Honest review. First time trying here and was quite disappointed as the spicy ahi and regular ahi tuna was not fresh. Tasted dry and fishy. I have had poke many times and this for sure was not fresh. Salad also not fresh, maybe this was an off day. I hope they can make this right as I would love to try this again and have a better experience. Will wait for response to update my review.

Just went in to get a pukerito bowl and I was meet by wonderful worker she said her name was Bia. She made my day with a joke and I could tell she really cared about my bowl. Thank you!

I dropped by the Coquitlam location after reading all the wonderful reviews. The lettuce and cucumbers were not fresh. Lots of dry looking brown lettuce and dry cucumbers today so I opted out. The seaweed salad was also not fresh and tasted a bit stale. I paid $1 extra for ahi tuna but it was not worth the extra. I wasn’t expecting the ahi tuna you get in Hawaii but it didn’t have a tinge of freshness either. The spicy tuna was good. The rest of their toppings were decent but I feel like this location was not one of their best or maybe today was just an off day.

Just bought 2 poke bowls from the Clark location and half of the bowls were just rice.

We had literally 4 slices of cucumber and a bit of romaine lettuce! Not to mention the amount of protein…totally unsatisfactory!

I ordered Aburi bowl and it was so good! The staff is friendly and the portion is good as well. Will definitely come back.
