Farzam is exceptionally warm and welcoming, truly the best dental hygienist I've ever encountered! His professional skills are top-notch, and he creates a comfortable, reassuring atmosphere for patients.

Shamma, the receptionist is very nice always answering all my questions and very helpful. Ray, the Registered Dental Hygienist is friendly and competent. He created a relaxing atmosphere while cleaning my teeth by having nature videos and zen music on. He did a fabulous job!

Last time I went in, my appt was changed from seeing a hygenist, to get a cleaning by a male dentist i had not met before. It was the most painful dental cleaning I've ever had in my life! This isn't the dentists fault it is my weak teeth, excessive bone loss, severe gum recession and incredibly sensitive teeth as a result of the above, plus years of neglect, Invisalign treatment, excessive whitening products etc. Because it was so painful, I was scared to go back and I waited one year for a cleaning. Waiting that long, combined with my Invisalign (which increases tartar and plaque as dry mouth occurs and any debris on your teeth gets trapped under the retainer trays for hours), and combined with my already weak and sensitive teeth, meant that my teeth were reaaaaalllly bad.

So today i went in for cleaning and Xrays, I was so anxious and worried about the pain I was about to endure! I met with a young, sweet, blonde (hair is not important but i couldnt remember her name!) Hygenist. I communicated my past concerns and my current anxiety and worries, and pointed out the extra sensitive areas and what happened before. I explained about my history etc and she was so AMAZING! Even on my most sensitive areas, it was absolutely tolerable. You know that awful feeling when u get a pain shooting through the nerve u can feel it in your bone and it reflexes you to yank away? Yeah I kept waiting for it and it NEVER happened! She communicated with me throughout and ensured I was comfortable and really went out of her way to take the extra time to be gentle yet thorough. She hand scaled fully and then asked if she could very gently, and the lowest pressure, try the power water scaler. She made sure to press on the tooth with the finger while spraying to lessen the pain and vibrations, and did so well with making it comfortable. Honestly, years ago I had a dentist that was so good I used to fall asleep in the chair during fillings with no freezing; today, she was so good i could have fallen asleep (except I remained too anxious lol) I can't say enough great things about her!

I was then seen by the female dentist who is also really amazing! She's always been very gentle as well and is a great communicator- empathetic, kind, gentle, honest, and friendly.

I guess what I'm getting at is, if you're on the fence because youre scared, you will be in good hands if you see either of these two wonderful women! I could see both of them being fantastic with children too. Erica was the past hygienist i used to see there and I didn't think I would ever find a replacement.looks like I did do! (Only difference is Erica would put warm water to rinse instead of cold- for the sensitivities)

All in all, I'm quite happy. Dr Ashnei is overseeing my Invisalign/implants treatment out of the other location - he is so good at cosmetic dentistry (seriously - he's won numerous awards) and is freakin HILARIOUS!

I have been visiting the clinic regularly from time to time. They provide a very good dental treatment with proper care. They even call to follow up about the recovery after the procedure. They are very professional and know there work very well.

Exceptional service here at Poco Comfort Dentistry. The staff here works professionally and provides their best services to the clients. I visited here for my dental checkup and cleaning and was highly satisfied by the service of hygienist there. I would definitely recommend this clinic for oral health care services.

Do not go there, I'm 65 years old never experienced any problems with my teeth and then one night I had a tooth ache booking a appointment with them, they realized I got dental care and they made some ridiculous diagnosis about my teeth, pulled it without my consent, since been there and numerous operations I've been In pain every day, can't eat what I used to eat, they just milking your benefits and dont care about you!

1 /10 for pain so none at all for pain an for getting it done 10/10 ever thing is 10/10 best experience

Today had first ever visit to this dental clinic. My spouse had to remove wisdom teeths. From start to the end the whole process was seamlessly smooth & the whole staff has excellent work ethics. SPECIAL THANKS to Dr. Rasul who first very Skillfully evaluated and then Passionately removed my spouse all wisdom teeths without any pain then and afterwards too which proved Dr. Rasul's Professional Excellence. May GOD bless him.
Plus they have HUMANELY reasonable clinic fees and the best thing is that when you would be leaving the clinic after treatment they will not throw another SURPRISE appointment to come back for something new discovered in your dental system like its a general practice we found in 5 other clinics since 2005 just to scam more money or to completely drain down your employers yearly dental benefits allowance.

