Great customer service. A read tire on my Rito Trike popped; a replacement tire was sent to me quickly, the whole process was very quick and easy.

This company (and their suppliers) are suffering from the worst case of supply issues. The way it impacted me is that they have not yet been able to honour the warranty on rito trike after over 4 months of email exchange. My issue is that one of the wheels and now two have disintegrated and can’t be replaced.

My daugther really enjoy the rito qplay. She loves it, and also can easily manage when you are outside
