Prado Cafe

I have been to many of the Prados and I love them all for their food and drinks and ambience and the service

Chocolate croissant was amazing
Flakey, crispy but not too crispy. A little on the greasy side but didn’t bother me much. Chocolate inside was amazing. Good amount of chocolate inside too. Good ratio of chocolate to dough.
*only the chocolate croissant is from this cafe, other pastries are from nearby cafes*

This is my favourite coffee in Vancouver. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the customer service. The barista assured me that my $7 coffee with a 15% tip was extra hot. Sure enough when I tried it it was not. There was no apology. He remade which I was grateful for, but the encounter was quite unfriendly. It's unfortunate as the coffee is so wonderful.

I was headed there to sit and have something to eat. Fortunately, all the seating was full. I didn't really want to sit outside in the rain.

Amazing coffee and pastries. Their vegan apricot cookie and butter croissants are classics.

Good Ambience, good food, their hot chocolate is the best, loved it. It's near my work and it's my daily stop during lunch hour.

Prado is a wonderful coffee shop close to the entrance of Gradually island. Good quality coffee and eats. The bathroom needs a heavy renovation.

Super nice staff, were really helpful and sweet. The food is super delicious too, and the coffee comes in nice big mugs if you dine in. Decent amount of vegan options too

The coffee and pastries are top notch. In the great tradition of coffee shops, the staff give their best impersons of Hannibal Lecter. Great spot, I'd go again.

Nice coffee shop with some good pastry options. Air can be quite stuffy in the shop and music is on the louder side. Biggest complaint tho' is the lack of cordial service, staff can barely crack a smile or friendly hello most times. Not saying I want to be greeted like an old friend, but a nice hello or good day would be nice.

Great place for a coffee when getting your bike fixed across the street at Reckless Ike store.

I am complaining about Prado FIR location only. I have nothing but blowback at this location when I order a Cortado. All I want is for it to be filled to the top of the to stay glass - that's it. Prado Hastings and Prado Fraser make it this way without issues, without crankiness, they just do it and it's beautiful. Prado Fir - constant problems. Today the barista refused to fill it to the top. Told me that's a flat white and dumped the cream into the sink when it could have gone into my glass. I don't understand the animosity toward a customer when the other locations are fabulous. 1st Picture - Prado Hastings Cortado which is perfect & gorgeous. 2nd Picture - Prado Fir Cortado which is ugly, almost undrinkable. I don't understand the lack of respect toward a customer when my request is so simple. Just do it. Fill it to the top with love and cream rather than getting into it with a Customer. Don't go to Fir.

Loved working from here! It’s busy inside but that it’s distracting, very friendly staff and really like the environment. Would definitely come back and try their soup again

Should be zero stars - The bitterest, and in fact, the worst cappuccino I have had in my entire life.

If you pass by a Prado you have to try it-I highly recommend their London Fog, always very fresh ingredients, and the flavour slaps you in the face it's so good!

I always stop here when I'm in Vancouver. Their mocha is delicious just the way they make it, but for a treat I occasionally get an extra shot of chocolate. It has fueled many long walks around the sea wall!
