left save-on foods; I was confused why Save-on was selling their honey for 7.49$ while I was paying 15$ at this “warehouse” location…….

Yesterday I went here to buy honey and now the same container is 19$!

I loved it! We booked the 30min info session and the kids enjoyed every part. Got some great products. We will be going back for sure!

I absolutely LOVE their honey. I order several different kinds every few months because I use honey in my tea and my salad dressings. I love the variety that I can order online and I also love that the majority is RAW.

Great place to take the kids. Education on bees is an important part of teaching children about food production in our unique area. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Good little stop. Fun bee experience, reasonable price for honey. Plus you can taste test it all. There is a cute educational corner for the little ones and mead for the big ones. Worth stopping in if you have the time.
