This place is an absolute joke. Don't waste your money here if you have any gym experience. If you only want to do cardio have at'er but even the lifting machines they do have are far below par. This toxic business model promotes judging people who are actually making progress while promoting a "judgement free safe space" for snowflakes that they feed junk food to keep them feeling bad about their body image but comfortable stuffing their faces with garbage in public

I started going to this gym after a cycling injury, as part of my rehab. It has everything you'd want to find, as a casual gymgoer: friendly staff, clean and spacious environment, lots of options in terms of equipment, and a casual, relaxed clientele. Plus it is open 24h, which makes it very convenient. With the purple membership, among other perks, you can bring a friend, which is also cool.

One of the best gyms in the area. Clean and professional! 30 minutes full body workout with Parva is an amazing instructor. The most enjoyable part after the workout is the spa.

Good gym lots of equipment, not like Anytime fitness barley any equipment and Anytime fitness charges 60 a month, please come try Planet fitness it's worth it.

I've drove across America and Canada twice going to soo many PF's, this is one of the most clean and organized PF I've seen. Never too busy and the quality of other members always seem to be of good class and energy.

If you want this gym to be a success clear some space and reduce the amount of cardio machines. A suggestion- add fake grass area with medicine balls, resistant bands, TRX bands, free weights, pull up bars, box jumps…it’s 2023 the culture of gym goers has changed, not a lot people want to workout on machines. Make the change and I promise you’ll have a full gym. Cheers

Jeanine and her team provide great customer service. They were experiencing software issues when I was signing up for a membership and they were quick to resolve it and waived the deposit and one month fee for the inconvenience! They always make me feel welcomed and their facility is very clean and well maintained. Their spa section is a treat after a workout. And their membership fees are definitely reasonable.

Victoria went above and beyond with helping me get my account sorted and was truly such a positive spirit! Every time I go in she has such big smile on her face and never fails to ask how my day is going. Definitely my favourite gym I’ve been to and I don’t plan on changing it any time soon:)

The atmosphere is great and it’s clean. Would be even better with more dumbbells as the crowd r increasing. Cardio equipment are plenty which is a plus point and the black card benefits are great for the price.

Clean and friendly environment. Usually not crowded at nights and has everything you need from a fitness centre.

It’s nice and new, lots more of cardio and tv’s, but is it a gym or playhouse? ! If you want to “ workout “ not much weights! Don’t get me started on the Lunk alarm! The stupidest thing ever! Funny how Planet Fitness promotes no egos no judgment, but the Lunk alarm is ALL judgment!

Nice clean facility with friendly and welcoming staff. The ambiance was inviting and never did I feel judged or discriminated. The only drawback is the equipment is a bit old school so if you prefer new tech for the workout equation, then you might like it as much.however this is pretty good especially for the price. They also have Pizza Tuesdays at this location!

Service was awful - reviews are being bloated by staff. Sure it has some new equipment, but the quality is horrible. Horrible paint job. Who wants to workout with bright purple barney walls everywhere? I guess you get what you pay for, but the price isn't even that low compared to other gyms in the area. Staff dont seem to care about members or facility at all

Went to check it out with a friend, immediately asked to fill in some personal info on the iPad then a standard tour to the gym.
Many cardio machines specifically facing the front, free weight area on the side, a HIIT area, machinery at the back. Massage chair, bed, tanning rooms beside front desk. Very spacious.
My friend did not feel pressured to enroll, she is still thinking about it.

This gym is great at what it does but it's definitely not for all. It serves my purposes great and unlike other reviews I have found the staff that I have met are very friendly. However be aware that there are no bench press, squat racks, and deadlift areas. Only dumbbells up to 60lbs and Smith machines to compliment weight machines and a ton of cardio equipment.

Love this gym! So spacious, clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I feel really comfortable here. The manager is excellent. I upgraded my membership to take advantage of the spa. So happy I did! Thank you!

Gym is so nice and new i cannot get over the changing rooms but lots of equipment, wish they had more free weights though:/ and bench area

I came down for a tour and the staff that took me around was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The gym was clean and had a variety of equipment. Also, all of the equipment is new. Awesome gym with great people! I highly recommend this gym.

Large space, very little mirrors, no ego lift gym, dumbells only go up to 60lbs, tons of cardio machines, No Squat Rack, No Deadlift Platform, Very Quiet! No weights "clanking"

Place wasn't too busy. Clean and functioning machines. Clean washroom.
In general, good vibes.

The facility is big and extremely clean. Front desk is always kind, Thankyou Victoria, for explaining membership plans in depth & for your knowledge of the black card spa & Free-day pass. A no commitment gym is always less intimidating.

The location and hours of operation were ultimately the reason why I decided to join. The various types of the equipment exceeded my expectations and the staff contribute to the positive atmosphere. Best gym in Coquitlam hands down!

Gym is one of the biggest gyms you'll see in the Lower Mainland. The gym is laid out well and equipment is super clean. Only knock on the place is the ceiling is quite low, so when you are on the treadmill you are staring almost directly at the lights when viewing the TV's above.

This is the first time I see a gym without barbells. Seriously. Dumbbells up to 60 lb, no more. No bench press option. Thousands of cardio machines, so if you want to keep this as your cardio corner, great. But if you want to have some sort of serious weight workout, nope. I guess Planet Fitness is trying to keep all kind of weightlifters off the gym. Only averages.