My family and I have been going there for a few years very homely and kind people work there. They make a quick and fast job and never have had any complaints.

Extraordinary service! Respectful staff, high standard of treatment performed by Dentist. I always trust their treatment plan. Must go place for quality dental treatment.

Amazing dentist clinic! I went there with too many broken teeth and pain! The staff was very respectful and caring. The dentist took all the x rays made a treatment plan for me and then discussed all the options. Pain free treatment of all the cavities. I feel so good after the treatments. Highly recommended dental office.

ZERO Stars. I went in for a check up and I was told I had about 9 Cavities and needed a root canal. I was shocked so I looked online and read these reviews and saw many people saying he tells you that you have way more cavities then you really do. I was worried so I had my xrays sent somewhere else and went yesterday finally and found out I have only 3 very minor cavities. I do need a root canal on one tooth. But to lie about the amount of cavities I had? ! I am so worried that he put my 5 year old son through unnecessary cavity fillings as he told me my son had 8. I will be getting a second opinion on my son as well. CRIMINALS!

If you're looking for a dental clinic with great and friendly dentists, hygienists, and helpful staff who also are on top of all appointments, and follow-ups, this is it. Highly recommended.

Thanks to the front desk for quickly providing an appointment to take care of my emergency situation. You turned on an unfortunate dental experience (a broken tooth) to a good one (excellent fix).

So far so bad. Administratively, this place is not professional nor organized. I had a cleaning booked for 9: 30am, I even received a call and a text message to confirm this timing. I show up at 9: 30am, filled out the paperwork, and waited.until 9: 50am when I finally asked why I was waiting. They had scheduled me for 10am in error, which was frustrating as I had taken time off work for this appointment. Okay, fine, first time offence, I let it slide.

The following week I had a check-up on a Monday at 9: 30am again, I had confirmed this at time of booking and put it in my calendar. I show up at 9: 30am and they were surprised to see me; they thought my appointment was on Thursday. So once again they had wasted my time and again I took work off for this appointment.

The Hygienist that did my cleaning was very pleasant, she was professional, quick, and very informative. My experience was no fault of the Hygienist, they performed their job well.

I'll be returning for my check-up after this "misunderstanding" but if there are any more administrative mistakes then I'm going to another clinic.

Poor, poor service. Where to start;

I’ve always had sensitive teeth. Going somewhere new, usually it’s not an issue. I’d say “I’m more sensitive” and they’d say “ok, thanks for letting us know, we’ll give you more numbing agent”

This place resisted. Told me it’ll be fine. Hurts like crazy. He finally relents and gives me more.

Later i get hounded on the phone, as they apparently don’t bill insurance providers with any type of urgency. I had quit the company that I had the benefits with, and they decided to charge my benefits almost three months later?

Needless to say, the benefits weren’t active and they took the approach that I’m scamming them.

Now, my girlfriend shows up early, then on time, then 15 minutes after the appointment is scheduled, to be told to wait.

So I’m genuinely asking; what’s good?
I can’t find anything.

The staff are great, very friendly and I felt comfortable right away I entered the office. The dentist himself is a very cool guy, he explained the things that he could do for me and gave me the chance to decide what I wanted done to make me happy in regards to my smile. I feel that most dentist want to do everything in one go and charge a lot and this dentist didn’t do that. He was nice and knowledgeable and said we can fix other teeth in time. I thought that was genuine. Overall, I will definitely be coming back and remaining with this dentist. Thank you 5 stars all day from me, thanks Poco Comfort Dentistry looking forward to my next visit.

The entire staff at PoCo Comfort Dentistry are very friendly, kind and polite. They took time to understand what i needed, and ensured i was comfortable throughout all the steps of the process. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone requiring dental treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ashnaei since he opened up Poco Comfort Clinic. I had done a smile make over and love my new smile. I have never been more satisfied from my smile in my life. Only too bad I have to wear mask and cannot show off my beautiful smile as much as I want now. Anyways, you would be very happy being a patient here.

I have been going to Poco Comfort Dentistry for a few years. I called them for an emergency since my regular dentist could not fit me.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the hygienists are skilled and very friendly and Dr. Ashnaei is amazing. He explains everything in detail and is great. Would definitely recommend them!

