Popeye's Supplements Surrey

Overall, I found the store to be a great place to find all the required supplements and some unique flavors that aren't easily available elsewhere. However, there were a couple of aspects that affected my overall rating.

One thing I noticed was that during sales, they tend to remove some of the unique flavors and only offer the basic ones. This might be Popeyes' sales strategy, which focuses on promoting specific items. While I understand that this is a common sales tactic, I would have appreciated if they still provided a decent selection of the unique flavors even during sales. It's always nice to have options, especially when trying to explore new tastes.

The store personals are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when it comes on guiding and recommending the products.

Taking one star off as they never have medium size t-shirt.

When it comes to staff this is the best staff experience since they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the sales they have are perfect for my supplement purchases

The staff is always very helpful but the selection that they carry is usually small or atleast not to my liking.

This is one of the best supplements shop I've ever been to! Everyone here is extremely passionate about what they do and helpful towards each customer based on their needs. They provided me with extensive knowledge after researching certain supplements I should/shouldn't be taking due to my medical limitations. They showed their care and interest in order to assist me to their best. Highly recommend this place over any other supplement store!

The staff were friendly and helpful! They definitely relate to your personal unique needs. Definitely worth checking out if you need any sort of supplements. Will be back!

Went to Popeyes for some supplements, and was delighted with the customer service provided by the staff.chad made sure I got the right product and provided great detail of the benefits of the BCAA I bought. Awesome staff, great product selection and easy to manoeuvre around the store. The manager was more then helpful and his staff follows his lead. A lot of health products which you can’t get anywhere and the store is located in a great location! I would recommend to family and friends

I have always had a hard time with understanding supplements and figuring out what works best for me, that being said I’m glad Colton is a part of your team because any questions I have about supplements or even just health in general he is very knowledgeable and always gives me a well explained answer.

Lately I have been stuck at a plateau and not only did he take the time to help me put a stack together that will help me with my goals moving forward, he explained everything to a point where I could actually understand what each thing was doing for my body and how it will help me.

That’s the type of customer service that keeps people coming back! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn’t know about and I left with more knowledge than I walked In The door with. I’m already loving my new stack, and I cannot wait to smash these goals, my future goals and I’ll definitely be back for more!

The employees that talked to me that day they are such nice people. I feel buying there as the first time is really enjoyable since they treated me not like a customer but as a guest and a friend. My first visit is really really making me feel happy not like other places they did not welcome me like these guys welcomed me. Good job for those 2 guys.the other best part is I bought ISOprotein and creatine just for $60! So cheap compared to other stores

Love this store. Chad's super helpful and knows what he's talking about. It shows that he applies his knowledge to his own workouts and that supplements will work of used right.

Colton is a fantastic man. First time going inside, he helped me answer of all my questions with kindness. They have Optimum Nutrition whey and casein powder, but they don't have creatine brand. I got their next best seller. I managed to save $45. I even got a free bottle. They have this scratch lotto system where you can get free stuff and save money. Make sure to always ask for promos and deals to save money. I will come again once my stock runs out. Invest into your health, folks! It's the best decision you will ever make. It will allow you to make sharper decisions and improve your overall quality of life.

Absolutely wonderful store, Nick is super friendly & welcoming. Some stores make you feel like youre being judged when you walk in but I felt non of that and felt very welcomed and really enjoyed the experience for the first time in the store. Went to this location today. Have not been into a supplement store in many years, and usually go to GNC. We are now in our 50’s and needing to get active again, so we re-joined the gym. Along with that I like to have my low carb protein shakes and my husband like his pre workout drink, no idea where to start, so we got online. We’d driven by this store hundreds of times but never went in, today we met Colton. Sooooo helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly, patient with all our questions, and very very kind. Lots of options, however he directed us to exactly what we personally needed for ourselves, not just the most expensive product to make a sale. This store gained new customers today that will definitely be returning. Highly recommended by this old newbie

Went in with very little knowledge and the guys there helped me find an awesome 50+ multivitamin and vitamin D. Will be going there for my vitamins etc going forward

I was so pleasantly to surprised to have had what was supposed to be just a quick errand to pick up whey protein turn into a meaningful conversation with Karan. He has extensive product knowledge and we exchanged our personal fitness stories and passions. I truly believe that he had my best interest in mind when recommending products best fit for ME. I trust him and feel like someone with this level of customer service deserves to be recognized for it. Wonderful experience today because of him!:)

Horrible customer service. The man helping me did not offer me my receipt. Also when I said thank you he ignored me. I am at another popeyes location now. I did not wish to give my address to join their membership because the person working said I'd have to give my full address to be a member. Now I'm at the other location they are saying only the city is required not a full address.

I often visit the 102 ave Surrey branch to pick a few small items.
Colton will always asks me about how I feel about the items I had previously purchased and will often recommend some alternatives I can use if needed.
I often see him meeting the needs of a diverse group of members at the store.
He does a great job of reading people and asking very positive questions and giving advice appropriately in a very encouraging, welcoming manner.

Also, I have met Vanessa at the two Surrey stores. Super helpful as well.
When staff like each other, the atmosphere at the branch becomes very friendly and not at all intimidating.

Great staff=great customers.

This place is perfect for supplements all the staff members have proper knowledge of all the supplements. I always buy from king George location. The guy with tattoo offers excellent client service.

Vanessa, She is very Friendly as well as she gives me a very good suggestions about Supplements. It looks like She has pretty much knowledge about Supplements. As i am going to start Workout so i got good advice from her!
