Pomeroy Inn & Suites Fort St. John

This is a decent place as long as you don't expect to be treated fairly and like you are a valued customer. The management and front desk staff are money grabbing thiefs as far as I'm concerned. They don't honor their websites rates and they don't care to treat a customer like they matter at all.

Stuff is very good. Very friendly hotels. Very good to stay and I've stayed in many of the Pomeroy hotels over the few years. I've been out working in the field

The accommodation is good, but basic, hence the 4 star rating. The other Pomeroy looks better. However, the staff was excellent! They went above and beyond when we were a bit late for breakfast, making us a fresh batch of eggs. Thank you!

Great breakfast. If your working away from home for weeks at a time there is plenty of options. You won't be eating the same thing everyday if you don't want to. Thick bacon good omelets unlike Stonebridge. Waffle maker, muffins, granola bars, drink machine with apple, orange, cranberry juice. Coffee with options of syrups, creams, sugar. Rooms are setup nice, clean. Popcorn machine in the lounge.

Rooms are quite old and outdated. Parking is very limited but the breakfast makes up for the few things that are wrong with it. I can honestly say, it’s the best breakfast I’ve ever had from a hotel.

What a dump. Rooms are outdated and have a funky smell, not cleaned. Found hand prints on counters. As mentioned in other reviews there is no parking. It’s very over priced. Stay elsewhere.

A fantastic, very well kept, clean, functional hotel with great suite layouts such as the kitchenette in some suites. Staffed by many very well mannered, pleasant team members that have always gone above and beyond what most would expect. I enjoyed the stay emmensely, highly recommend if your in need of fsj accomodations.

People are great. Rooms are decent. Hotel lacks parking big time. 20 stalls for a 60 room hotel. Oh and no large truck parking. There is an empty lot down the road that can be used I guess.

They are the best in town with full kitchen and laundry services. They have delicious morning breakfast with items like coffee, pancakes, oatmeals, milk, juices fruits, bacon, sausages, potatoes, ham, muffins all included in the stay. There's gym and business center. I highly recommend this place to stay if you are in town.

Hasn't changed much from 2016 and it is very nice after a long day to not have to go out for dinner if you don't want to.

The only negative about Pomeroy is they dont have a rewards program. Otherwise they are the best out there. Love staying at their places. Best staff too. Always happy, professional and do a good job.

Great location, close to several dining and shopping options. Complimentary Breakfast was a miss on food quality and quantity.

Great hotel for those who are working. The cleaning staff were amazing about coming later for those on night shift. The breakfast in the morning was top shelf.

Never stay there.sorry I didn't want say not to stay there I am talking about my self I never need to stay at the pomeroy inn &suite I stay in gp was great place to stay.i always drive by but never have need to take hotel.

The rooms are excellent. The breakfast is extraordinary though they don't have much options for vegetarians. The managers Vanessa and Naren are very approachable and are customer service orientated.

The rooms are enormous, and clean. Quiet, well run, good breakfast included. Hadn't stayed there in 10 years but will choose it again next time I'm back.

Stayed here and my truck was vandalized and got told to bad. There is no parking and get told to park in Mr. Mikes parking lot. Also came back after a long day garbage I threw away was all over the counter and one of the beds had hair all over that wasn’t mine (mines not black). And overall the front desk lady would not give me the time of day but gave my male coworker all the attention when signing in.

Excellent place to stay. Entire facility looked very clean, from the lobby to the room.

Room was large and spacious (we had a kitchenette). Full size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Made it much easier to prepare for a family event.

Free breakfast included hot items as well as the usual waffles, etc.

Great rooms and staff. Housekeeping is very good. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in FSJ. Prices are also very good

Rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Place was very clean. Breakfasts were very good, lots of selectio and they do free pizza on Wednesday night. Wifi could have been a little bit better but overall very good.

Great value for the room rate with friendly staff, great full complimentary breakfast, comfortable bed, full kitchenette and pet-friendly. Parking is limited but not impossible.

It was ok. Note that the heater control on the wall didn't work, and to use the unit controls direct. The lamp was broken - not a big deal, just didn't look the best. Room was clean, nice kitchenette (didn't use it). Good for a single guy who needed to camp out a few days.

Hotel and service is great, but if you really want to impress people, try having enough parking on your property to accomodate all your rooms on any given night.
