Dropped in for a workout at OTF Langley and Daniel was there from Popeye’s Supplement.
Very friendly and informative about the products that he brought with him to sample!

Staff is great, but check your invoices as management will drop your personal discounts without notice and will not honor it unless you go back home and get your proof for the discount. Doesn't matter if they can see the discount on your last purchases. So save your gas and just bring your proof with you. Or shop where they take care of regular customers.

Best place to get supplements in Langley. Even open the store five minutes early for us when we were in a rush.

Amazing staff that are actually quite knowledgeable and eager to help you find supplements that are the right fit for you. Unlike other supplement stores in the area they don’t push the more pricey stuff on you unless it’s what you’re looking for; that being said I plan on spending a lot of money here as they won me over. I’ll be coming back to this place from now on.

The staff here are incredible! Specifically Jessica. Very knowledgeable and informative. You can really tell she genuinely cares for her customers and will go above and beyond to find you the supplements suitable to meet your needs. I am always looking for a good supplement shop where the staff actually know about the products they are selling- whether it be from personal experience or from their diligence in researching and understanding the science behind the products they offer. Wife went in today and the sales guy was so condescending and rude she left with anxious and upset. Asking for a pre workout recommendation for cardio and he told her that she had bad sleep and diet if she needs that. Sounds like poor sales skills to me?

Changing my 5 star to 1 star. I was looking to buy one of their mammoth mugs. I took one off the shelf and noticed it was broken, so I notified the staff and the (lady) working there said grab another one and if it "breaks" return it.
2 weeks go by and the bottom of the mug cracks, so I try to return it and the guy working there said we don't do returns on hard goods and refused the return. Fkn sad if you ask me. I buy lots from there and not sure why you can't just give me another 1.

I have had only positive experiences at this store and with the staff for the past year. This is my go to supplement store. I highly recommend this location.

Shady business, tried to charge me full price for a sale item and then played it off when I called them out. "Boss makes us charge customers the full price unless they ask for the sale price". Like what?

Just went to this Popeyes to grab some protein powder and pre-work out for the first time. The girl who helped me and my friend was so sweet and very educated on all of their products. I thought it was so awesome how friendly and helpful she was considering the fact that I am just only beginning to start working out and I loved her energy.would definitely recommend this location of Popeyes.

Always helpful and really appreciate the occasional free swag. Sometimes no stock on some items but you cant blame them for being popular. I will be seeing you guys again the next time I need to stock up on protein, etc.
