My mom loves this place! There is a variety of European foods, fresh delicassion, and cheese. There is also another location in Vancouver.

Love this place, lots to choose from. Staff is nice, fast, helpful and professional. You get bonus item when you spend over a certain amount. ($25. I think).

Terrible service at the Fraser Street store. Will not shop here again. Continental Sausage is much better.

Good meats, meh service, as in. Not helpful. Curt on words. The food is good, the prices are a little high, but what do you expect with a specialty store.

Like its' Surrey location, the sausages and deli meats are first class. Their frankfurters and weiners are several grades of quality better than the commercial stuff. The liver sausage, slaska and polish barbecue sausage are some of the best sausages you can get.

Love this place! Great selection, quality and service! I always happily leave with more than I planned on getting!

I popped by yesterday on a whim, having been told by a friend of mine to try out the Delicatessen offerings Polonia Sausage House has to offer. I'm relatively new to town having moved from Edmonton, and have been missing and very much craving something found in abundance in my home city, little deli style nooks and sandwich shops. I'm definitely a bit of a foodie!

I was very pleasantly surprised with this little shop. The wait time was as expected it would be, but with how busy it was, it was a good sign, and the ladies working were definitely on top of their jobs, making sure everyone was looked after with efficient service and a smile.

The lady serving me, "Vee-yesha" I believe, (my apologies if the spelling is off!) was absolutely lovely, walking me through some of the offerings I felt would satisfy my stomach, cheerfully filling me in on their content, and the fact there are no additives or preservatives!

It seemed such a close knit, family atmosphere in there, and brought back pleasant memories from some of the Mom and Pop Shops I loved back home in Edmonton.

Thank you again for making me feel at home and safe, your COVID-19 measures are more than ample and I'm looking forward to next month's visit!

I cannot thank the hard working ladies at Polonia Sausage house enough! Not only are they kind, patient and super fast but also very knowledgeable! I went in with my daughter's and a lovely lady took the time to help find them the "perfect sweet treat" to go with the delicious sausages we purchased.

This place has a very good variety and quality from cured, smoked, baked, sausages and bacon and a variety of other items that they sell in store but I have to say these desserts are unbelievable the pastries oh my sometimes I go there just for them I'm just learning about this place and I can't say it enough about the service I get and the quality of the product if you don't believe me go check it out yourself you will not be disappointed after you spend a certain amount of money they even give you bonus gifts so what are you waiting for

I was recommended this place by a friend. Have to say really impressed by the friendly staff. I can't speak polish and had no problems carrying on a conversation. The Double smoked bacon is so good. I would highly recommend a visit. 10/10

Good garlic sausage but unfriendly people - probably full of too many of their own nitrates, nitrites and erythobates.

Great sausage and some staff is great.

The staff that isn't will leave you never wanting to return. They'll complain repeatedly if your order is too big for not calling ahead, then hang up on you when you try to. I'd go elsewhere if I could.

Custumer service amazing! Selection famtastic. Wish they would hide their chocolates. Polish chocolate is the best. We are addicted! LOL. Breads - omg. Truly the best.

Great breads, cheese and polski sausage. They have a variety polski pantry items - jams, busicuits, spices, sauces, sauerkraut. My favorite is the old country ham, royal cheese and poppyseed rye.

The advertising kind of overstates the variety on sale. Having said that, one of the sausages I bought was absolutely delicious. Smokey deep flavor and nice dry texture. Going back for more of that, if I can remember the name of it.

Never had experienced such a rude service. The stuff is always unfriendly and arrogant. Will never go again to this place and won't recommend it to anybody

Worst customer service ever.

I can't even describe how rude the the customer service rep was - old lady with short curly hair about 60 yo.

I went in to buy two sausages there. I was the only customer in the shop. The lady saw me walking in but kept talking on the phone with a friend (it was definitely not a work related phone call). I didn't mind waiting a bit, as I wasn't in a rush.

She took 5 minutes to wrap up her phone call and looked at me.
I said "Hi" and smiled. She ignored the greeting and kept looking at me with a facial expression of "What do you want"?

I've asked here whether the sausages I was interested in were made of pork.

"Everything is made of pork here" she responded.
"Could I have two please", I said and gave her a $10 bill. (the price of two sausages would be $3.50)

She threw the money back at me saying: "I have no change".
I told her that I don't have any other $ bills and she replied with "Ok, give me 50 cents".

I started searching for the coins in my bag and heard her saying: "OH MY GOD" and looked at me like I was homeless or something begging her to give me food for free.

Seriously? ! I just took the $10 and left.

Lady - if you are ready this, can I ask you one question? If you hate humans so much, why do you even work in customer service?

Rusofobic staff. As we entered the store 25 minutes before closing and spoke Russian between each other, the lady at the counter stated that the store was almost closed and started reluctantly slicing sausages. After that she rapidly started to remove price tags from meat products. The other lady told me to stop touching the display and started to clean it demostratively obstructing my view of products. Never come back there again

Excellent source of Polish and European foods. The Sremska (HOT) sausage is SECOND-TO-NONE.when it is available. The ladies behind the counter are friendly and helpful. A popular shop which can get very busy. So busy that occasionally the phone goes unanswered.but you can leave a message. Someone will call you back if requested.

I drive from Richmond to get their quality meats and desserts. Have been doing so for years and will keep doing it. Friendly staff too

At the Fraser st store The food is fab, the rude cranky staff not so much. The Hastings-Sunrise location is way better customer service.

Small selection of European smoked meats with some cheeses, breads and pastries. They do carry a selection of Polish imports: lots of chocolates and other sweets, but also condiments, soups, spices to name a few. They also have "home made" salads and pierogies (the cheddar ones are so far my favorite). Service can be hit or miss.
