So I left a review earlier and would like to update it. There was a snag in my order, and decided being a "Karen" was the better route.after I left my first review, the owner reached out and commented within 30 mins of the review. Then the manager reached out by phone to talk things over.
The manager was so professional, apologetic and took the time to explain what happened. Went out of their way to make the experience amazing, and to have a returning customer.

A company who replies to reviews and tries to rectify anything that has happened means they care about their customer, their business and take it seriously! That means they get returning customers and those customers talk to others about the great experience they had.it went from a hiccup in my order to EXCELLENT customer service and I thank the owner and the manager!
I went in person and he came out to talk to me and was awesome! I also apologized for being a "Karen"! Thank you, and I hope no one got in trouble. I will definitely continue to do my business here, and will be more understanding of "processing times". Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Good food good service just a tad bit expensive for quantity should have a buyers deal of some sort, like buy 3 and get one free kinda deal.

Ron, Richard, and pam are very knowledgeable and friendly, I had a great experience at Popeyes, I don’t know anything about supplements and they helped educate me on many products and I left extremely happy. Their prices are amazing they price match

Great location. I'm new to the gym and the staff were very helpful in helping me choose what I need. They also gave my daughter a temporary tattoo which she loves!

Stopped in to get some help picking out supplements. It had been a long time since I had purchased anything. I was helped by Pam. He was fantastic. Excellent at explaining how everything worked and what would be the best for my goals. Will go back.

Amazing customer service/support! Everytime I go in I get so much help and I am not rushed. Sam was very helpful today, and knowledgeable and did not try to sell my things I wasn’t looking for. They all deserve a raise!

I consistently have awesome experiences at this location! All the staff are super helpful and friendly. I came in with a ton of questions for Thunder and he answered them all and helped me with all my own specific needs! I'm usually label reading for hours due to a vegan diet but he was so knowledgeable on vegan supplements but wasn't pushy at all and I never felt pressured into a purchase! I drive further to come to Popeyes than multiple closer supplement stores for this guy. Thunder and all the staff I've interacted with are a delight!

10/10! Staff are always super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, making sure you get the best supplements for you. Price is always competitive and sales are in effect more often than not. Gladly going to be a Popeyes Supplements customer for life.
