Absolutely the best chicken we have every had! Hot, juicy, fresh and REAL MEAT! Clean, friendly location. Will drive over to this location again.

I order the spicy chicken wings. My whole group friends get diarrhea. I strongly concern their food safety problems. I asking employee they just ignore that. This attitude was terrible. This store has food safety problem

Ordered the deluxe and the deluxe blackened chicken. Preferred the blackened chicken, but both were fresh, thick, and juicy. Delicious.

This was our first time coming to this location. We were served quickly even though there was a line. The sandwiches were fresh and out and the fries tasted delicious. There were only a couple of pop selections because the other ones were out of order. We ordered take out as well as eating there and it also came fast. We are looking forward to going back again soon.

As far as fried chicken goes, Popeyes is a superb sample of this beloved food. I'd definitely return and would recommend trying this location! I will repeat this visit.

Absolute amazing service, went out of their way to personally help out when they didn’t have to. Manager Arsh gave me and several friends one of the best experiences at Popeyes a man can have.

I am an absolute loss for words. I've been to Popeyes all over Canada and this is by far the most memorable one I've ever been to. I don't write reviews often but Arsh and the crew definitely stuck out! Food was great and the service even greater. They were nice, friendly and professional and despite unfortunate circumstances, they were still able to provide us with amazing food! I will definitely be coming back here during my stay in Kelowna. GIVE THEM A RAISE!

Typical fast food joint. Ordered and paid for 2 meals - only got one in the bag. The sauces for the other meal were provided but not the meal itself, disappointing.

The staff is not very polite and will not take the time to explain they don't have what you ordered, they will just act like you are a burden and give you whatever they want because thats easier than communicating.

Kind of a mixed bag here. Feces on the floor of the washrooms, dirty tables and booths, probably don’t clean the place ever but the food was decent though.

I really enjoy the food here. Popeyes chicken is great. But the service is well below average. If they get the order wrong they straight up refuse to accept it. They also will walk off to the back if they don’t like your question.

Food is always hot and fresh. Very friendly staff. Food is ready in a timely manner, considering sometimes its just very busy with lots of customers and Skip/DD orders.

Showed up at the beginning of my lunch break at 11am (opening) and was hand signalled that I needed to wait for another 10-15 minutes. Myself and 3 others left.

Drove 20 minutes to get some chicken with my friends, only had dark meat, didn’t have tenders, didn’t have 90% of what is on the menu, basicly limited to a chicken burger because they don’t feel like making more food.

Haven't been to Popeyes in a minute, just take out but they are so far ahead of the competition. 10/10 would go again/ can't wait to go again.

Third time visiting in past 2yrs. Not sure what happened to this spot. Gone downhill fast. Servings smaller, prices higher, staff treated customers as a burden. Won't be back. Can find quality Popeyes food and service when I'm in Penticton or Vernon.

This branch is an example if what happens when a good product and brand both land with poor management and people who don't care about the customer.

Really disappointed to give a negative review to a once exceptional Popeye's location.

A fantastic addition to have in our town! Honestly makes my day when I get the chance to eat here from all the things I heard growing up! I'm thankful that the reputation holds up and that the staff are kind and quick to make your meal! Thanks so much!

Got a 16 piece bucket and their fish and shrimp platter.twas decent, but the place really lacked that Southern Hospitality.

Food was decent, first time for that. Was impressed about white chicken breast on a sandwich, that was nice. We caught them right before close so they didn't have a few things and they were cleaning around us to get ready to close. I'd try going again during peak hours to see how it was then.

So I get there a hour before closing and ordered half spicy and half regular chicken. Was told that spicy would take 15 mins and I told them I would wait. About 7mins later my order was ready and I was like that was quick and they said oh we thought we didn’t have any but we found some. Now the kicker, when I got home all regular pieces and when I tried to call back nobody seemed to want to answer the phone. They were out of items which is understandable but being lied to is unpalatable.

***Update*** after the response from Westbank Popeyes to email them. I emailed them as asked and no response from anyone? Great illusion on caring only to get ghosted……

Love the smile as soon as you enter the store. Definitely coming back! Strawberry cheesecake and spicy chicken makes me keep coming back.

Staff were very warm and welcoming. The place was clean despite only seeing 3 staffs working. Kudos! Especially when it's so hard to find staff to work f&b.

Food and service is great. Spicy chicken sandwich is awesome and specially wanna mention Simmi and Sunny were great, they made my day.

First time ordering online here and I have mixed feelings about this place now. They were twenty minutes late on my order and they forgot the fries. Not impressed. I would of given 5 stars if they didn't screw up so much.

Service and staff reception to all their customers are awesome, food quality and hygiene are compatible to any top class fast food chain. We are a regular visitor of Popeyes, in West Kelowna, and look forward to come again. My best wishes to the serving team.

My first time. It was super busy, which had me worried because I was looking for a quick meal. They were really efficient! Friendly, fast service. A little bit pricey, but frankly the quality and taste is far above the competition so I'm happy. The gravy is delicious!

First review, multiple visits: I always find the lines move quickly (line ups depend what time you show up, dinner, lunch etc.), and the staff are pleasant. Of course, the new chicken sandwiches are amazing! Mrs. P always asks for me to grab something while I'm in the area. Only zonk is that I have to travel to West Kelowna from Gordon and Harvey for spicy cajun chicken! And their sides are spot on, too. Their buttery biscuits.wow! Anyways, check it out! Won't be disappointed, promise. Enjoy!

Chicken is good, but I don't think the carry chicken tenders at this location. We ordered a meal for 2 tonight and got 1 correct and one incorrect meal again. I didn't say anything the first time because I just assumed it was a one off. This is the second time in a row, so I highly recommend checking your order before you leave, which we failed to do.

