This park is near the Port Royals it's called with this name.
Toilets: yes in the park are near swings.
Picnic tables in an open area and under the shaded area too.
Swings for kids.
Splendid view, and to sit and enjoy this view there are many branches all the way. You can take Farry from Q to Q
Very quiet there. They have a small beach there but go at your risk rocks are not balanced.
They have drinking water taps there.
Besides doing walks you can do bird watching and birds photography. Landscape photography can be done if you like architecture in your landscape. For landscape best time is sunset there.
Enjoy this lovely area.

Beautiful park children playing zone and clean walkway everything is good. Street parking is available but some time there is no parking spot.

Always a great visit. We especially like that on a sunny weekend, it's never been too busy. There's so much space, that there's always a feeling of freedom there. The playground and facilities are nice as well and generally the company around are very friendly and pleasant.

Nice peaceful park with some interesting storyboard points and a nice place for the kiddos to play!

A peaceful walk on river side. You can take the Q to Q ferry to the New West Quay and enjoy the icecream and food at the River market.

Lovely place for young and old. Love the q to q ferry to take us across to new Westminster quay. Playground is fantastic

Lots of space! Nice playground then when kids get tired, you can stroll by the side of the river.

Good space. Modern playground. Lots of benches. Indoor washroom. Limited parking. Good walking and cycling nearby.

Always a nice path on a gray day or early when not too busy. City of New Westminster always on top of the game for maintenance and cleaning, very appreciated for sure.

It's a nice park with obstacles for all ages. It's a fantastic, quiet and family oriented location just steps from the river. Huge green field, shelter for hanging out away from the sun, clean bathrooms, and plenty of places to sit and watch the kids play.

Great park. Parking is the only issue and maybe an overzealous park emplyee closed washroom 45 minutes earlier than posted time.

Beautiful Scenery Of The Queen'sBorough Area, Parking Might Be An Issue Later In The Night. Also Make Sure to Take Bug Repellent With you. Because There Will Be Lots Of Them During The Night

Very spacious and lots of opportunity to hang out while social distancing. Beautiful scenery, too, and accessible via Q to Q Ferry if coming in from the Quay.

Great little park. Decent playground (didn't visit due to covid concerns) but some kids were playing. Large green field, we sat there and enjoyed a nice picnic. Washrooms were clean. Community garden was cool to see and a quick walk took us to the lovely Riverside walk.

Port Royal Park & neighbourhood are situated in the Queensborough neighbourhood of South New Westminister, across the north arm of The Fraser River from New Westminister Quay. There is a 12 passenger ferry (which takes bikes & strollers) running between the two. There is a lovely waterfront walk along the shore.

Nice park hidden away in Queensborough. Only problem if there is an event. Parking could be difficult.

Amazing Park, especially for kids! Great playground, washrooms, free parking. I strongly recommend that park.

Port Royal is a well maintain garden. Little but great place to walk and it's is very interesting.

Lovely little park, with a fabulous picnic shelter you can reserve. Perfect if you live in the area!

Quiet park with playground and unintentional climbing area with rocks piled on structure supporting the roadway.

Pleasant and quiet environment with great view of the trains than run through the middle. The tiered planters look really nice when stuff is growing.
