I deducted 2 stars because the sour booster was messy!
It would be nice if there was a lake where you could wash the floor with water.
Garbage and hair ^^;;

We went to the Centre on 11th/Nov evening, show the vaccinated passport to the check-in counter and were told that gym staff will do it, then we show the passport again in the gym, gym staff told us that‘s check-in counter‘s job? It meant that day check system has loop?

Overall, a great ice rink and awesome rainy day activity. My only complaints are that there's no locker facilities and they definetely admit too many people per session so you have to spend a lot of time dodging people. However, I actually saw this as an opportunity and even used it to hone my slalom skills!
Because of having so many people on the ice, it chops up gnarly real quick so best to be out first!

Good community center with all you really need. Ice rink, gym, swimming pool and multipurpose space allows for activities for the whole family and is centrally located

Very nice place to relax, pools are huge, hot-tub and 2 saunas.
The staff was very kind and helpful too.
Clean establishment too, lots of personal lockers (bring some coins or get a locker card at the front desk)
I'll be enjoying coming back. All customers were nice and respectful in the pools and around. Safety team always on point, especially watching over kids or elderly!
I'm so glad I can enjoy the establishment now, everyone looked relax and happy, we all missed that type of gatherings and it was nice to se everyone happy to enjoy a warm pool during this cold winter and covid issue.

A all inclusive recreation place for productive youth and fun for the whole family!
Pool needs a pressure was in the tiles but all is in decent condition

I registered a swimming class for my son (17months). And after 10 sessions he is now comfortable in water, can layback and enjoy the water.
Awesome staff, great facility with reasonable price.
Alex was his teacher and she is really good, she could connect with kids easily and make the classes so fun.

Great recreation centre with pool, ice hockey, skating and gym. Thankfully there’s no charge for parking. The leisure pool is great for families. Many inexpensive swimming lessons and other activities to sign up for.

Very nice facility. Staff are great. We travelled here for a hockey tournament and I was really impressed with how well the event was organized and run.

Great place, first time going and for sure I will be back. Great staff and an amazing atmosphere especially for families

There were a lot of people at the arena, none of them except my Pops and I had masks on. Other than that, the lacrosse game was great; home team won!

Perfect facility for family, much better than city centre complex. Leisure pool is the best, looking forward to use it for 100% after these times

Haven't been here since the pandemic. But since this week I started going here and I still love how the staffs treat people and it is very nice to know that they have pretty strict rules to minimize covid outbreak.

Great pool, for family fun, lengths, lessons, a hot tub, steam room, and skating! The workers are nice, what's there not to like?

Nice area and community complex is ok although everything on the small size. I suggest visiting the rose garden, dogwood pavilion on lunch time, library but avoiding swimming pool (way to small) unless you have kids or you're a dwarf; plus during this "covid" time it's even more worthless. Keep your $2 for the new parking tax @ white pine beach. At least you'll be able to stay there 2hr, not just 40 minutes, and you'll avoid the life guards who should be in the MP, not on the side of the pools.

Excellent, the staff are very professional and also fun and welcoming.
During these difficult Covid times they are doing a magnificent job.

Great gym, pool, ice rink. Gym is big but gets busy. Pool is large. Leisure pool is very warm and all the pools are wheelchair accessible

Have been only to the swimming pool so far. Recently reopened after Covid-19. Large pools with warm water.

Nice place in the area for swimming. Lots of stalls to change! Nice showers and washrooms. Looks nice and new. Has vending machines

Very nice facility but I have two major dislikes.
1. The dressing rooms are way too far away from rink 3
2. The water temperature and pressure is all over the place. Sometimes you will have one shower freezer cold and another boiling hot in the same shower! And the pressure is so high it feels like it will rip the skin off your back.

Love to use this pool with my infant daughter. Plenty of things available for us to do. Universal change room has a fair number of change rooms, however I do wish that they would replace the shower heads in the smaller change rooms because it's far too rough for my infant so we need to wait for the accessible change rooms, which we hate to take up (it also can take longer to get into them as there are fewer)

Nice facility with a good cafeteria style restaurant. Food is fairly good for what it is. I hear that the beer on tap is good but I don't drink.

