I'm just wondering why POLYGON HOMES LTD and AWM ALLIANCE are colluding with each other to void home warranties and sweep serious issues under the rug leaving the poor buyer to pay for ALL issues that come up?

Polygon has been an excellent builder and has exceeded our expectations. From the purchase, move in and support, Polygon has been great!

The service person of Polygon was very nice, coutesy and professional. He only spent 1-2 minutes to idenfy the root casue of the problem and solved it quickly.

I just purchased new apartment in Richmond. Expensive apartment，but good purchase experience. The estimate completion is in the summer of 2026. After read below reviews, i hope my new apartment don’t have any quality issues.

By far the worst contractor to deal with, refuse to do the work they tell you they will do and neglect major issues that are due to poor workmanship. And now that my one year is up they've washed their hands from all those problems and left people with very large expenses on a home that is just over a year old.

We own a condo in 700 Klahanie Ave, Port Moody. The building is only 16 years old and we have just been assessed with a $2,000,000 replacement of the entire roof structure and gutters. The individual special levys are more than $15,000 each. This is going to cause great grief to those on fixed incomes and I would expect many foreclosures and bankruptcies. This is unacceptable. We reached out to Polygon and were blown off.

Polygon Homes take these matters seriously and cannot help but recommend them to my sphere of influence due to the peace of mind of knowing early service matters will be attended to.

Have a deficiency where is hasn't been fixed in two years and the vice presented of customer service keeps shrugging it off and stilm waiting. After 2 years it should be a priority. Sales people lied about what I was actually getting and argued me with the while time until it was fixed. They are cheap. Charged us extra for a microwave and washer and dryer, gave us no light fixtures in the bedroom, kitchen or dining room and Gave us the cheapest blinds compared to all other townhomes. Will never buy from them again, too much unnecessary stress for a new Home.

Polygon is a reputable developer. My client recently bought one of the units at Perla Burnaby. They are happy with their purchase. Working with Polygon as a Realtor has been a good experience all around no surprises. Everything went smoothly.
