Plenty Of Time

Bought 3 vape cartridges, got 1 battery. Tried to recharge battery when it was low and it was hooped. Called the store and was told too bad, so sad, that I'd have to drive from Port McNeill to Campbell River to get a new one or send them money for another one. The clerk has no idea what customer service is about and I told her the business has just lost a good customer.

Friendly knowledge staff. Their only fault is they are the best in town and not open long enough Sundays

All the staff are lovely to deal with! Super knowledgeable and friendly. My go to place. Even if they don't have what I'm after, they always look after me and make sure i leave happy. 420 thumbs up!
