I was super confused because i wanted to get something for my boyfriend but the two people in the store were so friendly and helpful!

I came in for some vegan protein powder. Dana was super helpful, recommended a new to me product and even mixed up a shake for me on my way out. Thanks Dana and thanks Popeye’s!

I came into the store today (26/11) to get some iso protein.
The service was terrible. The lady seemed nice but the guy was very unwelcoming. He seemed annoyed to be there and gave off an aggressive vibe. Regret buying, not coming into the store again.

I visited this store last week and I gotta say Taylor, the store manager is amazing. I wanted to start working out but didn’t know what supplements I needed/should be taking. I initially was only going in for supplement for muscle gain, but Taylor gave me advice on other supplements that I could start taking first, (enzyme for digestion + superfoods for energy and greens intake) to prepare my body for working out. After two weeks I will introduce more supplements, for muscle gain.

Taylor also created a personalized macros guide for me as I had said I struggle to get enough calories/meals in per day. The guide has meal suggestions and can be modified to suit individual needs. Really useful!

Leaving the store I felt so much more confident and knowledgeable, so thank you again Taylor for empowering me.

Zero customer service, i hope u hire people they know how to talk with the customers or they need someone with enough experience to teach them, to be fair enough them manager he knows what he is doing but they should learn from him or copy him at least

Taylor went OVER the top yesterday in helping me out. Walked into the store yesterday for a specific product & ended up coming out with two completely supplements. Taylor is super knowledgable about the foundation of vitamins/supps that are being sold here. She was not trying to upsell me a product or trying to get me to buy something that I did not need. But instead informed me of the benefits of what could be better for me which was: cordyceps & lions mane from Purica. I wanted to know more of what Purica is about, so she emailed me more information on the rest of the line of supps that this company carries. Patrick was also in the store & was knowledgable about the supplements as well! Both are super enthusiastic, conversational ting and nice people! Great walking into the store where people are wanting to help you and actually know the information on what they are selling vs not knowing anything on the products! Thank you so much both of you! I will be shopping here again:)

By far the best and most helpful staff whether it’s in person or online. They are always friendly and make sure you get the right supplements you need!

Went there couple of days ago to pick up protein. Staff was very helpful and nice. Helped me choosing the right protein as there were many varieties. Next time same place.

I just got to Vancouver two weeks ago and I was lucky to be helped by Sima today who suggested a few nearby gyms for the duration of my stay. The shop is nicely located downtown and has a good selection.

The store could have some improvement on the service and how the staff talks to customers. They say things like "Can I help you? " which is not only passive but I honestly don't know, can you? Plus the white guy that was there seemed irritated and angry especially judging by his tone. If you have any staff that are unhappy with working there, you should get rid of them. This is because you are running a business which is based on serving customers. This way, you can optimize your business.

Just dropped by with my BF and picked up some protein and a cute, hot pink water bottle! The service here is amazing! The staff were very kind, energetic, and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back here again!

Haven’t shopped in Popeyes in five years. But during the pandemic my fitness goals diminished, and I was left a little uncomfortable with my postpartum weight, I was walking past popeyes one day and decided to check it out. See what’s new in 2021 etc, had great customer service from knowledgeable staff. I actually didn’t end up buying anything because my budget wouldn’t call for it (blame covid) anyways I went online and saw they accepted Sezzle payments, YES, word up seriously haha you guys are a blessing, now I’m stocked up, paid up and motivated with all the positive changes I’ve seen while pairing my work outs with your suggestions. Thanks again!

This is a place which makes you feel you are in good hands. When asking for advice they check about your condition, allergies, medicines you're taking, even intolerance. The one who helped me explained the difference among many supplements which enabled me to make the right choice. My wife and I are always comfortable to go there because they concentrate more on being part of the community and serving its members than making a quick sale. They seem to be getting more business this way.

The store at Davie's is one of the best that I highly recommend. Service is superb, their staff is always helpful, and they offer a wide range of products, you name it, they got it!

Impeccably clean and organized not even a speck of dust can be found between the fully stocked supplements!
