Helpful and amazing staff! Flexible hours for drop off/pick up and my dog always loves it.

I use PoshPaws a lot as I'm always traveling for work and I have nothing but a great experience with them every time. I have a german Shepard and she needs a good amount of outside time which she always gets! Highly recommend posh paws!

I cannot say enough good about Posh Paws and their treatment of my pups while they are at daycare. I may be a bit biased, but the whole staff tends to give my two extra care love and care. Of course, who wouldn't if they had these two.

From dropping my two off for early drop off to the time I pick them up just before closing they get the greatest treatment, so much so that when dad comes to get I'm the last one they want to see, they have to give all their attention and love to the staff there, who cares about dad! LOL!

So many more reasons for a five star rating, but the love and care all the dogs are given is outstanding and true, no just going trough the motions. Another reason that is very dear to me is that they have no bias against Pit Bulls, it's so great to see so many there other than my two.

Long story short, if you're looking for a kennel for daycare or long term overnight care, you won't be sorry for choosing Posh Paws, they're the greatest in our books.

We love Posh Paws. We actively bring our boy, Goose, in anytime he's going to be alone for too long.

I would have loved to leave a positive review for posh paws but unfortunately that will not be the case. I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy, and in the beginning it was awesome. The more I visited the less confident I felt in leaving my dog here.

Over 2 years they have lost several of his toys, a Kong, and his dog bed that we sent him with overnight was never returned. Annoying since the dog bed and kong arent cheap, but I didn't make a big deal about it because the girls at the front always look tired and overwhelmed and I didn't want to hassle them. I did call and ask for his kong and bed, but they said they did not know where they were and that theyd keep an eye out for them.

Out of the blue my dog started to have anxiety and cry and not want to go when I was dropping him off, and I didn't know why. I was informed later on by an employee that the manager at the time was nipped by my dog, it was put in his file but the staff were instructed not to tell me and to keep it quiet. This was a huge red flag.he's always been friendly and for him to nip someone he must have felt scared or threatened, and must have been why he had anxiety when I was leaving him here. I was definitely upset by this, as it's something I feel absolutely necessary to know so I can get him adequate training if needed. More upsetting is why this was kept quiet. But, because that manager quit, and his anxiety seemed to have disappeared, i continued to bring him. I then started noticing his behavior changing, and a lot of his training reverting, probably because at posh paws there are no rules and the dogs are just thrown in to the runs with alike dogs. So I stopped taking him as frequently since we were going 2-4x per week, and used their services only when I was out of town.

The final straw, I took him to stay for 4 days and a grooming in August of 2022. When I dropped him off I asked to prepay for his services, and they said don't worry about it just pay when you pick him up. I ended up grabbing him from late pickup and then returned the next morning to pay for his stay and grooming. I paid cash, and tipped almost $100 between the staff and groomer. 6 months go by, and I received an invoice to my email for his last stay. I contacted them right away and asked for this to be corrected as it must be a mistake. They asked what day and time I came in so they could check the security cameras because they had no record of my payment. I gave all of the info requested and never heard back. Another 3 months pass, then I get another invoice and a threat that it must be paid to avoid going to collections. I contacted them again right away, and told them respectfully i am not paying for this balance twice and to please check the cameras and have this corrected, and again heard nothing back. Two weeks pass, and I had to again follow up with them to see if this issue had been resolved. I was then told that my customer profile had been deleted and the balance cleared. I asked if this means I am no longer welcome at posh paws, to which I received no response.

Never have I ever felt so insulted. I paid for this service in full plus a generous tip, and gave them the date and time to check their cameras, and they clearly just didn't believe me or actually check the cameras to see if I indeed came in. I referred many friends and clients to posh paws, and I felt like I was a very loyal client who supported their business for a long time, and because of this administrative mistake I am no longer allowed to return. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional.if they didn't have a record of my payment there should have been contact made right away, not 6 months later. I made every effort to resolve this issue, and its really unfortunate that I was treated this way after spending literally thousands of dollars on their services, but at the end of the day everything happens for a reason and I consider this the universes way of protecting my doggo. If you do choose to go here, definitely pay with a card so there is a paper trail!

I am so happy that I found Posh Paws! Just recently moved to Chilliwack and my 2 year old Pug, Hazel, loves doggy daycare. I love that she’s exhausted at the end of her day!

