Their dentists and hygienist are extremely educated, soft spoken and know exactly how to satisfied their patients. I have had visited many dentists in the past for my 3 years old son who has been in extreme pain but he was not satisfied with any of the dentist. However, since we visited Dr Ankit Agarwal from Evolve Dental Studio (gem of a person and a great dentist) and he referred my son to Dr. Nidhi Kotak at playtime, my son has been more confident and content with her service. I can't thank enough to Dr Jassica for the great care and surgery she performed on my son.

This office does not accept the Status insurance plan underwriten by Pacific Blue Cross. In other words, they pick and choose which plans they want to cover essentially discriminating against the First Nations. How can they accept one pacific blue cross plan and deny others? It’s just wrong.

Took my little man there for his first ever dental appointment. The Staff, Hygienist, and Dentist were very friendly and informative. They were great with the little one I would recommend to others for their kids dental check ups.

Went here for a tongue tie assessment and possibly a tongue tie revision for my baby. The dentist checked it out and confirmed that it is not severe enough to do a revision. I really appreciate the honesty! Other dentists may have encouraged the revision, even if not necessary, just to make more money. Highly recommend Playtime Dentistry!

This place is best i can say staff is so nice, very clean office and they know what they doing front staff is very welcoming dr nidhi was my sons dentist she is very nice and she takes time not rushing like other dentist they explained everything i am glad we found this place.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! My daughter was terrified of going to the dentist for the first time, as soon as we walked into the office her attitude changed. The girls at reception were so friendly, there was a movie she loved playing in the waiting room and other kids to play with. The hygienist who came to get her was so friendly and so sweet, she took the time to show my daughter every tool they use, tell her what they’re for and let her touch and feel each one so she could see nothing would hurt her. My daughter had brought her baby doll with her for comfort and they put her doll under the bib with her, used each tool on her doll first and took everything at my daughters pace. She wasn’t able to complete her cleaning and the hygienist told me it was not a problem, they didn’t want her scared and would only do as much as she could handle on her first visit. The dentist was so warm and kind and my daughter took to her right away. She was quick, thorough and had my daughter smiling through her exam. After we left the office my daughter told me she likes to go to the dentist now, it meant so much to me to have them acknowledge her feelings and help her build her confidence in being there. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable environment for their kids.

My daughter saw Dr. Nidhi Kotak for her tooth extraction. She did an awesome job and made my daughter feel very comfortable throughout the session. I find her incredibly knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. All the staff here is very nice. Thank you for your services.

My daughter is anxious, and we were not able to get her teeth cleaned at her previous dentist. We decided to try Playtime dentistry in hopes that she would have a better experience. She got her teeth cleaned and x-rays done. Tara, the hygienist, was so patient with my her and took the time to explain every dental instrument being used and let her try it herself. Now my daughter is looking forward to her next visit. Thank you, Tara, for helping my daughter feel comfortable in your hands. You truly have a gift with children.

Bad experience, it's just a matter of money for them. They made me pay double the price they had mentioned when booking the appointment just for a check-up. They also try to extract more money from you by advising you to do some extra care which are absolutely unnecessary. There are other dentists more competent and much cheaper. I will never go to this place again.

Everything about my son's first dental appointment was incredible. We were taken care of and felt welcome from the minute we walked in until the minute we left! Thank you for such a great experience!

Very bad experience. The dentists has no enough experience to know how to choose the best way to do the treatment. Instead, they just choose the easiest way for themselves and more expensive way for patients. The treatment they made has some issues later and they charge you more to fix the issue.

Took my child to Dr. Nidhi Kotak. She's the best. And the clinic was clean and well run. It was actually a fun experience for my child. Will be coming here from now, even though I need to drive 30 minutes to get there.

Always great care here both dentist Jessica and Ella are knowledgeable professionals that are skilled and kind the hygienist are specialist with kids and they don't over charge!

My daughter had the best experience! She left with a smile.which has never happened at any other dental office:)
