A friend of mine booked through VRBO at this place. He asked about the possibility of a refund if he had to cancel. The reservation was cancelled without his authorization and they kept the $6300 he paid for 3 weeks. Then when he said he would stay if they are keeping his money they said “we have rented it to someone else so it’s unavailable”
