Me and my daughter went today and we were looking for a specific brand and flavor, but since we couldn’t find it, Harsh took the time to explained all the alternatives we could have instead, with other brand, so we end up getting a good product, a Nice POPEYE’s MUG for my daughter, plus the great customer service from Harsh he really helped us to decide. Also got a nice reusable BAG!

This is a Good place to buy your supplement.only problem is there little bit too expensive.

Devin, Ashwin and the entire team is highly knowledgeable. They will explain you each product while ensuring your satisfaction and even offered me many samples prior to deciding what i wanted and offered me an unbeatable price.
Not to forget the free shaker, you got a customer for life!

Went in today to get a mass gainer and Thunder was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful towards my purchase. When buying fitness supplements, it can often feel like salespeople are just telling you what you want to hear so that you buy their products but Thunder was genuinely honest about what I was getting and went into extreme depth explaining all the ins and outs of mass gainers + explained how various ingredients are measured and regulated. He seemed truly enthusiastic, experienced and sincere about helping me reach my fitness goals and I'm thankful that a kind and knowledgeable person like him works at such a well stocked and convenient store. Will absolutely be returning for more products and help from Thunder and the rest of the team.

This place is amazing! Why? Because of ASHWIN! This guy has impeccable customer service. Not only is he knowledgeable, he's also accommodating and pays attention to detail and makes sure you leave there 100% satisfied. Honestly it's a one in a lifetime experience. I visited with multiple concern areas and had absolutely all of my questions answered by Ashwin. He was incredibly knowledgeable and set me up for my health goals and suggested items to meet my specific needs.

I ended up returning 2 more times in the same week. 10/10 recommend:)

Rude staff. Just let me buy my things. If I wanted your opinion on which protein to get, I'd ask. Dude behind the counter just started roasting me for not buying Canadian. I don't care. Just scan it and let me leave. Why even carry other brands if I'm gonna be brosplained to every time I buy it from here? Why not just stock the entire store with the guy's preferences? Great experience. Was recommended to start the transition from physio to going to the gym. Went in not knowing what I would need but Devin the sales associate was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to up-sale but set me up with products to try out and then figure out what works. Will be returning.

Ashwin was so helpful my first time at the store that I now drive an extra half hour to this location because the experience is always so much better than any other. He is such an asset.

Customer service really bad I didn’t like the attitude one of the employees here he was very rude.

I like the store, it has a lot of variety.
However, I don't like that sellers always want to sell certain brands even though we are determined to buy another.
I understand that there are many people who go and do not know what to buy.
But there are people who already know about supplements and it's not right that the guys at the store want to discredit brands just for selling local ones.
A recommendation can be good, but without taking credit away from all the other brands just because they want to sell "Far Beyond" or "Iso Gold"

Let me summarize my first EVER visit to popeyes supplements.
Walked in, obviously looking kinda dumb because i'm maybe 120lb on a good day. Pick up something a friend had suggested.
The employee asked what i was trying to acheive and if he could make a suggestion.
I accepted, and was then bombarded with honest, and scientifically accurate facts.
I walked away spending more than i was hoping to spend.but feeling confident in my purchase and the INCREDIBLE knowledge passed onto me.
10/10 would recommend! And i will return!

I just purchased some supplements in hope to help balance my hormone issues. Sam helped me out and he was the perfect professional. He was knowledgeable about the products, the industry, and was able to to steer me towards local vendors when possible. My best customer experience in a long time.

We were in the area and I wanted to try this product they had on sale. They did not have any in-store but went above and beyond to locate the item for me. I normally feel pretty intimidated walking into a Popeyes, but the staff and owner (I think) were friendly and the knowledge they had was refreshing and so helpful. We live in Ladner but would hands down make the trip to go their again.

Very professional and helpful staff with very detailed Knowledge about products. Specially Mr. Ashwin, he explained the difference in particular products and their benefits. Prices are also very reasonable.

I got my CLA and L-carnitine from here. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for supplements on a budget and my trainer had given me a very expensive shopping list and the person who helped me understand what every single product does and what would be the right fit for me and my goals. Overall good excellent service. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for gym/health supplements for whatever goals you have.

Went into This location looking to compare prices to order online and was absolutely blow away by the service and knowledge of the two gentlemen working. I have since forgotten their names but it was on Friday October 15th around 3: 00pm.

They helped me pick out a few products that ended up saving me money and getting better quality and even let me try a couple of protein shakes to make sure I liked the taste before purchasing (can't do that online). Will for sure be buying all my supplements from this location from here on.

I visited the store to get some information and a recommendation on pre and post workout supplements. The representative Sam was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and most importantly professional! I left with a couple of items that I’m really excited to try because of his recommendations. I will likely only return to this specific location as long as he works there! Keep up the good work Sam!

Went to the store this morning (Aug. 25,2021) and got super awesome service as always. Got recommendations on how to save more, but no pressure tactics. Also got a free t-shirt and some sample protein bars. Always a good experience at this location.

If you are a newly into bodybuilding or buying supplements, go to this store because they will not try to just sell you anything for their own motive but they will genuinely educate you and especially Ashwin is a really friendly guy and super knowledgeable.

Popeyes’s in Burnaby is my go to spot for the best supplements and vitamins. The staff is very knowledgeable and well informed in the products they carry. Really kind service and incredibly informative help from Ashwin on what protein I should use as someone who is lactose intolerant. Not only did he explain everything I need to know about how much and when to take my supplements but it was in a condensed manner so I was able to understand everything. I used to shop at GNC but the employees at this Popeyes are incredibly helpful and educated and I will absolutely return here in the future!

Ashwin was an awesome and helpful sales rep! I just moved to the area and needed help finding a good whey isolate, and would never have tried Magnum unless he told me he personally uses it and highly recommends the formula (it really is amazing)! I also got helped finding a new BCAA (I'm very picky) as well as my essential vitamins. He was very kind and even gave me some samples, so I appreciate his honest service! Haven’t been to Popeyes in a while but my guy Ashwin at Popeyes Burnaby has made me want to come back every time. He even took the time to re explain the usage and knowledge of the product multiple times and even went the extra mile to write down the information on a sticky note. Best service and best man! First time visiting, I am new to preworkout and been looking for something effective for my powerlifting sessions.
