If i could choose 0 star I will choose!

The man always think about money he never think about customer expectation.

I knew that my laptop need to change battery and he wanted me to leave it and will check battery price and get me back. After a few hours came with horrible price, he never ever remind about he will charge min $25 for service fees.
Then i decided to not go with him and grab my laptop. He charged me $25 for only open and close my laptop.

I wish to you all don't get regret before read bad reviews about him. All bad reviews are base on how he was eager to eat $ from customer!

He work in the edge of the scam! Horrible!

I am posting for people who's love their precious items not to damage because of unprofessional person handling.
After I got my laptop I figured it my battery 2 places of screws area are crash. It seen tried to unscrew.
This person was very first time opener for my laptop. Who's know? It is not cause of him only that person knew how he did!

Once I grab back my laptop i went
" Canada Computer " and they get back to me within a mins with price and service charges even they were busy. The most important things is that they were very transparency and without charging anything before customer make a descision. " Canada Computer " charge less the part and service charges than this shop.
Same warranty.

But for this shop I did not noticed and without transparency, just mention with hand writing on paper that min charge is $25.

People can see how's working unprofessionally and scam.
People will decide after they read reviews.

Do not forget! When you are doing a business without honest you will not be succeed.

Competitively priced, knowledgeable owner, great value, will come back again for no nonsense service. The owner has been here for 20yrs and has a tenured reputation. There seem to be mixed reviews, but this guy is good as gold.

I LEFT MY LAPTOP FOR THE SCREEN REPAIR AND HE SAID HE WILL CHECK. I CALLED HIM NEXT DAY AS HE ASK ME TO DO SO, AND NO RESPONSE AND I TRIED TO VIST THE SHOP BUT IT WAS CLOSED FOR ATLEAST 5 DAYS AND WHEN OPEN, I ASKED HIM FOR THE LATOP AND HE SAID HE NEVER STARTED WORKING ON IT.
LATER EVENING HE CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THE MOTHER BOARD WAS PROBLEM AND HE CANNOT CONNECT WITH THE HDMI CABLE.
I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS WORKING AT MY HOME, AND HE SAID THAT TO REPLACE THE MOTHER BOARD IT WILL CHARGE $250.00
I SAID DONT DO IT.
I GOT THE LAPTOP BACK YESTERDAY AND TRIED TO CONNECT WITH MY HDMI CABLE TO MY DESKTOP SCREEN AND IT WAS WORKING.
HE CHARGED ME $45.00 FOR DOING NOTHING.
JUST AVOID THIS PLACE HE WILL RIP YOU OFF.

The door was locked upon arrival and had to call him to get him to let us look at the computer we saw in an advert.

Needed to get a new drive installed on my laptop and had parts issues. Tony helped me out right away and I was able to get what I needed done.

So we were lied to. There were scratches everywhere and one on the screen. We still bought it because it was still a good deal if you don’t care for the condition.

I have been working with Tony for years. He has helped service my office equipment and computers for our company, and he always gives me an excellent deal. He really cares about us.

I would give it 2.5 stars if I could. I read these reviews before coming so I was well prepared to be scammed. The advert said it was “like new” and “mint condition” and “4K display”, none of which it was and we called him out on it but just dismissed it. So we were lied to. There were scratches everywhere and one on the screen. We still bought it because it was still a good deal if you don’t care for the condition. A few customers tried coming in. He wasn’t very nice to them. There were other shady stuff. Just best to avoid this guy or just expect the worst if you want to still deal with him.

I should have read the reviews before trying to get anything fixed by this shop. The owner gladly took a deposit and my goods and then dropped off the face of the earth for 3 weeks. Daily calls to both of his numbers go nowhere, the BBB is aware of this borderline scammer.

His explanation for his terrible service is not worth the air. If you want to lose money and have your electronics fixed after he screws it up and bills you. Go see this guy.

So happy they fixed my water damaged mac book, i went to apple store they wouldnt even touch it.

Dropped off my wife's cell to get new glass replaced, said 1 day. Took 10 days to track this guy down. Sign says open but store locked and no one is ever there, voicemail box is full, neighboring business's say they get same complaints daily about this guy and his store. I live close by so went multiple times a day trying to get into the store. Finally 10 days later I see someone inside (door still locked though), after banging on door he finally opens, tracks down the phone and guess what.nothing had been done and he tries to write up a receipt for some bogus charge! Grabbed the phone after a couple choice words and left. DO NOT GO HERE!

Found an advert on Craigslist to convert VHS to DVD. Took 5 priceless family movie tapes over to be converted and said it would be ready within a couple of days. Told him I would be there on friday at 1: 00pm, he said no problem. Got there on time on friday and no one there. Message on the front door to call a number which is turned off with a full voice mailbox. Tried the number the following day and was able to leave a message so clearly he is checking messages. It is monday now and i still havent heard anything. Been by the store 3 times now and the neighboring business' have all said he is hit or miss. DO NOT GO HERE.

This guy is very shady he RIP me off 45 doallars to fix my laptop said it would cost me 15 to 20 doallars to fix it and I said sure so he made me pay a diagnostic fee for 45 doallars and said it was gonna be 250 to fix my laptop I said no give my laptop back and he didnt have my laptop made me wait another day and a half to get back said it was at his other shop and I said ok give me address for other shop and he said no I couldn't have the address there.so I took the laptop to another repair shop and they said they could fix it for 40 bucks and told me the total opposite of what he said it was to fix it this guy is a crook please dont go there you will get RIPed off, CROOK CROOK CROOK, PLEASE STAY AWAY VERY SHADY PERSON

Just walked into the store to get my computer which was fixed 3 days prior. Found the guy passed out drunk. After waking him up he couldn't find my computer and tried giving me someone else's.
Told me to come back tomorrow.

Following day (Tuesday).
I called back. The guy answered and told me the computer hadn't been worked on yet. Then began to argue with me.
When I told him I would take the computer as is, his response was the store was closed and to come back tomorrow. He then hung the phone up and would not answer follow up calls.

He's a brave man. Anyone working under those conditions could go crazy. Sometimes I wondered myself. But I still go there and respect him.

Most horrible store in Port Coquitlam. Called guy asked if he could update something for me said yes go to the store practically yell hello in the store took 3 times saying this just to get him off his ass in the back and asked if he could update it for me and grunts at me and sits back down. I don’t understand how a business can stay afloat for this long with service like this. Will never step foot in that door again and I recommend you don’t either. Save your time and money go to a more reputable establishment. All these other reviews aren’t real guaranteed!