I am the biggest and most dramatic baby when it comes to the dentist. They completely understand and are very patient and caring. I highly recommend for those scared of the dentist like me. Tell them up front and they will take every step necessary to make it as tolerable as possible.

I came here with a shattered smile and a huge fear of dentists (past trauma with people and dentists). Was so afraid, I had to be sedated for a routine cleaning. 3 minimally sedated sessions later, I no longer require sedation because I trust my new dentist. She restored my ability to smile, folks!

Dr. Firouzeh Malekian is a miracle worker. So far, she's done multiple root canals and restorations, and I didn't feel a thing. There's rarely a tooth she can't save. I thought I was beyond salvage, but she gave me back my smile and confidence that someone once took from me. I am beyond satisfied with this practice. She's done work that I previously thought was beyond the scope and ability of dentistry.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They understand that everyone has their story, and have experience with people from all walks of life. You will not be judged here. The staff and dentists are kind and compassionate. They are in it for making people smile with confidence, and also help come up with the most cost effective way to treat and restore your oral health and function.

I highly recommend this practice, especially of you have a major fear or anxiety of dentistry. If they alleviated my fear, they'll definitely help turn yours around.

I had an appointment booked ahead of time for Friday, March 22 at the Poco Comfort Dentistry location for my last two wisdom teeth extraction. I took the day off work to accommodate this.

I showed up at 9: 30am for my appointment, to the receptionist (who was very pleasant and professional, mind you) who was surprised to see me and said the clinic had no doctors in today; however, she was able to see that I was booked in.

I'm sure you can understand my frustration from this situation that, frankly, I would not expect from your clinic as I have always had a positive experience. The receptionist contacted their sister clinic (Glen Dental) to try and squeeze me in after explaining the situation. Little am I surprised, it cannot be accommodated - but I'm sure that was wishful thinking to begin with.

Angry at this point, I called the Glen clinic about this - perhaps more so to vent at this point as I recognize they can't squeeze me in. I did explain that a week ago I had received a voicemail that said I was booked in for March 22, however if I was interested in taking an earlier appointment to call them back. I got the voicemail while at work, and since I wasn't available for any other time and took the day off March 22 for this, I never bothered calling back. TO BE CLEAR, at NO POINT in that voicemail was it mentioned that if they do not hear from me, they would assume the ORIGINAL appointment would be cancelled. Furthermore, it does not make any sense to make the assumption that I'm cancelling the ORIGINAL appointment, just because I was not interested in taking an earlier appointment and didn't respond. The Glen clinic tried chalking it up to miscommunication, saying that perhaps it was implied that I never returned the call that maybe I was not coming at all. If that was the case, perhaps my appointment would have been deleted off the system completely, and the receptionist would not have seen I was actually booked in - but she did.

I consider myself quite patient in general, but this took me over the top, and the way I ended up speaking with the Glen clinic receptionist was one of few rare times that I raise my voice like that. Waste of my time, waste of a day off work, and does not reflect well on office management.

I've recently started coming here and it's been a 10/10 experience. The dentists are quite nice and help you feel comfortable with the procedures they perform. The rest of the staff are courteous, helpful and overall really friendly! They have gone out of their way to welcome me to this office. I will definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for an upgrade to their current dentist. I drive in from cloverdale to visit them because of the service. Keep up the good work!

I was told on the phone that there is no charge for consultation on implant except X-ray. I was immediately showed the breakdown of consultation charge & X-ray before I see the dentist. The nurse
said that an X-ray (2 dimension) is needed, so I agreed just to be told by the dentist that it is not good enough. I was told to take a CT scan the next day at another location. The service by the dentist is excellent, very confident of his work and profession.

However, when I went back to the clinic 3 hours later to retrieve the X-ray that the receptionist promised to email to me did not show up, I was shouted by Christina, the receptionist for calling in too many times and that I do not need to come back again as it is the last time she will do anything for me. She claimed that I had called over 12 times.what? Is she crazy? I called a total of 4 times & as directed by her to call again if I still haven't got it.

This clinic just lost over ten thousand dollars because of her as I had to do 3 implants, avoid at all cost as implant needs several visit, having to her around with such attitude is a downfall of a well known dentist in Port Coquitlam.

I found this dentist online, I went there without any research. I told him one of my teeth? Hurt, he worked in 6 teeth but not the one actually causing pain, I found out he keep doing that for all patients so they come back for the teeth actually hurt
