At first I was skeptical with all the disclaimers as I was filling the forms online but everything went on smoothly. All you need to do is follow instructions. Baby was healed up within a week.

Went to New West location and Dr. Goldstein performed circumcision on my 1 week old infant. The procedure was quick and he barely cried. Instructions were provided before the procedure about recovery and after care.

It hurts more to stub your toe than to get this surgery. Very kind and professional staff, I promise you it's not going to be awkward. The operation went very smooth and recovery was quite simple. Mostly annoying on the first 3 days. Also, Dr. Jack Chang was very chill.

We went to the Vancouver location and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, Doctor Chan was fast and kind with my 2 weeks baby and the procedure was fast, no bleeding and no crying. My baby was fussing when the anesthesia came out but that’s it. After 5 days he is fine.
Highly recommend this clinic.

Friendly staff, very helpful in the process of getting appointment set up. I came from the United States for this procedure, I’m glad I made the right choice in choosing Pollock Clinics. Dr. Chang is definitely a master of his craft, knowledgeable, and it was worth every dollar to have this procedure done by someone with his skill set. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know both in Canada and the United States (if needed).
