Hands down the most toxic place I have ever worked at, laziness is rewarded and hard workers are given more and more responsibility, only place I've worked where they let me smoke weed while working because they would rather do that than give raises. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant, and if you challenge management who gets paid to sit on a sofa all day you are seen as being difficult, although they won't fire you because turnover rates are so high, so they need all the hard workers they have (which are few), but they won't dare get rid of lazy workers because of favoritism. Have literally had management swear at coworkers who work harder than anyone, while the lazy workers are coddled and given pay raises. If you are thinking of working here do yourself a favor and look for a job somewhere else, or do not work hard at all because you will not be rewarded except with more responsibility and work.
