Food was awesome but the wait is long because of Skip The Dishes orders. They fill them before walkin orders.

Excellent service with great taste. The general manager over here is a top notch man. He knows very well what he is doing to keep customers happy. They ran out of mild chicken and I ordered 3 pc mild chicken so he politely asked me if I was okay with 2 mild and 1 spicy and I was good with that but when the fresh chicken was ready out of courtesy he got me a piece of mild chicken that he offered me in spicy.
The food was great and I was already full so I had to take that 1 pc of mild chicken home. Great job. I live in alberta but if I come back to courtenay I am surely coming back here.

Good place to have quality food and clean atmosphere in the town. Also excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Good chicken.everything else needs work. Staff messed up multiple orders during my visit. Restaurant was filthy and no manager to be found. Waited 25 min for my order which was incomplete. I like the chicken but will find a different location next time.

We recently ordered meals and, chicken tender from here. Delivery was before the estimated time.food was pretty warm. Burger size was good and quite filling. I love their coleslaw salad.its super yummy ️. Their chicken tenders were very juicy and super crunchy.best part of the meal was fries.i dont know what they add or how they do it.they are soooo good.i mean really good the best in all foodchain. Their hospitality is really awesome. I've met the manager George, he is just amazing, I admired how he treats the customers and his coworkers. He is really an amazing man.

A great place for lunch with a cool shift from hambergers a fries. The chicken was really nice, and the Louisiana spice was just right!

I ordered the ghost pepper wings.regular wings came with 2 sauce packs, bbq and buffalo wing sauce. Disappointing.

Salty salty salty. Very tasty chicken and friendly staff. But the salt content is insane.

Edit: Somehow it got saltier. Had it for lunch today and threw out fast food for the first time in my life How is it this salty

Food is ok, service.not so much. They're nice and friendly enough, but it's always very slow. This time I ordered online so I could just pick it up and skip the waiting. When I arrived, they had no idea I even ordered. I had to show them my email confirmation on my phone, so they could print the order and start getting it ready. Why have an online order system if it's actually slower than just ordering at the till?

When I got home there was no tartar sauce for the fish and no fork for the coleslaw. Fries were colder than they should have been. Not the end of the world, but not convenient the way fast food is supposed to be.

In the end they were at least generous and gave me a bit of extra food and a larger drink. But there's still some kinks for them to work out. Not very inclined to go again.

I ordered spicy chicken instead i got mild. Also fries were soggy. Very disappointed with the service too, staff was rude. Hope you will get back to me if not i will approach to head office.

Food was fantastic, staff is so friendly and willing to help. I absolutely recommend visiting this location. Also, the biscuits are to die for!

Had a wonderful experience. Great customer service and the best fried chicken with just the right amount of flavor on it.

Never had Popeyes before, and it was great! After the mediocre first impression the new KFC gave, I’m glad Popeyes came in to give us our fried chicken fix! My only complaint was that the onion rings were only ok, but that’s unlikely to be Popeyes specialty anyways. Looking forward to coming back and trying some more things, and welcome to the valley!
Edit: Keep coming back and it keeps being good. So many other fast food places in town seem to have given up on trying to do a good job. Glad that Popeyes is still killing it!

Ordered a classic chicken with no pickles due to allergy, got home to discover they just pulled pickles off a pre prepared burger that had been sitting so long the mayo had congealed. Not impressed.

Been there 3 times for drive thru and every single time did not get the correct order.we give up, wont go back.

Worst customer service. Better order your food a day ahead cuz these people move like molasses especially the manager

Went through the drive through. The cashier claimed she couldn't hear anything. We were charged for food we didn't even recieve. I tried to call in and was hung up on.

Good friendly service.but check your meal. Every time I order it's wrong. Tonight I ordered family tender meal and got bone in chicken for the 2nd time now.

Been waiting 20 minutes for an order at the till. Won't be back, thats ridiculous. Nanaimo one was good though.

The chicken was dry and I could of broken a tooth on the biscuit but the mash potatoes and gravy tasted ok

Wow this place is a killer. Great food great service and more inportantly great staff. The place was very busy on a friday night me and my husband took the dinner from here and man we both were shocked to see how fast these people are. Their hustle is real. Inspite of being so busy with take out and delivery orders and less staff the front and back people were smiling and doing great job. They had tons of orders but there was one gentleman in grey shirt we believe he was the manager we couldn’t read his name properly it was quite long on his badge but as soon as that guy came at the front counter all the orders were served in less than 10 minutes. No doubt why this place is the fastest and our server was really great too and had a sweet smile on her face. And also the food was really great, hot and fresh.only our fries were bit cold but thats okay on a busy night and who cares when you get such great and fast service. The owners of this place must be lucky. Welcome to courtenay guys we are definitely coming back. We are very much impressed.
