Fantastic laundry mat, everything works as it should maybe only ever a couple machines down but never has affected me really!

Great laundrette. Really clean. Pleasant staff who provide soap for 50c. We are on a camping trip across BC and Alberta and laundrettes are essential! $4 for a wash

I have been coming to this laundromat for over 2 years. I am a Massage Therapist and have a lot of sheets to have cleaned each week.
The staff have always been very helpful and friendly to myself and others that I witness.
Simone is there helping everyone who comes in. If anything is wrong, such as change getting eaten, or overloaded machines, she is there to assist without question. On busy days she will be helping to get people through their laundry day with ease. Thank you Simone!

This place is a complete Rip off This woman always has a laundry change machine that is never working and has no out of order sign so you put your money in, and it is broken "ALWAYS". IT STEALS IT! Then proceeds to have you return again and again to get you to hopefully give up.

Great place decent prices for doing a load nice size washers and good dryers verry clean and respectable. People there durring certain hrs to help with issues

It was quiet as it was early morning. No attendant on site, but pretty self explanatory. They have 3 different sizes of washers ($3-5/load) and awesome giant dryers.

Change machine on site, but they dont accept the new $10 bills.

Laundry soap and dryer sheets for sale as well, in case you forget yours.

Always had fresh flowers and free candy. Seating nook with reading material. Amenities walking distance.

YESTERDAY WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LAUNDROMAT. CHERYL, THE WOMAN IN CHARGE, WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND AWESOME! MY FRIEND AND I LIVE OUT OF TOWN, BUT WE'LL BE BACK! A VERY EASY 5 STARS!

My.washing machine broke, I haf to do all my laundry at the plaza laundry, fantastic women working there and everything is spotlessly clean.

It's a laundromat. Clean and machines worked. No plugs anywhere and a bit expensive. Regular load $3 large $4.50 and 4 minutes for 25¢ drying. The posted hours inside were not very helpful but worth a laugh.

Affordable Laundry especially for a person like my self who was new to Nelson looking to wash my clothes after a 3 day greyhound trip from southern Ontario. The owner is a very kind helpful person. Local people recommended this Laundromat because the owner is so kind she will fold peoples clothes for them sometimes to free up machines. The soap she sells is very inexpensive and the containers are recycled after use. Great place for travelers or locals with no washing machine or dryer at home!

Always clean and the super-nice lady is here from 10: 30 to 3: 30 M to F to help out. I highly recommend the Plaza!

Guess it was some place to do laundry machines are great a well-kept and very clean sweet always alone and $0.25 for 4 minutes of drying time
