Amazing shop. Workers are great. Cash helped me out a ton, great guy. Ramneek always coming in clutch with the sample and free gear over at her pop up in club 16!

Just stopped in for some supplements and got very helpful and thoughtful advice from Hanna.

Ramneek has the best customer service in lower mainland and is extremely knowledgeable and also provide exception service to all clients. Popeyes is my favourite store.

Nice selection of supplements! I’m visiting the area from out of town for the month and was pleasantly surprised at the variety. It was nice to be able to find a few familiar products. I’m not sure of her name but the girl that helped me out a few times was pleasant and accommodating. I did however have an experience today that left a sour taste in my mouth. During my first visit, I purchased a protein powder that I was familiar with and expected to enjoy. I was later informed however that customers had been returning the product due to reformulation. I was not given any hassle and was easily able to exchange the product for something new. As mentioned earlier, I am visiting from another area and thought I may as well try some new BCAAs seeing as mine are not available in BC. I was not a fan whatsoever of these BCAAs and wanted to exchange for something I knew I would not have to return again. The man working at the desk made the exchange a very unpleasant experience and made me feel as if I did not have the right to enter the store and ask if this second exchange would be okay. He proceeded to rudely “inform” me that they cannot resell opened products (hence why I asked if it would be okay!). He seemed as if he wasn’t going to complete the exchange at first, but said in a very condescending tone that he can do it this once. I completed the exchange and left the store, not purchasing the other protein bars I was going to buy as he made me not want to give my business to Popeye’s. What a shame he made me feel so uncomfortable because I will now have to look for a new store to purchase supplements while I’m in the area.

Popeyes South Surrey always has amazing customer service. They let you taste test some items if you're unsure of the flavour. The sales reps give great, honest advice about the products.

I'm a big fan of Popeyes as a company and more specifically this location. Popeyes South Surrey has helped walk me through my fitness journey from day one. My most recent encounter was with Evan. Evan explained to me in depth the uses and ingredients in a wide range of supplements and brands. He had answers for all my questions and made my visit at Popeyes clear and simple. I have been loyal to Popeyes as a company, but receiving service as outstanding as Evan's have made me a loyal customer of Popeyes South Surrey.

Awesome staff and great supplements. One of the staff named Evan was very knowledgeable of all the products and helped me find the supplements that best suited my fitness goals.

Great welcoming staff. They were very helpful with answering my questions catered to my specific needs and goals. He also made sure he attended to all customers accordingly while he was alone in the store which didn't bother me because I have worked in retail before and know how difficult that can be,

Honestly with out Connor's help I would have been totally lost! He took the time out of his day to explain what supplements would be beneficial to me and why they would help. 1. STOCK MORE ALL-MAX LIQUID L-CARNITINE:)
2. Let the brands that rely on sucralose/acesulfame and refined sugar for flavor know, that smart consumers want cleaner ingredients (eg.stevia, cane sugar)
