Genuinely the only place I’ll go to get my nails done, my acrylic set has lasted so long especially considering I work with horses and need to use my hands. They always do incredible work my nails get compliments all the time. Service is super quick with great results!

Good job on the pedicure. It was just the basic. However, this site has no ac. It was disgusting hot, even with a fan. I had a headache within 20 mins and it lasted hrs. For this reason alone I would not go back. A salon day is to unwind and destress, not to suffer through extreme temperatures that have you running out the door even before your nails are dry.

Sweet staff, lovely open space. They take a lot of care to make sure you’re happy with your service.

Clean, comfortable and I felt so pampered. Best pedicure. The atmosphere was so relaxing. The owner is just lovely and everyone that works there is so personable

An older lady did my nails and she was phenomenal! Really good attention to detail and spent time working on my cuticles which I really appreciate! Would totally recommend:)

Had a Mani and pedi here. The pedicure was fine, I've had better but no major complaints. The lady doing the manicure filed through my skin, though, and caused it to bleed. It's still painful 8 hours later. She also put layers of polish on that's so thick it wasn't dry even 5 hours after, so it is dinged up. It's actually still not fully dry now (9 hours later). Manicurist also didn't ask the shape I wanted and rounded my nails, I looked down, and she had already done two, so it was too late to change. Edit: photo from morning after manicure, my finger that was cut is very painful.

Found Point Grey Nail & Spa after I had a bad experience elsewhere and Evelyn was amazing! She took her time on my nails to make sure they were prefect.

Very friendly staff, very clean and reasonable prices!

Highly recommend, will be telling all my friends and family to come here!

Very good nail tech with pedicure, I think they are one of the best technician with PEDICURE at kitsilano area.

Rude personnel at the front desk. I came in to ask questions about the service, and the female personnel spoke very impatiently and in very commanding manner. Doesn’t feel like a client-oriented service. I left with bad aftertaste and decided not to book their services.

Went there with my sister and the ambiance is so nice. The staff are so welcoming and they're comfortable to be with. Special thanks to Helen and Aaron for giving us excellent service. Highly recommended

Took my sister to this salon to get her nails done for the Halloween and Evelyn did an awesome job with my sisters nails, she was lovely and helpful, now i have to take my sis here every 2 weeks to get her nails fresh and new.

Went to get extensions + a gel manicure, and absolutely loved it! Super clean, the staff were so friendly and helen did a fantastic job she was so thorough and detailed and made sure that i got exactly what i wanted.would definitely recommend!

Ground my nails down so much that there is an extremely thick and obvious ridge down my nail that I’m still growing out two months after my visit. Haven’t been able to have gel applied since because the grinding made them so thin and prone to breakage.

I went for gel French nails and am very disappointed overall. In less than 24 hours, two of my nails started chipping off. I’ve never had that happen with gel nails before. The thickness of the gel nails is also a lot less than usual, which makes me wonder if was done properly. To their credit, they did fix the two nails for free. My nail technician also added an extra top coat to all my nails at this time. I thought that would be helpful to ensure none of the others started chipping. However, I didn’t realize until after the polish had been cured on that my thumb nail is now bumpy because the top coat was applied too quickly and is not an even layer. About 8 hours later, I noticed the French polish has chipped halfway off another nail. I have never experienced gel nails chipping as if it were normal nail polish before. I got gel nails expecting to have them last for a couple weeks, and am sadly disappointed in the quality of the service I received.

I will note, the salon was clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly.

The staff were very professional and welcoming. They are super busy and rightfully so because they do an amazing job! Make sure to book an appointment just like I did if you want to get your nails done.

Ended up getting both a gel pedicure and gel manicure and they did an amazing job. I always come with ideas from Pinterest and usually places cannot make the picture become reality. However, they were able to do so! Nails turned out amazing even with my original nail versus acrylic nail, had many compliments from people following appointment.

Highly would recommend booking in for pedicures and manicures with point grey nail and spa. Great location as well, and there is free parking which is a bonus.

They not only have gel and acrylic nails, but they also do the dip powder style as well.

The best nail experience ever! Anthony Vo was such an amazing technician with not only exceptional skills but was also a great entertainer. I got powder manicure done and throughout the whole process I was never once bored! There were tiny details I didn’t really mind but he insisted on making my nails completely perfect. He kept me engaged in the process which I loved and he didn’t mind switching colors multiple times to ensure I am happy with the final products. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for quality work here!

I highly recommend you guys should try this nail salon because all staff here are very friendly and talented. I have spent many times doing both manicure and pedicure, they always do perfectly with professional process and great customer service. The price is affordable and worthy:)

My favourite artist is Helen - she is super talented and conversation is always fun and carefree! Her and the staff there always treat me really well.

This was my first time using this nail salon and I loved it! The women took their time and did such an excellent job (especially Helen who did my manicure). Will definitely be going back!

Recently a friend told me about this place so I took my girlfriend in for her Birthday mani & pedi. It was also my first time trying a pedi.
The staff who worked on me I believe her name was Evelyn.

The staff was great. I was a bit shy and nervous doing my first pedi but Evelyn was very comforting ensuring me it was nothing to be embarrassed about.

The prices were quite good for being in Point Grey. My pedi was just under $40 before tips and my girlfriends manicure and pedicure was about $60 before tips.

My girlfriend enjoyed her experience and will come back. I definitely recommend this place if your around the neighborhood.
