Vicky is an amazing RMT. I had a damaged left arm bicep tendon and shoulder fascia, which was causing hindrance to my daily functions (not to mention the constant pain). After 3 treatments from Vicky, I'm back in the gym full time. An amazing, friendly and professional experience being Vicky's client.

I feel much better after the treatment of acupuncture in this centre. I have not had any headaches after my acupuncture treatment. Thank you

I highly recommend this health center. I have been done massages and physiotherapies for a while here.
If anyone needs orthotic solutions or top-tier physiotherapy, I can't recommend Polycan anymore.

Dr Han and Shannon are great. The concierge lady (Sunny) is the best concierge I have ever seen. The whole team is helpful and efficient.

Booking system can be better.
Booked an appointment online for a PAP smear. Went there on appointment date and they said that I'm not on their appointment list and asked for my appt confirmation so I showed it to them. They apologized for the system glitch but mentioned that they did not have the tools for PAP smear due to supply shortage. They offered to add me to their waitlist and so I did.
A month later, they called me and told me they have a timeslot on a weekday. But since I work on weekdays, I said that I'm only available on weekends and asked if they have an availability. Then they offered to add me to their weekend waitlist. I said okay I'm not in a rush.
Another month had past and they called me again to tell me they have an availability on a Tuesday. I reiterated that I'm not available on a weekday and that I'm on their weekend waitlist. That's when they told me that they only do Pap smears on Tuesdays and Thursdays now.

Very good customer service! We needed covid tests to fly to China but would be stopping first in Korea for a few days, and this was the first place I spoke to who understood exactly what I needed. They got me the paperwork I needed on time and my HDC health codes were approved on the first try. Thank you Sonia!

Always late!
If you book anappointment just go 20 minutes late.
Everytime I make an appointment I have to wait 20-30 minutes even after having an appointment.

The most horrible front-door service in the morning 10am！！she cannot even open her whole eyes，and her voice was so low that I cannot hear anything.and she was not in uniform. So smiling，just the I-hate-work face. DON‘T COME HERE.

I did the fit to fly, so easy with their website and I got my tests back in time to apply a full evening before I fly out tomorrow. Highly recommended for fit to fly. I used the Vancouver location, Sonia was a great help!
