On a recent motorcycle road trip we were unfortunate to have a breakdown approximately 500 kilometres from our home in mountainous terrain. Broken splines on our back wheel caused the proverbial death wobble. After getting the bike to a small town we were able to call CAA to tow to nearest center at a cost of almost $1000. We had to agree. As good fortune was upon us the tow driver suggested taking the bike a few kilometres to Playmor Motor Sports to see if they could do anything. These guys are not a Harley dealership but they stopped what they were doing determined the solution but of course no parts. The service manager and part owner contacted a friend and managed to get us a used wheel at a fraction of the cost. A couple of hours later we were back on the road. They offered us all the hospitality of a small town while we waited. I cannot say enough about the ownership and the management of this company. Without a doubt I will now look to these guys when purchasing any new motor sport vehicles as well as lawn and yard equipment. The driving the 500 kilometres to support this company would be worth every penny.

Very unhelpful and unprofessional over the phone. Called to see if they would look into my bike. First thing they say is they aren't the kawi dealer. Okay fair enough, but it's a bike with a simple problem. The guy on the phone started to raise his voice when I asked him how much, his reply "I DONT KNOW UNTIL I LOOK AT IT, UNDERSTAND? "

It's hard to make a trip out from trail to go to a shop that won't even give me a basic price quote for looking at the thing. Unprofessional. Main Jet is way better and worth the drive.

Service department is incompetent.
I asked them to fix dirt bike forks that clunked on rebound. They rebuilt them for $370 and it didn't resolve the clunking. I took the forks to Surina Motorcycle Repair and Justin knew immediately what the issue was and repaired them for about $100.