I went there yesterday for SkipTheDishes order and the staff behaved rude, one of the crew members with blue shirt pointed finger on me and abused and canceled my order.

Zero respect for customers! The guy working around 5pm at the front counter was being rude to a customer for no reason! Such a useless person working at a customer service position. Shame. Doesnt even deserve one star! Never coming back.

(Accidentally deleted my review so I’m making a new one) my experience here wasn’t pleasant, the food is bland (I tired a few different things on the menu and got same results) in my opinion the food is disappointing.

Chicken combo platter was good. 2 stars off for onion rings as had some that were made from the onion husk/skin which was very odd

I just have to say the staff at Popeyes is second to none!
Along with the great chicken, we enjoy our experience every single time! The customer service is quick, efficient and attention to the cleaning and covid proticols is strictly adheared to. They are always so kind!
I wish customer service was this great at all restaurants.

I drove 22 km only to find out they do not have a drive-thru there are like 20 people inside so I left I probably will never become back until they get a drive-thru

Hit and miss. When it's good, it's good, but it's only been good 1/2 the time we've experienced it. Double check your items are in the bag before you leave and definitely don't order delivery, I have never once had a whole, correct order picked up or be delivered and when I try to reach the store it's near impossible to talk to anyone so we settle for only 1/2 of what we ordered sometimes. Very disappointing overall, which is a shame, because the chicken is the superior fried chicken in West Kelowna. We gave them several tries but, sadly, I think our family is done with this location.

Had their famous chicken sandwich, spicy version and Cajun poutine. The chicken piece is huge! And juicy! Poutine was small, but really good. Not spicy, but a distinct flavor. Way too small for the price tho. Would definitely get that chicken!

Awesome. Delicious. Scrumptious. Best darn chicken on the entire planet. Great service, Friendly staff, Soda machine works, and best of all: THEY DELIVER! The chicken sandwich is well worth the hype. This is what food for the gods is. Why not give it a try?

Its like they took KFC served hot, crunchy and with sides you would actually enjoy. No mystery green coleslaw here. So good!

Was an awful experience. My partner and I got food poisoning in July from the Popeyes in West Kelowna and now my friends have last night (November)

Had the classic chicken sandwich and the mashed potatoes. It was delicious.
Potatoes could have been a tad hotter. Staff was super friendly.

The Popeyes staff were helpful, courteous and respectful. The food was awesome.
While we were there, a delivery man came in from Skip the Dishes. He was extremely rude and belligerent to the staff, especially the female staff. The Popeyes staff stayed calm and were extremely patient with him while he raised his voice at them and belittled them. Good for them. My husband and I were very uncomfortable by this man's behavior.

Food is always served quickly and to order never had a problem and the food is very delicious. I return all the the time for the chicken tenders and beans and rice!

I love the chicken tenders here. Ranch buttermilk is the best dipping sauce. I'm grateful they are open during this time.

My family and I bought dinner from here last night and today we are all sick.
I would give them zero stars if I could.
As a parent, I am livid. It’s been a nightmare watching my children get sick all day.

I will never come back to this place again!

Original chicken is very good, not greasy. Slightly disappointed as they had run out of sides of potatoes and coleslaw dishes at 345pm. This was my first visit and was looking forward to a meal after day of travel. Undecided if I would travel back to west side just for chicken.

I ordered 5 chicken strips for take-out and only received 4! I was already 15 minutes down the road before I opened the box so it was not worth turning around for 1 piece of chicken. 5 small chicken strips for almost $10 is pricey enough but only receiving 4 made it a complete rip off!

About as good as fast food can be. Quick service, good chicken, and a consistent dining experiences between all dishes. Is it date night worthy? Probably not. But you'd be hard pressed to do better in a pinch.

For the amount of people they had working there the service was horrible. I ask for fresh chicken they gave me the dry chicken I have ever had the mac and cheese was so gross I had to throw out. Plus I waited 15 mins for the worse food I have had in a real life g time. Stay away save your money so not worth it

The food is good. Much better than anything kfc can serve up. I would like to recommend listing a phone number that actually works so people can pre order.

I've been here an embarrassing amount of times since it opened a couple weeks ago. It's always sooooo good. When the pop was flat one of the managers promptly fixed the issue as the next visit it was fine. Exceptional service and 0 judgement for how many times I've been there already lol. See you again in a few days! I recommend the spicy chicken tenders with blackened ranch sauce and red beans and rice on the side. Addictive.

Food was good service good. May want to take the seats out by the pop dispenser. When its busy u get a.face full of people's butts as they wait for their orders.not cool

We decided to finally give it a try. Store is clean. Service was excellent.

We ordered popcorn shrimp, spicy tenders, onion rings and fries. The shrimp and chicken were really good for fast food. Our onion rings and fries were all smashed together in one little box and soggy. We got our order to-go and there were no napkins in the bag nor were we asked if we wanted any, good thi g we had kleenex in the glove box.

We will go back but but will probably skip fries or onion rings unless eating in.

A phone number that actually works would be fantastic for pre- ordering! That's a big FAIL on whoever manages this place! Not a good way to start!

It’s fast food so you shouldn’t expect a gourmet experience but I have always preferred Popeyes to KFC (less greasy and more interesting sides) and this location didn’t disappoint.

Very busy given it was their first week and Popeyes is new to BC so lots of excitement but the service was extremely efficient and the line moved really quickly.

Best fried chicken in town. KFC is garbage compared to Popeye's. Not very much room in the location for how busy it is. But staff are friendly and food comes out fast

Great service! Even though they were full staff worked fast to ensure the line moved fast. I found the chicken to be quiet tasty and non greasy despite the reviews. Will definitely be going back.
