I have been to the other stores on the same premises, but figured out this salon just 6 months back.
Tried eyebrows threading, haircut and they did it really well and continued to be a customer since then. Especially, Kim does really a fantastic job on quick, painless threading (Infact, I am just back from them, asked for her name today in specific, so I can make a special mention of her in my review).
The place is maintained very well, the staff are really welcoming and friendly too. I was told that they close 30 minutes early during winter times and so it is better to call them if you are targeting to visit in the last minute.

First time customer and had the best experience ever! Raj did my full body wax and was so kind and professional. She made me feel super comfortable and I am definitely coming back. Raj told me it was a newly renovated salon, and it looks great, I love the sleekness and modern design! I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Raj is simply the best at threading, eyebrows and tinting! Her facials are so amazing and relaxing. My skin is smooth and glowing after the treatment!

Don’t get acrylics here.used to be my regular eyebrow place and was phenomenal services but the nail lady tried to overcharge me 35 dollars after originally telling me the price for my nails would be 50 and told me she’d “give me a discount” and made me pay 63.she also took 2 and a half hours to do my nails, and it’s been 2 days and the nails are already lifting.

Very horrible experience with waxing- i would not recommend this place
got bruises after I waxing which hasn’t happened ever.

I am their customer from long time. I usually come here for threading and nails. But this time i got thier laser treatment, believe me it was awesome. They treat customers with politeness and respect and all their work was up to the mark. And i usually prefer kim for all my work, she is an expert and good at conversation skills. All their services are fantabulous.

I am really upset with my experience here.absolutely traumatized by my haircut. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, but it’s so short now and I’m so angry.

I've been going to Poco Beauty Salon for over 10 years. I drive all the way from Surrey just to see Raj, she is very professional, she listens to your needs, and shes very friendly! All the other staff are very nice too. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I’ve been going here for my eyebrows for years. The service is usually pretty fast for a walk-in and they’re precise with their threading. Staff is very nice and the prices are fair.

Fast, friendly and amazing work. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Cost was only $10.50.

I come here only for all of my threading! Brow gods here! Ok but seriously, iam very picky and have never ever left here unhappy. They are fast and efficient. And the girls are very friendly. This place is a hidden gem try them out.

Used to love going here for my eyebrows! But after going since they have new owner I was not happy with the services. My eyebrows are crooked and one is thinner. They also missed stray hairs.
Unfortunately it looks like I’ll have to find a new place to get mine done.

I went here a few weeks ago and I always get my eye brows threaded but I thought ok why not try this whole in the wall since I'm driving through the neighbourhood* DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYE BROWS*before getting them done they use to be nice and thick just needed a clean but she blamed one being thicker strands than the other or something stupid.now I'm missing half the top of one eye brows I'm stuck having to waste time every day drawing them in.when I usually go to my regular place downtown they never given me this problem.weeks later I'm stuck with the worst eye brows of my life

Just took my daughter for eyebrow threading. The girl rushed through, done in under 5 minutes. Did no shaping, trimming, or cleanup with tweezers, nor did she tell her to check if they were OK. Terrible, shoddy, lazy work, would never go there again. She had to come home and spend 20 minutes fixing them up herself. RUN AWAY QUICKLY