I can not say enough good things about Posh Paws, so happy my co-worker recommended them to me when I was looking for day care for my Bear. He is so excited to go every morning and I have peace of mind knowing he is in great hands. This is true one stop care center. He has been groomed there a couple times and even falls asleep during treatment, pic below is him at home post groom He lets them trim his nails with no fuss, unlike at home…. Posh Paws is amazing! They have done so much for us. From last minute over nights to late pick ups, they have always helped us out anyway possible. Our rotty (Kaya. P) can be a handle full but they never complain, always find another pup that matching her energy. This is her favorite place on earth and we love taking her here! Thank you Posh Paws!

We have been taking our husky cross Winter to Posh Paws for the last 3 years. She always comes home happy and exhausted from all the play time they give her. She goes regularly for "play care" which is a daycare service she gets to interact with other dogs, as well as over night stays for up to a week or more at a time. The staff has never been anything but friendly, and we highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place to being their dog!

The staff here are great! I love that they do assessments before allowing any dog to come in. They are also very informative about your dogs behavior. Blue is always tired from his day at day care.

I took my 12 pound Chiweenie on Saturday to hopefully help get her socialized and just be a dog. (She has separation anxiety and is fearful of other dogs.)

The staff helped her through the anxiety by giving her reassurance and the attention she needed - she ended up having a wonderful time with other small dogs (music to my ears). When I went to pick her up, she didn't really want to leave! To me, there is no better testimonial than that!

She made cooing noises all the way home and was the calmest I've seen her that evening and the next day!

Thank you to all the staff who helped Bunny on her very first time at a doggy daycare. My heart grew three sizes that day! We will be back soon!

At first we thought Posh Paws was a good daycare for our girl. They have a large facility for dogs to run around and our girl would return home tired at the end of the day. However, a few months ago we picked her up only to find a large lump on her face and she was having difficulty breathing. Staff hadn't notice anything up until we arrived to pick her up - we thought that was strange, but maybe just a fluke. Yesterday something similar happened: our poor girl had a large gash on her face which went unnoticed until we picked her up at 4: 00pm. The fact that this happened in the first place and then went unnoticed tells us that there is minimal supervision or care for the dogs. After more than $500 in vet bills and a dog in terrible pain, we unfortunately do not feel comfortable leaving our girl here again.

We know that accidents happen, but we are posting this review because we would like to ensure that other families know the risks of leaving their dogs at this facility and we hope that Posh Paws will work towards a higher standard of supervision.

Daniel, our adopted rescue mixed bully goes to Posh Paws for play care and boarding. We were very happy they did an assessment before accepting Daniel in their care as he still has some fear aggression from previously being abused.
The staff knows how to deal with Daniel, care about him and love him.
All of them are absolutely amazing, professional, know their dogs and are always friendly. We recommend Posh Paws to everyone who asks us where Daniel goes for play time and for boarding.

We have been taking our dog here for over a year.what a great place for your dog, our dog is so happy when we get there and is so tired and sad when he leaves.we love the set up nice big yards.the staff are great and go above and beyond.we highly recommend Posh Paws to everyone we definitely give a 5 star and if we could we would give more

Our three year old golden doodle, Daisy, loves Posh Paws! She has a lot of fun at playcare, and I know she is well taken care of when we have to board her there. She is always happy to go there, and is tired when she comes home. Their staff are really, really great and have gone above and beyond to accommodate us in emergency situations. Posh Paws is always my go-to for care of Daisy and I highly recommend them! Your doggo will definitely love it and you will not be disappointed!

Went to the DR for 2 weeks and I called Marcel as our 4 year old rotty percy needed somewhere to go on the shortest of notices.marcel pulled through for me and was there for our family when we needed it the most! They are the sweetest people, I highly recommend them to any dog owners who are in need of a safe loving place for their pooches to go for a day or for a month!

Dogs came back soaked to the bine wet and miserable. Also eye infections from here twice and kennel cough once. Staff are OK but you can't really see where the dogs are kept and my dogs can't wait to get out of there when I pick them up. I feel like they are just over crowding their kennel for the $ and the level of care isn't where it should be.

Posh Paws never fails to impress me and my pooches! I can rest assured knowing my doggies are in great and caring hands. Posh Paws continually exceeds expectations, I would never consider going anywhere else. Staff are excellent, facilities are great, and it is a locally owned business. I recommended this kennel to all my friends and family and they all love it as well. Posh paws is the best

The staff at this facility go above and beyond. I am so grateful for this option for my two very social, high energy dogs. My dogs love attending and the staff treat them like they are their own dogs.
