Wings are too small. And every time u have to wait a long time to get your order. Also nobody picks up the phone

We ordered 8 piece spicy chicken, which is always "15 minutes". I guess we are the only people that order it? It took 25 minutes. The excuse was there was only one fryer working. That should be figured in before a customer orders. Terrible service.

I love to have chicken nuggets from this place only & I really appreciate from the staff even one there is very cooperative, GREAT

I went there on Wednesday and service was very good… her name is mansi and she talk so polite and nice… you should visit this store.

Mansi and Azera did a great job of navigating the somewhat of a complicated menu. Only my second visit but definitely would go again great service and good chicken

It took 10 minutes to get food and the food I got just didn't seem worth it but chicken is chicken and I like chicken so yeah

I arrived at the Salmon Arm location on the evening of March 2nd, 2023 with a coupon offer that arrived in the mail that day. The girl at the counter said they do not have that offer and that it was an American offer. The coupon page specifically has the Salmon Arm address and phone number on it. She then tried a "bait and switch" and offered a more expensive option. I will be contacting the Consumer Branch of Canada on this issue. Bait and switch is ILLEGAL!

Food is decent fast food. But 7 staff working zero customers but me because of snow and 3/4 of the tables filthy and not wiped while most of the staff are doing nothing.

The food is good and the service good, but they have a bit of a problem with unlocking the doors on-time. Waited for 15 min after they opened, doors were still locked: (

I just finished waiting in line for pretty close to 20 minutes for the wrong order raw chicken and no ice in the machine for drinks

I've been to the Popeyes several times every time I go they keep messing up my order especially the chicken burger it's like they don't have the deluxe only the standard the people are always nice but I'm tired of my order always being rong at this point its not worth it I'm done going my biggest advice I can give anyone is if u order for Popeyes in salmon arm always check your order as soon as u get it

Food was good. Very basic furnitings, typical fast food place. How do they get away using all the disposables including plastic bags.

Tried for the first time, chicken sandwich was good. Could do with out the pickles. But what's with the plastic straws update. Second time in my chicken sandwich was only cooked about 80% should not be pink inside. You owe me a lunch.

I have visited this place for the fist time & I am very happy from staffs behaviour apart from this the best chicken

5 star service. The food was hot and tasty and very crispy. The staff are all fun and friendly specially Mani who was very helpful and provided such a great customer service. Must try the strawberry and blueberry pie.

Was my first time and the staff was really helpful and patient with me. I'll be back again.
