I am so pleased with this service and the pharmacist Matthew has been absolutely amazing to me so patient so kind and I want to commend the gentleman that keeps delivering the medication I don't know his name I got a delivery today December 15th at about 2: 45 2: 50 he has always been so pleasant it's an older gentleman I just really want it to be noted and have them both praised for their great customer service. Pocketpills has been a life saver for me. They are always easy to get ahold of if you have a question or concern, and very helpful.

Update: despite their promises to do better, they left my requests to refill my medication unanswered for days and now I’m leaving the country without my proper medication.

It’s Sunday. I’ve been requesting they fill my Rx since Thursday evening.

Back to my initial review, this service is not reliable enough and has left me without my needed medication on multiple locations now. I’ll need to transfer everything back to my local pharmacy who 1. Answers my calls 2. Fills my medications when I ask them to.

I’ve been using PocketPills for about 6 months now. This week I had a really, really frustrating experience in not receiving my medication in time. In my frustration I left a one star review; without any additional context. Their manager Brianna saw this and dug into my account, and called immediately to apologize for the experience I had, right their mistakes, and implement some changes to my account internally to ensure this never happens again. THAT is how you do it, folks.

Usually I have no issues with getting my prescriptions within a few days, but this time I went to my doctor on June 28th and had a new prescription faxed to Pocketpills. A few days ago I got a text saying it was being prepared and the next day I get another text saying they charged my card and will let me know when it’s being shipped.
The delivery is now saying July 10th. I am currently on a medical leave from work and am trying medications to help get me back at work asap. I’m supposed to have another doctors appointment next week and i don’t really see a point anymore because I won’t even have been on the new medication for two days. I know I could have just gone to a pharmacy near me, but I have severe anxiety which makes pocketpills such an amazing option for me. I’m just extremely disappointed in how long it’s taking this time around.

Pocketpills truly makes a huge difference for me! I am very thankful that I don’t have to go to a pharmacy and pick up my meds. It makes it much easier to keep up with my medications.

PocketPills has been an amazing experience. For someone who doesn’t drive, it has always been a struggle to pick up my medications from the local pharmacy. The customer service team at PocketPills did a spectacular job requesting my medications from my previous pharmacy and requesting refills when needed.

This company was very professional and present throughout the purchasing process. The public relations was excellent with a phone call and text messages to keep me informed about the status of my kit. They are also very available for questions or explanations to make sure their products were safely used. Can’t say enough!

This pharmacy is beyond accommodating. They communicate with me via text which has made ordering and delivery very convenient for me. They were even able to provide me the name brand of my medication when requested. Best pharmacy I've ever dealt with- Thank you!

They make it so easy to renew prescriptions and more importantly take medication consistently. They're so friendly and helpful whenever you have a query. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Transferred all of my prescriptions over from my pharmacy, without explicitly saying they would do so in the app.not happy with this servivce. Your app needs a better user interface or some clearer descriptions.

Absolutely horrible customer service, one prescription was long in the mail then when I requested to have my prescription sent back to Shoppers they included the lost against my dispensing history. Save yourself and go to your local pharmacy who delivers same time.

Every time I have an amazing experience with PocketPills. For example I was in Ottawa over the holidays (I live in Toronto) and realized I forgot to refill a prescription. I simply changed my address on the app and they fedex’d my refill directly to Ottawa 2 days later. Amazing.

This pharmacy (PocketPills) offers quick delivery (next day) or a few days delivery with Canada Post all for a low dispensing fee of $7. Prescription drug price at this pharmacy is also lower than at most pharmacies. Highly recommend this pharmacy for people who want to save a trip to their local pharmacy! Also good customer service as they are available on live chat most of the time.

I requested an Emerade epine, at first they couldn't get one for me. But their pharmacist had proactively find another distributor of theirs and finally got one for me. She worked on weekend, trying to figure things out and explained everything very clearly. I'm very happy with the customer service; you know when they treat you like person, not a product, they deserve 10/10 appreciation.

The service was so prompt and efficient. My Dr. Phoned in the prescription at 10: 30 am and the pills were at my door at 6: 30 pm so I could commence my treatment that same day. The pharmacist was so helpful, taking the time to explain everything to me, clearly. I would highly recommend this service to all my friends and family.

Transferred my prescription without realizing it had just expired. I’m still on the waiting list for a new doctor so I was a bit worried. In a day, they had faxed the doctor who had prescribed me & renewed my prescription without me having to leave the house (which is pretty great considering we are in a pandemic). They’re SO easy to reach out to via phone or text (which is super convenient) I’m also paying cheaper for my birth control now. Seriously thank you SO much

Having medications delivered, with ETA's, the courtesy of the staff, the ease is unbelievable. I will never do another pharmacy. I don't even have to drive anywhere and wait. I get my monthly prescriptions, with refill reminders and they talk to your doctor for you. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t happy with my current local pharmacy, and decided to give PocketPills a try, but was running low on an important med. The care team assembled my order quickly, set me up with PocketPacks (free btw) and got it out to me in Ottawa overnight. Great service, short wait time when calling for support, and they communicate by phone or text, which is super convenient for me. Very happy customer. Wish I’d done this long ago. I have been using pocketpills for awhile and i keep asking myself why i didn't do this sooner. No standing in line to just drop off a prescription or waiting to pick up your prescription. I have some pills on automatic delivery and they are never late. I get a text letting me know the day they are coming. Then another to let me know they were delivered and making sure everything is good.

Amazing service. I'm very glad that I stumbled upon PocketPills, especially during the pandemic. I didn't have to leave my home in order to get my prescription, and they scheduled a telehealth appointment for me to renew it as well! Basically a one-stop-shop for any long-standing medications. Additionally, the app and website are a good place to keep a list of all medications.

Above all of the amazing services they offer, the customer service is impeccable. Pocketpills staff reached out to me regarding uploading my insurance, and it was the simplest thing I've ever had to do. They are very kind when dealing with customers. I would recommend this to anyone.

One last thing that I like about Pocketpills is that they ask you to list any other vitamins and medications you're taking, I assume for contraindications.

Signed up for PocketPills services a few months ago for the first time and not only was transferring my existing prescriptions from a previous pharmacy super seamless and quick, but the text updates were appreciated as well as the staff being super helpful with all of my inquiries. I also enjoyed the navigation of the website, including the prices listed for all the medications in the drop-down list!

One thing that I do have to highlight is the above-and-beyond service during delivery: first of all, delivery was SO fast, but second, there was an issue with delivering to the address I had put on my profile so the delivery driver was kind enough to reach out to their supervisor to reroute my package to be delivered on that same day to a different address!

I really appreciated their service and am so excited to continue using PocketPills!