Had my daughter's birthday party here. Well organized and they blocked off a surprisingly large section of the ice for us during public skating.

Enjoyed a wonderful drop-in skate session with a friend. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a lot of fun and then enjoyed some delicious poutine in the cafeteria afterwards. Best poutine I’ve ever tasted!

Poirier swimming pool was a little underwhelming, given that it is a popular and busy place.

+ Parking is free and plenty, but keep in mind the Coquitlam Express sometimes have games there on Sundays so it can get crazy in terms of parking.
+ More changing rooms in the family room compared to Aquatic Centre and Hyde Creek, we never had to wait long.
+ Water is warmer than Aquatic Centre and Hyde Creek, great for babies and toddlers.
+ 2 stars off because: 1.they had fewer life guards compared to Hyde Creek & the Aquatic Center. 2. It's a boring pool for kids that are 3+, no slides, small area, lazy river was not really a lazy river, and basically nothing for kids except for a few "foam toys".
Good for just baby/toddler swim classes.

Hi. Everything is gud. Tonnes of sports activities, staff is helpful, parking is fine. But the worst part is contacting for subsidized programs neither staff knows nor contact number mentioned on their forms works always on voicemail or on hold. Long music. It's a massive organization with millions of dollars worth but having this small issue upset many families. Staff members should b knowledgeable regarding this subsidized programs like YMCA have or a proper customer helpline should b there wich help. Hope management luk into it and make easier
for new immigrants

Excellent fun filled place for the entire family, kids can enjoy in the pool, sauna and steam room for the others.
One can cool down later with some chilled local beer and grab a bite to eat at the restaurant upstairs while watching the junior hockey teams battle it out on the rink below.

Took my daughter here for her first skating class, wonderful teachers and fun activities throughout.

Good place to work out, is very been here twice a week. Staff are helpful and frendly, plus facility is clean all the time

Spacious building accommodates main pool and shallow one for kids. Lots of programs and drop in. Swirlpool, steam room and sauna are often busy, but not overcrowded.

People are very much helpful to every thing we ask for and the. Place very clean felt like home thank you

Clean floor. Outdoor free parking lot available (not convenient during raining days). The employees here are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Many kids and sports programs are available here, price is not bad. Credit cards accepted. Living communities and bus stops are nearby.

Clean and reletivly new facilities, but the front desk staff isnt the friendliest, they even questioned my student card and made getting a student discount more of a hassle than going to the club and getting patted down

This place can get a bit too busy. When it's not too busy, it's pretty great. The pool is meh, sauna and steam rooms are solid, gym has got what you need unless you're trying to be a body builder which is pretty crazy so it should be fine for you.

Never used the rinks for anything but they look fine as well.

Very pleasant, helpful staff throughout. Clean, modern facility. There are both coin lockers and card (One Pass) lockers in each of the 3 change rooms

The pools are nice; one with lanes and a high (-ish) springboard, and another "leisure pool" with several 'sections: ' a larger area for aquafit classes or just casual swimming; a small 'lazy river;' a semi-circular bench in shallow water & a (tile) "beach" with waterspouts for the younger tots. Both pools have accessible ramps, which can account those in wheelchairs - as does the hot tub. There is also a steam room and a dry sauna. Upstairs, a well equipped gym, which, if you're on the stairmaster or treadmill, overlooks the pool area.

Very clean and quiet facility, however, not children friendly at all. The kids areas never has toys and is always crowded with older men and women who sit in the kids bubbles and lazy river jets. When the fountains come on dozens of elderly gravitate towards them pushing out the people with children. The funny thing is that the guards do nothing about it, maybe because they are spineless 15 year olds? Not sure, however, they don't seem to have a problem telling kids to get out of the adult sections of the pool.

Very nice, clean and new ice rink and swimming pool. We feel lucky that we live close so we can go here often. Changing rooms are good size and private.

Friendly and helpful staff with well maintained gym and pool. All the facilities are within the same building.

Great pool and ice rinks as well as the Hall of Fame which is super cool to see the history of athletes. The cafeteria has really good quality food but is expectedly overpriced.
