Popeyes Louisiana Chicken

Really great food and excellent service. I had Garlic Parmesan wings, and the sauce was delicious. Lastly, would like to mention that the team was extremely professional and provide a quick service.

Totally got our entire orders wrong. Chicken was dry and disgusting. To use bathroom you need to ask for a key. The person who took our order could barely speak English which made the order process extremely difficult.

Foods fine but super poorly run, I've waited 20+ minutes more than not, even when I'm the only person in the whole restaurant. Also raised their prices 2 weeks after being open which is really weird

Staff was really friendly, especially the front counter. Seems the staff was properly trained when compared to other fast food restaurants in Cranbrook as the waiting time is comparatively law and they have a proper knowledge about each and every item of the menu. Will definitely visit this place again because of the outstanding experience.

Even with it being a line up, it was fast! The staff is super nice. The chicken sandwich was amazing, and the seasoning on the fries was great! Will be back for sure!

1st time in tonite. Great staff friendly helpful with menu and decisions medium spice enough cajun 4 me. Will definitely try again. 830pm tonite so not busy. Drivethru still not opn though

We really enjoy Popeyes and we’re excited to try the new one in Cranbrook. We were disappointed in the food and the establishment in comparison to other Popeyes. Our food was Luke warm, drinks from the fountain were warm and was very dirty.

Delicious chicken. However, I ordered 2,4 piece dinners. My orders had 3 dark and one wing.both orders were wrong.make sure your staff know the pieces.

It was very busy and when I seen a younger group of staff members I wasn't expecting a perfect order. After watching how they worked worked together as a team I was actually shocked. It was pretty amazing! When I got my food, it was by far the best I've ever had! It was so good I went back the next day for more! Great job Cranbrook team!

The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. The gravy on point as always, the fries had lots of seasoning and the burgers were crispy and delicious. After we arrived a large line up had formed and we were quite impressed at how quickly they were able to serve everyone.

I love Popeyes! The food is soo good, the staff are very friendly and the service was amazing! I'll definitely be back!

The chicken is good but they always forget my dips like why do I even bother pay for extras when know I won't get them

Great customer service! We only had the chicken, yet, very good. We had both kinds offered. Spicy was my choice and definitely my go to for chicken now. We don't live in Cranbrook so it will be a nice treat. Like every thing, it's new and something different. We will be back!

Well, we did it. Finally made it to Popeye's. We had a.combo each. It was disappointing. Yes, the chicken is well battered and fried to perfection, but the onion rings and fries were not so good. The biscuit was worse, it was tough not light and fluffy as a biscuit should be. The entire meal was one flavour note unless you add the Louisiana hot sauce. We dined in and it was very cold inside.dirty too. Tables not wiped and crumbs on the floor. Will we try something else there sometime? Maybe next year!

I've never had Popeyes before and boy have I been missing out. There was a bit of a line, understably since the buisness is new to our small town, most of the town has been trying it. The cashier was friendly and very personable. I waited for my name to be called and was shocked by how quickly my food was ready. The chicken is crispy, juicy, flavorful, and best of all not greasy. The manager handed me my food, he was friendly and full of smiles. We will be going again. We tried the original/mild and was pleased that it was not spicy at all. The Cajun fries were delicious as well.

- Food has been great every time I have gone in to order, still hot by the time I get home (take out)

- Service has been quick and friendly even when they are busy, lots of staff always have been on each time I have been in to order.

-My biggest gripe with the place is the parking, it's horrible considering there will be multiple businesses open once the other buildings are occupied. Maybe once the drive-thru open's it will help some, but considering the limited parking it's tough to say.

-Last two times the pop machine ice did not seem to be working and made the drink warm and flat, could possibly be due to the pop machine handling more volume than it is designed for (drive thru not open at this time to elevate some of the strain on it). Won't hold this against them however as they have been busy every time I have visited the restaurant.

Prices are honestly not that bad considering the quality of the chicken & fries.people might complain it is expensive but it doesn't matter when you order food from now, be it McDonald's or Popeyes it's all getting more expensive.

Unlike the last time I was there… the place was slow on a Sunday afternoon so no excuse for the dry and old tasting 5 piece chicken we got today! Better watch out for this one only go there when it’s busy or you might get old food like we did today! On a side note the mashed potatoes were great.

Chicken here is DELICIOUS! Fresh, juicy, seasoning is just right. Friendly staff and the ambiance of the store is great!
