Really efficient service. Igor is a kind man who will get the job done. He fixed my jammed lock in 4 minutes, TOPS! My door lock now works better than when I moved in, it’s smooth as butter to insert and remove my house key! Thank you Igor. I will recommend you to anybody requiring a locksmith in Victoria.

My shop locked out and the keys were inside. I called Igor at the last min and he became my hero. He came to my shop in an hour after call. He can be able to do high security lock work. He had to damage and replace the new knob. The price is a bit more than I expected but I can get in and get my keys back. Thank you Ignor!

USE ANOTHER LOCKSMITH! I was staying at my friends apartment and lost my key, i paid $189 for 3 minutes of work for him to "pop" the lock. **BEWARE - he didn't even check to see if this was my address or i had permission for it to be done, i could of been anyone trying to break in to someones home*** Once my friend gets back from being away we try the lock with her key, it doesn't work. Turns out he has broken the lock after specifically telling me he only picked it. Charges another $75 to come back out and assess the damage. Tells us he has done nothing wrong and we are using the wrong key? ! Then charges us another $50 to re-key the lock. SCAM after SCAM after SCAM.
