Reminders are sent a few days before and the morning of which is so helpful. Receptionist greets you by name. Hygienist was professional, did thorough check and cleaning was done in no time.

The hygienist today was a bit rough. I kind of prefer the other hygienist who cleaned me before like few months ago.

I have had a lifetime of dental nightmares because of soft teeth and a mouth with nerves which do not freeze very well. This has left me with a lot of fear.

Poco Dental Group is wonderful. Dr. Rok Jeong is kind and takes his time discussing the issues with me and providing me with various options going forward. He and his assistant were very kind this morning and helped put my mind at rest.

Anita, as well as and everyone at the front desk are friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

Always great and friendly service! Everyone at PoCo Dental is very professional, knowledgeable, and above all great people.

They leave great notes to provide better care if you have issues that need to be known, such as sensitive gums!

This by far is the best dentist place i have ever been, they welcome you as soon as you enter, they treat you with kindness and care.they even offer you a warm blanket so you can relax better.all the staff ate fabulous.

I have been coming to PoCo Dental for 30 years and have always had great experiences. Hygienists have always been kind and caring-forward (about my need to floss consistently) but not nagging. Growing up, I never had any fear of going to the dentist, and I think that says a lot about the culture that is fostered there.

The front desk ladies are so friendly and I get a personalized text for reminders that I can text back if I need. Sabrina did a great job with my cleaning, she was gentle and so friendly. Dr Milani is amazing as always and I am so happy I found Poco Dental Group.

I have been coming to Poco Dental for the last 15 years and have experienced coming here as a child absolutely terrified to come in and made to walk our every single time smiling. Sabrina is super careful and always tries to make me feel as comfortable as she can! Anita is always willing to help me with my appointments… everyone there makes us feel like we aren’t in the dentist office (because let’s be real, almost none of us like to go to the dentist, right? !)

The staff here are approachable, friendly, considerate and thoughtful; they make an often stressful experience of going to the dentist, much more bearable.

When I had major pain they were flexible about scheduling and got me in quickly to fix it! Dr. Rok Jeong and Eli are a great team working in tandem with a person centred approach. They ensured I had enough freezing and checked in frequently throughout dental procedures to ensure I was comfortable as well. The reception staff are friendly and informative. I highly recommend their services overall.

I can say everything about this dental office was a very positive experience. I had appointment very quickly, had extractions and healed within two days without any issues. Very caring and super friendly staff. Thank you all for a good experience, and great care.
