Been coming here for years and staff has always been great. Recently saw Dr Singla and he did an excellent job on my fillings. Highly skilled and professional, he keeps you informed throughout the process and is very approachable and friendly.

Dr. Singla is my personal favourite, he is always quick and thorough whenever I visit. I especially like how he explains everything that he’s doing, as someone who is typically anxious this is so greatly appreciated!

I have been to this clinic for many years and seen basically every dentist so far. Most recently I have been seeing Dr Wong and Dr Austin Chen, and I would definitely recommend them. The whole team does a good job of making the environment as comfortable as possible, while explaining all procedures as much as they can.

I was told that I had periodontal disease for years and should get treated if I don’t want to lose my tooth. The thought of having the traditional flap surgery terrifies me. One day during my regular cleaning, Dr. Daniel Wong told me about this laser gum treatment technique that he can perform to treat my periodontal disease. The procedure would be no longer than an hour and painless though it was a bit expensive. Recovery time would be within one week. After some thought, I decided to give it a try. The laser procedure went well, I did not feel any pain or discomfort afterwards. One week after the laser surgery treatment, I went in for follow up & Dr. Wong was very pleased with the results. The area healed up nicely and I noticed my gum is looking very healthy pink again! Thank you to Dr. Wong for recommending this painless laser treatment!

These dentists have some serious skill no doubt. Ive had fillings done and didn't even realize they had started on them yet. They are both very to the point get the job done. Won't try to upsell stuff you don't need. If you need all the fancy decor and hand holding and chit chat.don't go there. They are simply good dentists. Front staff are A1.

I went for cleaning. The scaling work was nicely down by the dental surgeon, however, when Stephanie (dental assistant) came to do the polishing it was not thoroughly done and it was sloppy. She seem to be in a hurry to go on her break or something.because the whole process took less than 5 minutes! I didn't feel like I had a cleaning done at all.

He is a professional and very caring for his patients. One time when I was on vacation in Asia, and I need to see a dentist there, even the dentist in Asia gave high marks for Dr. Wong's filling on my teeth. I live in Vancouver, and it's totally worth it for me to travel for a long distance to have appointment with Dr. Wong. Highly recommend.

Dr. Charlotte Lee was the dentist surgeon who had installed my crown for one of my molars. Seems like an easy job until when it came to make adjustments to the crown, in filing it down, it took months to get a proper adjustments down. During that period, my teeth had drastically shifted and I had to get second opinion elsewhere on fixing secondary issues caused by her dental work.

The staff at Ponderosa Family Dental are professional and wonderful! I would recommend this dental office to anyone! The service is friendly and my teeth look great after every visit!

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Wong, Stephanie, Jessica, Olivia and all the staff at Ponderosa Family Dental that helped me these past few months. After countless sessions at the dental office, they completely transformed my smile and gave me the confidence that I have been missing most of my life. Dr. Wong proposed a well thought out treatment plan and explained all the details carefully to make sure it was what I wanted. During the process he and the staff at the dental clinic would always make sure I was pain-free and comfortable the whole time. They were never in a rush to finish and made sure they did the best job they could do. Dr. Wong would also explain what he was doing every step of the way which I thought was very helpful and insightful. I can't think of another office that is this devoted to its patients. Furthermore the facility is extremely clean and up to date. I'm really going to miss coming here every week as they made it feel like a second home.

Dr. Wong is absolutely wonderful! I have had Dentists from the East coast to the west coast and he rates with the best of any I’ve seen. Such pain free care.a filling has never hurt. He completely explains everything and shows you in advance with vivid pictures what he will do before and gives you the choice. A great caring Dentist and staff. Not to forget.the receptionist is kind as well.

Had two complicated surgeries with Dr Wong and Dr Yee respectively, both are excellent and results are far beyond my expectations. Colors and shapes are extremely natural, it's well deserve to have mouth opened for 3 hours)

I have been seeing Dr. Daniel Wong for over 4 years, with excellent experiences each time. He is family friendly, offering to let my 3 year old son sit in to watch while my teeth were cleaned so he could see what was going on and get used to the idea of a dentist. Dr. Wong does a great job with education, more than any previous dentist I've seen, and is very gentle and patient. He takes pictures of my teeth before and after a cavity filling, which I appreciate seeing. He is also very thorough and spotted a cavity that didn't show up on the xray.

My husband and I are Dr. Wong's patients. He is most patient, professional, considerate and understanding. I am very nervous at the dentist's, he is very kind and tries his best to keep me calm.

Currently, my husband, John Lai, has a speedy and perfect recovery from periodontitis of his premolar. He felt the tooth shaking and was in pain, thought the tooth needed to be pulled out. Dr. Wong explained an advanced treatment clearly, saved his tooth completely. He had a new machine which cleared all the germs, let the gum heal, used a wire to stablize the bad tooth with good ones. After the first treatment in May, 2018, my husband went back to his clinic regularly for maintenance checks. This afternoon, Dr. Wong announced total recovery of his tooth.

Most important, Dr. Wong charges us reasonably. His receptionists, chair side assistants are kind and helpful. We are lucky to have Dr. Wong and his staff to help us.

I should have written this long time ago to express my sincere appreciation of your service that I received during these years at Dr. Wong's dental clinic.

It hard to find a ethically and honest dental office nowadays. I had some poor work done with my filling by my previous dentist, It caused me a lot pains and discomfort, they never fixed the problem so I decided to stop visit them. Dr. Daniel Wong used to be my dentist but we both moved away from the area so we lost in touch for a few years. After quitting my previous dentist, I decided to look up for Dr. Daniel Wong again, I know he is honest and caring and he worked on my tooth before so I totally trust his work. Sure I am glad I found him again. He fixed my tooth issues that I have been carry on for 7 months, now I have no more pains and discomfort. He is a very caring and soft spoken Dr and you can rely on his business practice, he works on the best of your interest. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Wong. Although I don’t live near Coquitlam area, having a good caring Dentist is totally worth the commute. Thank you Dr. Daniel Wong!

We highly recommend it! Our family love going to Mountainview dental center. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Wong is the dentist, who you would drive couple of hours out of your way, just to get a teeth cleaning done.
