Play Abby Abbotsford

I visited Play Abbey with my 3 boys yesterday. It was very busy getting in. Payton provided awesome customer service and was very patient!

I have been going to this place for a long time and quite often. And this morning I wasn’t impressed with the receptionist girl. The place was at full capacity and I didn’t see the piece of paper they sticked on the door as I was struggling enough with my boys. And I was walking in just a bit behind a big group (they were lining up inside) so it’s easy not to pay attention to their “sign”. It wouldn’t be a big deal if she simply just said “sorry, we’re full! ”. But no, she made me go outside to read that. How rude! Why don’t they put a big sign in front of the doors instead of that piece of paper looking just like other papers they have on their doors?

Great place to take your kids. Mine have so much fun. It costs $18 for my two kids to go. But you have unlimited time.

First time going was for a birthday. I physically saw the staff regularly checking, and cleaning the bathrooms and tables! That was nice. Bring cash! Silly kids were side tracked by all the little trinkets! Bring a jacket, the kids get hot while they play and I got chilled watching!

We went on a weekday before 2: 00 pm. It was not too busy, and the kids had fun.

- Very affordable and a great option for when
the weather isn’t favourable.
- There is a tots area next to a seating area,
as well as the main play area which is easy
to view your children from a distance.
- There’s claw machines that allow you to
win every try for only $2.00 which is
awesome for little ones.

4/5 stars. Only because this place gets much too busy during peak hours to consider visiting.

Most is the things work here on coins so just a way to make parents spend more $$ after entry.

Play Abby is a wonderful place to bring your small children to. It's ideally good for five and under, but my 11-year-old enjoys playing with her little brother here as well. To Be honest, my husband and I both enjoy playing and climbing inside the tubes with our kids.

Heads up the the purple windy slide picks up some speed if you're over 200 lbs. Also, you should wear Lululemon pants to go down the rainbow slides because you'll get launched a few feet off the end. Lol.

Bring loonies and toonies because there's cute little rides and vending machines where the kids get toys. My son put a toonie in this Lego dinosaur machine and we did spend half an hour building that dinosaur and we had a really fun time doing that too. He's still playing with the week later, although it's lost an arm and a leg.

I love that you can bring your own food and drinks to this place. It's really close to the discount liquor store around the corner as well for Mom and Dad Fun in the evening after the kids go to bed early from being exhausted from playing in play Abby all day!

Someone should really start paying me for these reviews.

Excellent place to let your kids play and have fun and not having to worry. Excellent staff watching everywhere, especially the exit/entrance. Went for a friend's son's Birthday party. Don't forget your socks!

A few things to point out, last weekend we were at this location Play Abby,
It’s absolutely dirty, and staff is not cleaning more often, and it’s very very crowded they should have capacity rule, unfortunately they don’t, and I’m a parent of 2 child we all got sick have tested positive covid after visiting this place,

Great spot to let the kids loose, there's an area for babies/little toddlers and a larger play area for the older kids. There's a Tim Hortons across the way, and they allow you to bring in outside food.

I really like the way they handle kids coming and going. There is a gate whoch is the only way in and out, and upon entering, they will draw matching marks on the parent (s) and child (ren) with a blacklight pen. So when you leave with a child they can verify that they're yours.

Me and friend went to this place with our kids. A white girl at the counter helped us. She asked me how many of us are going in and said this much amount. She called me to pay the amount at the other machine. But she forgot to put names of our kids. No doubt there was big line up. However she didn’t forget to take money from us however, forgot to jot down information or fill the form. Moreover she opened the gate and let us in, here she forgot to put the stamps on our hands. We went there around 130 and we were done around 430. When the East Indian girl asked me about the stamps, I told her that no one put stamps on our hands. Then I tried to talk to her politely and explained her the scenario what happened. The white girl was just standing there and listening but not responding. She clearly knew what was happening and it’s her fault. This East Indian girl was so loud and rude that she seemed so unprofessional and does not know how to tackle the situation and talk to the costumers. She should not be working there if she doesn’t know how to do the assigned job properly. They were not ready to accept their fault.
It’s not my responsibility to tell them what to do and I don’t know what’s their criteria or rules of this place. If they need my information just ask and fill the form and do the stamp thing. Such a disrespectful staff!

Its a good place to take your kids to but a little crowded, needs some cleaning (I understand its for kids, but still it needs to have more staff who can keep it cleaner).
We loved it and I would recommend it to everyone.

Large, clean indoor playground with lots of seating for the grown ups. You can also bring your own food in, which is awesome.

My daughter went to play Abby and she got HSV! She’s super sick with high fever.the place is dirty will never go there again. PARENTS BEWARE. Esspecially when times are like this please disinfect and clean regularly.
