Can’t say enough great things about this place! Front desk staff are always so welcoming and friendly, Dr. Polo has helped me immensely, and the pharmacy attached is so convenient and they are also so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend to anyone not knowing where to start, but want to get their health in check.

My comments here may be long and somewhat rambling but they will be heartfelt.
I have been coming to Polo Health and Longevity Centre for several years now and have met with multiple Doctors, counsellors, pharmacists and the admin team, including Dr. Polo, Dr. Kasam, Dr. Jamieson, Dr. Blyth. Each of those I have interacted with have been truly amazing from the moment you walk through the door, you receive a warm welcome and you start to feel the care immediately.
They have all helped me to start putting my life on track, helped me navigate and advocate for me in the “traditional” medical system when necessary, give me hope when “traditional” medicine said the test results are all fine there is nothing wrong with you other than you are old and fat.
I am unable to completely express my gratitude for Dr. Polo, she listens, cares, motivates, advocates, and sometimes gives a look that says come on, this one is on you, and she has been right.
Dr. Polo and her clinic have literally given me my life back, or greatly helped me take my life back!

My entire family goes to Polo Health and Longevity. We all see different doctors, and they are all professional, kind and create a safe, none judgemental environment for you. I love the front counter girls, they say hi Sanjina when I go in there and it makes me feel very special. I recommend this place to my friends and family and tell them choose any doctor they're all good.

Thank you Dr Mawji for your help with getting my health back on track! I was on the wrong pill and eating all the wrong things for my body.
